The house was cleaner than I expected upon return since the shavings/hay can get dusty but Kayla obviously put in the extra time to sweep up. There were a few communication gaps (was not notified that kibble was running low until the bag was down to its last feeding, use of Rover cards only without any actual updates on pet status) but overall I am happy with my first use of this website for pet care.”

In high school I was an animal science major and volunteered at doggy daycares. Then in college I studied basic canine care and training where I got experience in training different dogs. About: I have 3 years of experience taking care of cats and dogs of a variety of breeds, and have worked with puppies as well as older pets in home environments such as suburbs, cities, and rural areas. I am happy to cater to your pet's special needs, and I focus on respecting each pet's boundaries and getting to know them on a case by case basis, with the hope that they grow to trust me as much as they trust you! Since I am a writer who works remotely, I am open on a weekly basis and am able to be flexible in order to meet your scheduling requirements. I work hard to ensure that your pet's personal boundaries are not crossed while we take time to get to know each other. I especially care about learning their preferences in order to earn their favor and eventually their trust. Depending on each pet, I try to be very sensitive to any shifts in their mood or behavior, such as if they get anxiety when left alone or are afraid of loud weather.

“Jenna and her husband were great. They worked around my crazy schedule to get my pup out there, and we're more than accommodating when I asked to pick him up early because I missed him! The house was a nice space and well kept, and the yard was a super nice large space for the boys to rhomp. They were both really friendly and great with my pup, making my feel as ease to leave him with them. And their pup and mine got along really well, so that was a bonus that he had a buddy for the week! It was also really nice that I got pictures all week of the boys playing and chilling together.
