That lifelong passion turned into a career of caring: I spent 4 years at a cat shelter, helping to socialize, medicate and find loving homes for many cats. Beyond that, I've volunteered extensively at Farm sanctuaries and animal shelters, gaining hands-on experience with dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, and more! I'm used to structuring my day with animals in mind, especially my own cats and hermit crabs. Being attentive to animals' behaviors and needs is second nature to me, and I always make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and consistency throughout the day. About: I grew up with all different types of animals my whole life. I have been a dog mom for 13 years. I am great at walking dogs who have aggression towards other dogs, I know how to find a calm route to take and distract them before conflict arises! I recently lost my 90 lb alapaha blue blood bulldog mix to a terminal illness and am looking forward to spending time with other people's dogs. I am a self employed artist, volunteer, and executive director of a free store that I physically staff on Saturdays, so I have a very flexible schedule. I will care for pets in your home with so much attentiveness and love! Just give me a set of instructions and I am happy to hang out :)

“Victoria has watched our black lab Stella a few times now and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s extremely patient with our dog and we appreciate that very much! Victoria makes sure to go the extra mile. For example, Stella neglects to use the potty regularly when she’s not at home but Victoria takes the time to give her extra walks to make sure the dog is comfortable using the bathroom in a newish setting.
