About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: Hi, my name is Micayla, and I love animals! I have owned dogs for 7 years, but worked with them for much longer. I currently have a super quirky Cavalier puppy named Sadie Pumpkin Waffles. We have completely obedience training, so I know how to keep control of your dog while on a leash, and how to give/reinforce basic cues. I believe we will have a lot of fun while hanging out! My schedule is quite flexible, as I currently work freelance. I can usually accommodate last minute bookings, however I do need to be home to tend to my own dog at least every 8hrs. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I have a connection with animals, I prefer them over people. I’m compassionate, caring, attentive, loving. I’m great with energetic animals. I’m experienced in pet medication and I’m Comfortable supporting ongoing training routines. I work from home and I’m available 24/7 so I have a lot of free time for potty breaks walks cuddles or whatever your pet needs. Pets in my home are treated like family, with plenty of love, attention, and a calm, safe environment. I keep their routines consistent with regular feeding, long walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles.
About: I have pet sat for neighbors and family friends for years and for long periods of time. I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and fish. I also have experience working with reptiles and snakes as an intern for an environment education center. I took care of a box turtle, corn snake, and painted turtle. I am in college full time but am willing to watch or stop by when I am not currently taking a class. I am a junior at SUNY ESF. And have a relatively light schedule that would allow me to dedicate hours to your pet if needed. As I live in an apartment I do not have any pets nor can I board pets. However, I have my own car so I can travel to take care of pets. If you wish to have overnight care I can stay on a couch or blow up mattress by your pet for safe company.
About: Animals, especially canines, are my entire life. I'm a pack leader at a dog daycare and it's the best! I have a large amount of experience in the animal care field, and also training in dog and cat behavior. Being a pet parent, I understand that you need to have someone trustworthy while you're away, and I am that person. With my own dogs, we enjoy being outside, a lot. Hiking, walking, swimming...we do it all. Exercise is very important to have a happy and healthy pet. I am a very happy-go-lucky person and dedicate my life to the happiness and wellness of animals. I have 13 different critters in my home, and more often that not: more dogs! I would be more than happy to get together and talk! My daily schedule is flexible. I have 12 dogs of my own that require constant care that include potty breaks and play time. Our pack is only alone for about 4-5 hours a day. All of our dogs (personal, boarding or foster) are generally integrated with the pack. We try to accommodate all dog personalities. If they don't do well in the big pack, we tend to crate and rotate smaller play groups. Wake up is anywhere from 5:30-8:30 am and last potty is around 9-9:30 pm. Feedings are 2-3 times a day that happen in either a crate, pen, or separate area to prevent any issues. Water is always available inside and outside the house. We also have so many toys, like drowning in toys. Our home is structured, but in a chaotic way.
