“We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”

She took such good care of them while we were away - she refreshed their water and food bowls, cleaned up and refreshed their litter boxes, and spent time playing with and talking to them. Additionally, she gave one of our cats his medication(s) every day that she came. She sent us daily reports and many photos of the cats which was very appreciated! She sent me pictures and made me feel comfortable that my baby was in good hands. I would highly recommend her. “Lauren is a very kind care provider. She cared for our Kobe our dog, and Sunny and Cher our two birds with great concern. She made time for us to let Kobe get to know her and her household. She gave excellent follow-up messages while were were gone. There was no issue with timely Drop-off and pick-ups. I will definitely use again when a need does arises.”

“We’ve used Alexis multiple times now, for day cares and boarding. She’s fantastic! The dogs always have a great time and are exhausted afterwards from running around and playing all day. One of our dogs just turned 15 and I’ve witnessed Alexis and her helper be very conscious and protective of her around the other more rambunctious dogs. She’s also super communicative and sweet, always responds to messages quickly, and sends photo updates. I am so happy that we found her!”
