“Michelle has our full confidence and appreciation. We returned home after almost 3 weeks in Europe and found cats and house in purrfect condition. There was a possibility when we left that one kitty may have needed special medical attention, so we and the vet were glad to know that Michelle is very experienced. Fortunately, the cat recovered quickly following our departure. Michelle was consistent in the timing of her visits and always had time to cuddle, brush or play with the 2 felines. “Danah is the best pet sitter, we’ve ever had!!! Our cats love her and run to the door every day to meet her. She gave them toys and took time to play with them while we were out of town on vacation. We live a little far out but that didn’t make a difference for Danah to be on time every day, twice a day. She didn’t just drop in, Danah gave our kitties human play time, pet them, talked to them and gave them treats; our cats love her. About: I’ve had pets since I was born. I love to take my dog on walks at the beach and play in the yard with him. I am attentive to any reactions they might have to their surroundings as well. I’ve been looking for a job during the week days and I figured why not try this out to maybe help some families live their life if they’re on vacation or super busy. About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. This led to me getting into agility training and just general dog training, which I have started to pick back up again. I am known as the family dog sitter, as my family has a combination of Pit Bulls, Bernedoodles, and hunting breeds, so I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes and stubbornness! Aside from dogs, I grew up volunteering at shelters where I adopted my own cat when I was 15, and eventually even landed a job as a zookeeper! As far as my own pets go, I currently keep it to my cat, fish and my wonderful Bearded Dragon, Albus. Our top priority is to keep your dog safe, feeling comfortable, and relaxed, just as they would be in their own home. I offer boarding, walks, in home visits, and more. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. For safety, I separate dogs for feeding and if we're out of the house, although it's rare that no one is home. Guests need to like other dogs and people.

I grew up with dogs and I was the one who took care of them, and that love for caring and training has only grown. I’m the type of person who needs a lot of “outside time” so my soul dog Murphy and I spend a good amount of time playing in the courtyard and going on multiple walks a day; I truly don’t know who’s happier. Currently, I have a very open schedule and it’s just Murphy and I at home all day. Some evenings I babysit for my family out in Spencerport, but kid friendly dogs are welcome to come with me and there is also a large yard (not fenced in, but there is a 30 ft leash set up). I have a fenced in grass courtyard where the dogs can play, and my apartment is very open and there’s lots of room for dogs to play inside. My dog Murphy does not need to be crated when left alone, but I have a small cage in case anyone who visits needs it. Murphy has more toys than I care to admit, so your pups will have lots to play with.

About: Since I was thirteen, I have stayed home alone while my parents went to work, up to twelve hours on certain days. I have consistently been an owner of five or more dogs at a time, and I would always manage their meals, potty breaks, and everything in between. I am currently unemployed, so I have my entire days to spend taking care of your dog(s). I only keep my weekends to myself, but all day on weekdays are perfect. Whenever I have cared for my dogs, I always took a low-key, chill approach. As long as I know the dogs' tells for wanting to go to the bathroom, as well as general mealtimes, I usually sit with the dogs, give them pets and playtime, and they are generally happy with that.

About: A little bit about me, I am going on to my second year at MCC and after plan on joining the Air Force! I currently have a part time job at a restaurant but have gotten the unfortunate news that they will be shutting down my store so I am looking to have this as a part time job for now then hopefully transition it into a full time job. I have been taking care of animals since my early teenage years starting off with a close family friend and her 2 poodle mix’s. They would be dropped off at my house around 9:00 am and then get pick up at 6:00pm. I have bathed, cleaned, and even trained some dogs (simple commands). In addition, I have also taken care of multiple furry felines and have had many cats of my own so I am also quite familiar with their needs as well. I am wanting to soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have always been interested in pet-care I just didn’t know how to go about it until I found out about rover! I will be putting all my focus on pet-care as my full time job. Since I am just starting out I will only have weekday availability 11-9 and will only offer drop in’s and walk services Monday-Friday and house sitting Tuesday-Thursday. About: I have been a pet owner for the past twenty years. We walk every day. I have experience with young and old, calm and pullers. I also volunteer my time walking dogs at the city animal shelter at least once a week. My schedule rotates each week, so I’m available different days of the week and most times during the day to make sure your pup gets an amazing walk and some quality time. We own one dog right now, she likes to be the only pup and when I’m not walking her, I’d love to be able to take your pup for a walk.
About: I've been taking care of all kinds of not only dogs but animals in general since I was 5. Cats, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, fish, iguanas, all kinds of birds, snakes, etc. I've been a pet store manager for 8 years, providing quality care to these animals and finding them good homes. I've been a veterinarian assistant for a year, and am in school to become a technician. I am available most of the time! I am dedicated to helping you find the time you need while not having to worry about your fur babies! If house sitting is required, I can delegate more time to that (and your pets!). I will care for your babies as if they are my own! I have plenty of experience with medicating and comfort care as well! Leave me a list, or have me do my thing, your babies are in the right hands!
About: I enjoy being around dogs, as i have one of my own now, i had dogs growing up and they have always been a friend i needed. I’m always the person at the gathering that spends more time with the dog rather than people lol. I have wanted to become a veterinarian since a kid, although i grew out of that, i know my purpose is to work with the voiceless, animals. (although they have their own voice lol). I’m currently doing this for experience due to being in school full time/work. I plan on advancing my knowledge in animal behavior. I am currently working full time Friday-Sunday. I am free Monday/Thursday. Thursday is not open as a service because i am only available until 12pm. I am very aware of surroundings during dog walks and aware that dogs will be dogs. I’ve studied multiple breeds and i am one to know that some breeds react differently than others, such as my own dog. I think dogs are misunderstanding and people don’t realize they do not think like humans. It is not easy to trust someone with your furry loved one, trust your intuition. I treat others peoples pet like i would want mine to be treated, with respect, patience and love.
About: Experienced Pet Caretaker: From Puppies' Playtime to Senior Pill Prowess! I have cared for many puppies, as well as our Seniors. I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. I don't mind having the animals out and about if that is what they prefer! I love to take my own animals on several walks per day, especially with apartment living! We can do anything from short walks to long hikes. I also have had to give my own dogs medications and am no stranger to senior care.

About: I’ve had pets since I was born. I love to take my dog on walks at the beach and play in the yard with him. I am attentive to any reactions they might have to their surroundings as well. I’ve been looking for a job during the week days and I figured why not try this out to maybe help some families live their life if they’re on vacation or super busy. I have a friendly dog who will keep any pets company. I have a big yard with sun or shade if any dogs love to be outside. I also have crates if dogs need to be crated during the night or day.
