She showed true passion and love for our pup just with one visit! She also noticed that he had an ear infection and took it upon herself to do something about it- can you say amazing? She ALSO gave him a bath— literally doesn’t get any better! We will certainly be using Maria again! Can’t thank her enough! ??”

From the very first interaction, she was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. Cherissa and her family took the time to get to know Sofia’s routine, preferences, and any special needs, which made me feel totally at ease. While I was away, she provided regular updates—including photos and messages—which really reassured me that my pet was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Cherissa and her family to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care. I’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

About: I love caring for cats of all ages, from kittens to seniors. I especially love playing with more rambunctious cats. I've lived in several situations with two or more cats in which they had to be slowly introduced or their interactions managed, and I'm confident in reading cats' body language. I think it is so important to be patient with cats and pay attention to their individual wants and needs. My own cat is very calm but cautious with other animals.
About: I really love being around animals as they bring a lot of joy. Over the years I have pet sat for various family friends, co-workers, colleagues, and friends of friends pets. While pet sitting not only have I been responsible to feed the pets, give them water, let them out to relieve themselves, clean up after the pets, and take them out for a walk but I also have looked after the house. Additionally, I have been working for a company so couples beloved dogs can attend their weddings. Previously, I have volunteered by fostering dogs and dog walking. I am available most weekends and off most holidays. I do work full time so if it is anything during the week I do not get home until after 5 pm. Anything during the week I need to know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. I would care for your pets as one of my own. I am flexible and come to your pets home so they are comfortable in their own environment.

“Dan was just great keeping two cats for 12 days. Was overseas and received pix and updates often which was really appreciated. Very reliable, neat, house left in perfect order and cats were quite content. Excellent. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.”

“Catherine was very friendly and laidback. I think my cats sensed her easygoing personality. My cats liked her as soon as she walked in. I am very happy to see my cats looking good and relaxed. Definitely will ask her for more cat sitting.”

About: Growing up with 6 dogs in our home at once, I have a special connection and love for animals. Working with rescues, pure breed dogs, females in heat and knowing how to whelp, has given me plenty of experience. I have been boarding dogs in my home for over 7 years. I am home full time, with the occasional errand to run. There is a place to hike, with great trails, right up the road from my home. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can run, play and hangout in the sun. I live on 9 acers, for us to explore and go for walks. I have dogs of my own, so your dog will have plenty of socialization and play time. Raw food diet or special dietary issues are not a problem. Meet and greet is required for all potential stays.
“Kimberly was amazing! Very attentive to my Macie and reassured me when leaving my pup for daycare for the very first time. Macie loveed her and have a wonderful day at Kimberlys! We're looking forward to booking again!”

“After 20 years of using the same pet sitter we moved and had to find someone else. Lucky for us we found Janice on Rover. When we returned after just one visit our dog greeted Janice like an old friend. She clearly loves animals and we are so glad we found a place for our dogs where they are really cared for.”

“Jacqueline was very friendly and communicative, and Bunsen took an instant liking. We received photos of her well-being during her stay and of her mile walk. Jacqueline’s home is conveniently located in a popular historic town, making drop-off/pickup easy on the way to/from Hunter Ski Resort from our hotel. Bunsen was well cared for and happy. She was also so tired, that she managed to rest during the long car ride back home! We would book Jacqueline again.”

“Amanda was an amazing sitter for our dog Honey! She was thoughtful, communicative, flexible on timing, and Honey seemed so happy and calm when we picked her up. I couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Marielle took great care of my little Zuzu! My puppy started the day sad about me leaving her there and by the end she was totally bonded with Marielle! She was also totally tuckered out so she clearly got plenty of exercise.”

“This was my first time leaving my 8 month old puppy, George.with anyone. I was very nervous. Nayeli put me at ease . Her home felt very safe and comfortable and I knew he would be well supervised. George enjoyed playing with Nayeli's puppy . Nayeli sent me photos and videos of George throughout the day. I feel very happy to have found Nayeli and I will bringing George back. I highly recommend!”

“Alison and Jason are kind, reliable, and flexible and our pup clearly looks forward to his stay at their place. We love that they take in other dogs and have a cool backyard for the dogs to play in. You really can’t ask for much more.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was about 10 years old. I currently volunteer at our local animal shelter and have a dog of my own I rescued in college. I also rescued a cat when I was a bit younger and working in the foster system with cats. I genuinely love pets so much and have experience with older pets, administering medication, puppies, and even aggressive dogs. I’m currently working full-time for the leasing office at the property I live at. I love my job because my own furry companion comes to work with me everyday. I have completely free time on weekends to care for your furry friends and am free most weekday afternoons and can make windows of time throughout the week. My dog and I live in an apartment building and he was crate trained when he was a puppy. I would walk your dog using whatever harness/leash you prefer making sure their paws are safe and are well taken care of. I can give them enrichment time from doing training, playing with toys, or running around outside if there is a place they can do so safely.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life! Recently started boarding and at home visits within the past two years and I love it! I’ve worked with puppies-elderly dogs, helped train from bite work to bathroom breaks. I try to do it and love it all! I am a teacher and I have summer home free with my daughter. We don’t have any pets of our own and love to love the pets you love! I like to follow the requests of the client, wherever, however, and whenever i’m needed! I have a fenced in yard and no other pets.
“This is our 3rd time using Eleanor for Sparky’s care. And we already have her scheduled again for a week in March. She continues to exceed our expectations. She has a genuine interest in Sparky and they both adore each other. We consider ourselves lucky to have made this connection with Eleanor.”

About: My own dogs are always the #1 teacher. They show me how to best care for them - with food, play, training, medications, travel, sleepless days and nights when they've been ill, and giving them all them comfort I can. I've volunteered at dog shelters, spent hours walking dogs in all kinds of weather, and offered comfort to friends who've had to say goodbye to their best fur friends. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets plenty of attention - playing, feeding, and scratching behind the ears. I take my dog for swims in the river, off leash romps in the woods, and leashed walks around town. We also play fetch and tug-of-war in the house or on the deck. If your dog needs a playmate, my dog, Jackson, may be a good fit. My cats - depending on their mood - like to lounge in the sun, pounce on the occasional toy, run up stairs, and hunt for treats I've hidden for them.
“I contacted Loretta last minute asking if she could watch my dog Basil. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate an all day dog sit. Loretta sent me lots of pictures and updates of Basil and her sweet dog Paprika hanging out. I would highly recommend Loretta for your next dog sit!”

“I had an excellent experience with Thomas-James C. He demonstrated great patience and professionalism throughout the process. His communication was outstanding — he consistently provided updates, photos, and detailed feedback after each walk. My dog responded very well to him, and I was impressed by his dedication and reliability. I would highly recommend his services and will certainly be using them again in the future.”

“Communicative and easy going! Aliza also took a lot of great pics of my baby which I super appreciate because I miss him so much on days I have to go into the office. Will 100% book Aliza again!”

About: I’ve worked in animal welfare for 20 years and have experience with every size, breed and need! I’m comfortable administering medication and most importantly, I love animals so much that I’ve dedicated my life to them :). I work full time from home. I have flexible hours and usually go on several walks around my neighborhood a day. The longest I’d be away from home ranges from 2-4 hours and that can be adjusted based on your pets’ needs. I have a fenced yard and lots of love to give! There’s plenty of space in my house for crate(s) and I also welcome dog snuggles if they are allowed to sleep in the bed. I don’t have any other pets in the home but have lots of friends with dogs if yours likes the company.
“I was looking for someone special to look after my 15 year old Shih Tzu, Opal. Someone who would understand her fussy eating habits, could give her eye drops, be patient with her inability to see well, and go outside when she needs to. And, a quiet place for Opal just to rest her weary bones. I found that in Cipriana. I hope in the future, she can care for little Opal again. Opal even shared a bed with Cipriana's older dog!”

“Christine is fantastic. My dog is super happy at her place—he has some rescue-dog type separation anxiety, and the environment at Christine’s makes him very comfortable.”
