She spent a lot of time with us during our initial meet and greet. She answered all our questions and allowed our dogs to hang out in her backyard and just really reassured us that she will love them the same way we do. She communicated regularly while we were gone and sent pictures and videos. What I also appreciated is that she is flexible with drop off and pick up times. So instead of our dogs staying another night, we were able to pick them up on our way home from our trip. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.”

“I can’t believe I’m writing this review so late! I was traveling for a lot of August and I was able to come across Iona’s boarding services when a last minute trip change occurred. I met with her and her husband the day prior to drop off for a temperament test , which my social boy did well on. The next day I dropped him off and I really really appreciated the pictures posted and sent to me and the quick communication!! That was one of my biggest things, I really really appreciated that. So much so that I am currently about to book another boarding service haha: if your baby feels comfortable around other dogs and enjoys play, this will be like summer camp haha Thank you for your flexibility with airline issues and again just the reassurance and communication. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. I’m currently working full time, so I’m desperate to get involved with some animals more often. I’m available in the mornings before work, and in the evenings after! Whatever your need, I can do! I understand most people have different preferences when it comes to their pets, and I totally understand that! I can assist in crate training, walking, letting out in the yard if you have one, and whatever other specifications you have to make sure your pet is happy as can be!

During the stay, she shared lots of photos and videos, which we truly appreciated. She was also very flexible and accommodating when we had to change our plans due to the snowstorm. “Kierra went above and beyond to make us feel safe leaving a hope alone with a Rover for the first time. She communicated effectively during every visit, took excellent photos, and took time to really provide Hope with the care and love we wanted. She played and sang to Hope, as well as kept her food and water clean and full. We told her she didn’t need to do the litter every day, but she did anyway. Kierra was respectful of the apartment complex and timely with returning our key. Heart of gold and a friend of animals indeed. She even helped us with extending booking (when we messed up 5 times), We couldn’t have had a better experience or human to take care of Hope (who is a rescue cat but had no issues warming up to kierra)”

“If you’re looking for someone who will give your fur baby a lot of attention and care you want to hire John. John was just amazing! I was very worried about my babies and actually considered cancelling my vacation. Thank goodness I found John. I really felt like I hired a team of compassionate, attentive and extremely qualified people. His Mom is a pet trainer and I could immediately see she would be fantastic and intended to care for my cats as well. She also gave me some excellent advice to make transporting my cats easier. I received updates and pics every day. My younger cat, Shay Shay, can be difficult because she’s so shy around new people. But John hung in there and gently engaged with her and she ultimately started playing with him. Five days is not a lot of time so that was HUGE. A great friend of mine is excellent with cats. She volunteers at a shelter and regularly fosters. It took several visits for Shay Shay to stop hiding from her. ??? I’m so grateful for the care, attention and love John and his family gave my babies. It was an excellent experience.”
