“Lourdes is AWESOME!!! Teddy stayed with her for 3 nights and I think he wants to go back. lol. When I went to drop Teddy off, she gave me a tour of her house to let me know what kind of environment/setup she has. She also let me meet some of her family members who are also very sweet. While Teddy was staying with her, I got 22 pictures and multiple videos through out the stay to let me know Teddy is doing just fine. She also sent me texts throughout the stay just to let me know how Teddy is doing. During the night, she even put a little sweater on Teddy to make sure he doesn’t get cold. My family and I were going to Canada and I was super nervous because I was going so far away, but Lourdes definitely made me at ease and my family enjoyed every single pictures and vidoes she sent us. About: I have had animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with always having a dog in the house and then about 3 years ago I adopted 2 cats. I have 1 year old dog and 2 cats in my home. I often dog sit my friends elderly pup along with my parents coworker trusting me to look after her cats while shes away. I am very trustworthy and reliable. I work full time and am typically available anytime after 3 on Mondays, anytime Wednesday, and after 5pm Thursdays/Fridays. I have every other weekend off, so some weekends may vary with times available. When it comes to dog walking or drop ins, I am also available to stay at your home for some extra socializing and playtime for your pet. At home my dog is on his leash outside as I don’t have a fenced in yard. My cats are also free roam throughout the house with two liter boxes spread out that I clean daily. I am comfortable with both types of animals and both on leash and off leash dogs.

I’ve had dogs my entire life and they have never been considered our pets they are apart of our family. Because dogs have been such a big part of my life, I have helped out running a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I have fostered multiple dogs and I grew up with 6 dogs! While I’m watching your pets I will treat and care for them the same way I would my own, with lots of love and attention. I have worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and with various personalities and temperaments. Separation anxiety, food aggression, possessiveness, jealously, you name it! I have been taking care of animals since my early teenage years starting off with a close family friend and her 2 poodle mix’s. They would be dropped off at my house around 9:00 am and then get pick up at 6:00pm. I have bathed, cleaned, and even trained some dogs (simple commands). In addition, I have also taken care of multiple furry felines and have had many cats of my own so I am also quite familiar with their needs as well. I am wanting to soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have always been interested in pet-care I just didn’t know how to go about it until I found out about rover! I will be putting all my focus on pet-care as my full time job. Since I am just starting out I will only have weekday availability 11-9 and will only offer drop in’s and walk services Monday-Friday and house sitting Tuesday-Thursday. I have been around pets for a long time and feel I am able to pick up on signs if anything might be wrong with your furry friend.
About: Some people say I’m obsessed with my dog and I would have to agree! I love all animals, dogs especially. I’ve had dogs my entire life and they have never been considered our pets they are apart of our family. Because dogs have been such a big part of my life, I have helped out running a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I have fostered multiple dogs and I grew up with 6 dogs! While I’m watching your pets I will treat and care for them the same way I would my own, with lots of love and attention. I have worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and with various personalities and temperaments. Separation anxiety, food aggression, possessiveness, jealously, you name it! I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets as I am working from home and have lots of free time. My schedule revolves around the dogs I’m watching. Depending on age and physical ability a typical day would look like: Typically I wake up around 7am and take your pets for a walk! After our walk we have breakfast (he’ll usually rest until 11:30/12) at that point we will go for another walk or play session for about an hour on my lunch break, after I am finished with work around 2:30/3 we go for a hike or to the dog park (depending on the dog), then we have dinner and get ready for bed! I give each and every animals the love and attention they deserve! If I am watching your pet you can be assured that they are getting the love and exercise they need. They will be spoiled with walks, hikes, play time, treats, and mentally stimulating toys such as kongs and lick mats!

I had recently fallen and fractured my hip so I needed someone to walk my dog. She was very attentive to Lani, played with her and gave her plenty of loving. About: I’ve owned multiple animals threw out the years that range from little fluff balls to scaley creatures and I love my animals so so much!! I’m currently unemployed so I have all the time in the world to take care of my beloved animals, from feeding them and spoiling them and giving them love and affection. I have a fence for my animals and all of them are trained and go to bed in cages couse there a bit of trouble makers and like to make a mess at night.
About: PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ANIMALS ARE KID FRIENDLY. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN AGES 9 AND 11 ! My name is Alexandra and am currently located in Rochester/Irondequoit area. I have grown up around all types of animals from cats to dogs, birds, reptiles and fish, even raising a puppy. The main animals I grew up around were both cats and dogs. In my past I have worked at an animal store and had some experience as a pet sitter also. I live with my daughter who is well behaved and also an animal lover. I presently only have two small caged cockatiel birds and am able to move them anywhere in the house if needed to provide more space or comfort for your pets. I am willing to work with other certain types of animals if interested please don’t hesitate to ask. I look forward to working together and meeting all of your animals! I am available Monday to Sunday and some holidays morning to night time (flexible schedule) and willing to work with you for extended times or days I provide a calm and quiet environment. My neighborhood is also quiet and calm when taken outside for walks or to go to the bathroom. I make sure they do not interact with other animals outside of my home and the animals I do have in my home are small and caged in a separate room where the door is always closed. I do not have any other dogs or cats and I do not board from different people at the same time.

About: I have 4 years of veterinary care experience along with 2 years of pet boarding experience. I own and care for several of my own animals as well! I am currently available for afternoon visits and care on week days. I have full availability on the weekends for any needs! I can also do midday pop in’s depending on location! I have 1 very friendly dog who does amazing with other animals but if your pet isn’t a fan I always have another safe space for them. I unfortunately do not have a fenced in yard therefore your pet will always be leashed for their safety. I will ensure we do lots of walks and playing to get their exercise!
