“Carol was absolutely incredible. My little dog Munchkin is a momma’s boy who really struggles being away from me. But with Carol he settled in and was eating, playing, and relaxing. She sent pictures and updates each day to let me know how he was doing and that really put my mind at ease since I’ve never used Rover or left Munchkin with anyone outside of family before. Munchkin is a cavapoo, so his fur can get tangled pretty easily as well but Carol brushed him every day and he came home tangle-free which really shows the care she puts into the dogs she boards. She made sure he was well cared for and loved, and I 100% recommend her for anyone wanting to board their dog and will definitely book with her in the future. She even had me fill out additional info regarding Munchkin just so she knew more about him and the best way to care for him while I was away. About: I've always had such a deep love for animals of any kind, and I've been taking care of all kinds of creatures ever since I was 9 or 10 years old! I've been responsible for taking care of family pets, as well as more professional pet-sitting for family, neighbors, friends, etc. I've always prided myself on my ability to treat your pets as if they were my own. I'm a very gentle, non-threatening entity for many animals I've cared for, but I can also be very energetic for those that need a way to get all that canine energy out! I will always keep to whatever walking, feeding, sleeping, potty, and/or medication (if needed) schedule that your pet(s) are used to doing, so they can be the most comfortable they can be. I'm truly hoping that I can make animal care my career, and my heart is full of love towards your fur (and scaly) babies! I'm currently working part-time at a dog groomer, so I'm available from Saturdays-Tuesdays (I work 12-6 Wednesday-Friday). I can do a Friday evening or a Wednesday morning if it's really needed. I try to spend as much time with your pet as possible, so that's why I'd recommend booking on the full days I have off from work. I have a small dog, so there are plenty of toys and treats available! We also have a crate and a baby gate, so if anyone needed some alone time, we can make that available for them. Our apartment also has a big courtyard, so if your pup needs some outdoor time, there's plenty of space to run around! (On a leash, of course)

About: I have taken care of small and large breeds of dogs since the young age of seven. As soon as I was able to as an adult I rescued a dog and a cat because no home is complete without the pitter-patter of furry feet. My pets are more than pets, they're family, and yours will be treated just the same when they're in my care. I am currently working part time at the library two doors down from my home so have plenty of time to care for your furry friend. I have a beagle/poodle mix that is two years old that loves to have friends to play with. He sleeps in the bed, but if you prefer your doggie to be crated I can do that too. About: My grandparents and mom were professional boarders, breeders, and handlers. I literally grew up on an ex-pen. Once my grandparents retired my mom opened a shop in 2006 and I joined as her certified bather and brusher in 2012. We have had our business ever since.. I’ve taken care of her my whole life, from when she was a puppy to when she was a senior dog at the end of her journey. There were two times that she canceled morning of and, with that late notice, I was not able to leave work or get anyone else to take him out. About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

So whether your pal needs a hike, walk around the neighborhood, a feeding, medication dose (dogs and cats) or just a visit, I have your back. We all need movement, attention and praise, pets included. I use positive reinforcement as training method, for all pets at every stage. So whether you have a puppy with some aggression issues, a husky that needs a run, a diabetic cat, fish to be fed and admired, or an stinky old man dog that just needs to be sung to and told he's a good boy I am here to serve. I have two cats personally, they run the household and tell me what to do. They eat twice a day, get their boxes cleaned daily, and petted and played when they decide. Monday- Thursday I am available for pet visits from 10:30-2:30 and again from 5-9 pm Fridays - I am available from 10:30-1:00 for visits Weekends-vary During daycare hours I will always be in the home with your pet unless we are going on an outing together. Play, snacks, walks, songs, and naps will be provided daily. I do have two cats, who will probably stay out of the way, but cat friendly creatures are always preferred.
