About: Peppy Pet Care was launched at the end of 2018 in Ithaca, NY by myself and my animal-loving, entrepreneurial eleven year old daughter. Together we worked to provide outstanding pet sitting services to Ithaca and Lansing pet owners. About: I've cared for dogs of different sizes over the years and I love to cuddle, walk, and pamper pups. We have a fenced in back yard and I like to take long walks with dogs if they're up for it. We have a 4 year old boxer/hound mix who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. We keep him away from guest dogs, there's lots of room in the house for each dog to have their own space and still get lots of love from me and the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take breaks through the day to care for puppies, whether that's a quick potty break, fun walk, or play time with balls and toys. When boarding, I make sure pups get any meds they need, plenty of time outside, and snuggles on the couch (if they're the snuggling type). I know some dogs need longer or shorter walks, and I make adjustments based on what they need.

From the very beginning Janet was an absolute sweetheart, meeting me on the porch to grab my little guy, asking pertinent questions to be sure she was doing the best for him and even putting up low wires in her house to keep him from chewing them (puppy) Dash took to her immediately, tail wagging and kisses like she was an old friend of his, since dogs are a good judge of character, I just knew this was going to be a great day for him. From picture updates, to her summarizing their daily activities for me, I was totally at ease and had a happy heart with my decision to reach out to Janet to keep Dash for the day. About: I've loved caring for pets for family and friends over the years. Moved away from home so looking to keep that same experience around here. I'm generally off on Sundays and Mondays for work, and live close enough for potty breaks and I make my own schedule if enough notice is given. I have a fenced in yard which has been home to dogs the size of a Great Pyrenees down to a Yorkshire Terrier before. The home is large enough for multiple pets to have their space.

About: I actively foster dogs/puppies on a consistent basis for several years. I've worked with the same Animal Rescue for a long period of time and have experience with many different situations. With the Rescue I regularly handle different scenarios and medical needs, from new born pups to seniors! I'm comfortable with all shapes, sizes, and medical history. Most temperaments I have lots of experience with as well. I work from home full-time. I'm home all day every day Monday-Friday. My weekends only consist of a few errands making me gone for no longer than 4-5 hours at a time. I have a 7ft tall, fully fenced, back yard. I can kennel a dog if needed, but generally they would be out hanging with me. No dog will be left unattended, inside or outside, for long periods of time. I have two adult dogs in the home that can be introduced or remain separate if needed. I also have a 6yr old in the home that loves and is respectful of all animals.

I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I'm now a stay at home mom missing my daily dog visits! I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab grey hound mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I'm willing to bathe and groom but it just depends on your dogs hair and size because I do not have a grooming area set up yet in my home, but I'm willing to talk about it! I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. It started with my family dog, along with family members dogs. I would walk them and feed them. I then got my own dogs that I do all care for. I started fostering with a local rescue in 2022. I’ve cared for dogs with medical issues. Anywhere from Seizure disorders, parasites and other various medical issues. I treat every dog that I care for as if they’re my own. I currently work full time, M-F 730a-330p. I am able to check in, walk, feed, etc, dogs before work, during my lunch and after work. I have 2 dogs of my own. We live in a 3 bedroom house. Unfortunately, I don’t have a fenced in yard. I do take my dogs on multiple walks everyday along with utilizing a tie out (if they want to stay out longer), and would do the same with yours, so they get some outside time.
About: We live on 4.25 acres. We do have a large back deck that is attached to the house. Our dogs love going on the the deck to sit and bath in the sun. I have had all kinds of pets since I was a little girl. I am 34 years old that is wanting to do something that I love. I am married of 13 years, we have a 15 year old son, and have 3 pomeranian/papillon. We are very pet friendly. The dogs are free to roam as they please. We have potty trained our 3 dogs. We let our dogs on the furniture and through out our house, we believe in on open environment. Our dogs go outside as often as they like, we do not have a doggy door, but I do take them out every few hours when I am home. The dogs always have food and water that are out all the time. I drive a Chevy Traverse, for when I need to either pick dogs up from their home's or for when we leave the dogs have somewhere to sit. My services are great, because here in our house we love animals of all shapes and sizes. I take pride in taking care of our animals and yours as well. I own my own cleaning company and my husband works part time. Don't worry taking care of your fur babies will not get in the way of our schedules. Our back deck is fenced in on the top including a gate for the stairs. We do let the dogs outside as often as they like (typically every few hours.) Our dogs roam the house as they please and they always have food and water out.

I typically feed 2 times a day or per family request. I have given medications, and am trained in pet cpr/first aid for all cats and dogs. Im also a certified nursing assistant. So I have a lot of experience in the healthcare field as well. I have crates of all sizes if needed for your baby. I have experience with training and potty training as well.

About: Peppy Pet Care was launched at the end of 2018 in Ithaca, NY by myself and my animal-loving, entrepreneurial eleven year old daughter. Together we worked to provide outstanding pet sitting services to Ithaca and Lansing pet owners.
