And our high maintenance older pointer mix is just as peaceful as ever, his respiratory issue was taken care of well and that's a lot to keep up with. I can't say enough how much my wife and I appreciate the care they gave them. The fenced in yard with a good wood pile, walks, and pictures gave us peace of mind the whole time. We will book again with them anytime we need to and they're available.”

She managed insulin injections, blood monitoring and proper adjustments that comes along with diabetic care. It's not an easy task, I know. She was consistent with communication including photos and observations keeping me reassured over all long 8 days. She even visited twice to meet and greet beforehand, giving more assurance that she truly cared to know every detail possible. I cannot recommend Roxanne enough.”

About: I’ve pet sat for family members but I’ve also and still currently pet sit for previous teachers. I’ve done an internship at a vet clinic. I completed boces which made me a certified veterinary assistant. I worked at the SPCA while finishing up college. Volunteered at Tanglewood Nature Center. My family has 6 dogs total, from a Chihuahua to Pit Bulls, so I’m quite familiar with taking care of different sizes, ages, and breeds. About: I've cared for dogs of different sizes over the years and I love to cuddle, walk, and pamper pups. We have a fenced in back yard and I like to take long walks with dogs if they're up for it. We have a 4 year old boxer/hound mix who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. We keep him away from guest dogs, there's lots of room in the house for each dog to have their own space and still get lots of love from me and the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take breaks through the day to care for puppies, whether that's a quick potty break, fun walk, or play time with balls and toys. When boarding, I make sure pups get any meds they need, plenty of time outside, and snuggles on the couch (if they're the snuggling type). I know some dogs need longer or shorter walks, and I make adjustments based on what they need.

About: I've loved caring for pets for family and friends over the years. Moved away from home so looking to keep that same experience around here. I'm generally off on Sundays and Mondays for work, and live close enough for potty breaks and I make my own schedule if enough notice is given. I have a fenced in yard which has been home to dogs the size of a Great Pyrenees down to a Yorkshire Terrier before. The home is large enough for multiple pets to have their space.

About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!

In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. I’m currently working mornings on weekends and mostly nights during the week. However, I can tweak the duration of my shifts if needed. I I usually wake up early, so I don't mind an early walk or feeding schedule. I was raised to leave things better than I found them, so I always do a thorough clean before I leave a petsitting gig (including washing sheets, so you can go straight to bed!) About: Ive walked dogs for many years from my own dog to friends or families! I have a love for dogs and enjoy spending time with your furry friends! I am available all day on Tuesday and Wednesdays as well as Thursday to Monday before 4pm. I can walk in the mornings and afternoons. I am also able to do overnights if needed. I lost my cat two years ago to old age and cancer. Although I haven't welcomes a new pet of my own into the home I gave birth to Twin girls! They are now 16 months and LOVE visiting with your animals. Sometimes they come with me for walks or drop ins as long as a meet and greet happens where I see a positive interaction between your animal and my babies. If it's not a good match then I either don't have the girls with me or for wont take the boarding request as they live with me full time.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. It started with my family dog, along with family members dogs. I would walk them and feed them. I then got my own dogs that I do all care for. I started fostering with a local rescue in 2022. I’ve cared for dogs with medical issues. I am able to check in, walk, feed, etc, dogs before work, during my lunch and after work. I have 2 dogs of my own. We live in a 3 bedroom house. Unfortunately, I don’t have a fenced in yard. I do take my dogs on multiple walks everyday along with utilizing a tie out (if they want to stay out longer), and would do the same with yours, so they get some outside time.
About: We live on 4.25 acres. We do have a large back deck that is attached to the house. Our dogs love going on the the deck to sit and bath in the sun. I have had all kinds of pets since I was a little girl. I am 34 years old that is wanting to do something that I love. I am married of 13 years, we have a 15 year old son, and have 3 pomeranian/papillon. We are very pet friendly. The dogs are free to roam as they please. We have potty trained our 3 dogs. We let our dogs on the furniture and through out our house, we believe in on open environment. Our dogs go outside as often as they like, we do not have a doggy door, but I do take them out every few hours when I am home. The dogs always have food and water that are out all the time. I drive a Chevy Traverse, for when I need to either pick dogs up from their home's or for when we leave the dogs have somewhere to sit. My services are great, because here in our house we love animals of all shapes and sizes. I take pride in taking care of our animals and yours as well. I own my own cleaning company and my husband works part time. Don't worry taking care of your fur babies will not get in the way of our schedules. Our back deck is fenced in on the top including a gate for the stairs. We do let the dogs outside as often as they like (typically every few hours.) Our dogs roam the house as they please and they always have food and water out.

I am currently working part time at a small vet hospital, but always have time to take your dog out or make sure your loved one has plenty of food and water! I have a big dog park in my area, I also love going on walks. My house is pretty big and will offer your dog a lot of room as they are a part of house and can go and roam as much as they would like!
About: My name is Kevin Wall and I am Nurse Practitioner, Health education teacher and business owner for about 17 years. I've taken care of many pets for family and friends throughout my life including: Dogs, cats, pigs, reptiles (chameleons, snakes, lizards, turtles)spiders, birds (African grays, macaws, etc.), fish, horses, cows, ducks, chinchillas etc. My experience includes: senior pet care, medication administration (oral and injection), bathing pets, dog behavior and more. And our high maintenance older pointer mix is just as peaceful as ever, his respiratory issue was taken care of well and that's a lot to keep up with. I can't say enough how much my wife and I appreciate the care they gave them. The fenced in yard with a good wood pile, walks, and pictures gave us peace of mind the whole time. About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.
