About: I've been caring for dogs since middle school, including over 12 years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog, Aubrey. I've also had family, friends, and neighbors rely on me to walk, feed, groom, and care for their pets. Over the years, I've gained experience with dogs of many sizes, breeds, and personalities, including Golden Retrievers, mixed breeds, Yorkshire Terriers, hounds, Chihuahuas, and Corgis. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and following their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure doors, gates, and other exits are secure, provide fresh water and meals according to the owner's instructions, and give pets plenty of attention and exercise. I also pay close attention to their behavior and overall condition so I can recognize anything unusual and communicate concerns to their owner. During walks, I use safe handling practices and stay aware of the pet's surroundings, other animals, and potential hazards. I want every pet to feel comfortable and cared for while their owner is away.

“This was my first time using Daniela to care for my dog. Daniela was kind and responsive, and her dog, Chico, is so sweet and a perfect playmate for my pup. An added bonus is that Daniela was willing to do a drop off at the end of the booking (even though this isn’t a service she lists on her Rover profile), which I found especially helpful and accommodating. However, I can tell Daniela is new to Rover (I’m a sitter myself) so she didn’t come across as experienced as other sitters we’ve used. My particular dog is fairly low-maintenance and only needed a sitter for 12 hours, so that worked for us. But for a longer booking or a pet with more specific needs/instructions, she may not be my first choice.”

About: I grew up on a dairy farm with all sorts of animals around. I have had many dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, rabbits, rats, and horses over the years. I have a degree in Equestrian Science and have taken care of animals my entire adult life. I have always been an avid hiker as well and love to take the pups on walks around the area. I currently own 3 dogs, a parrot, and 2 chickens and will give your animals the same love and attention that I give my own! I'm currently working part time and so have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I am currently available for house sitting, drop in visits and dog walking. I also have experience providing care in a rabbit/cat/small animal rescue and in stables so I am very well rounded when it comes to all manner of pet care. I have plenty of time for your pup and you can be assured that we’ll get in plenty of walks every day My family and I love spending time outdoors and we love having our furry friends accompany us! Bring your high energy pups because we love taking long walks or your senior loungers who will have company most of the day! I am a full time teacher so your pup will only be left alone for a short amount of time during the school year! During the summer and school breaks I am home ! I am able to accommodate as many walks and feedings I live in a quiet complex with plenty of furry neighbors! We can take walks so we can socialize or go our own way if your pup isn’t too fond of others. I do whatever you do at home for your pup when it comes to bed time for example if they sleep in a crate, on their beds or free roam!
