About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

“Thanks so much for taking such excellent care of my two fur babies and taking care of the house. Although, I noticed that the tub upstairs was still wet and some water dripping. The faucet handles are tricky upstairs and it takes me several tries before I can close them properly too. Also, next time I think you may want to run the exhaust fan for longer. The tub is usually dry by the next morning when I do that. Lastly, I don't think you broom cleaned the bathroom from the leftover litter they had. Aside from those few things, you were exceptional and I will definitely be booking you in the future as well.”

I grew up living with dogs, a Bichon Frise and a Pit Bull, which taught me how to communicate and care for dogs of all sizes and dogs breeds with separation anxiety. I'm pretty active and am currently training for the NYC 2022 Marathon, so I love to run/walk with my dog Casper. About a year ago, Casper and I moved in with my partner Victor and his 2 cats, Jewel & Scarlett, in Rushville, New York. Initially, we were nervous about introducing them so we started slow by keeping them in separate rooms with a gate. Once they became more comfortable and curious about each other (more on the cats end), we took the gate down after a couple days. It was a seamless living transition if there ever was one. Now all 3 love hanging out on the play mat together with their toys or taking naps nearby each other. We're looking for more furry friends to keep them company and to nap together! Our house is quite spacious with a large open living and family room for lots of play time and nap time. We have plenty of treats and running water fountain for dogs and cats. Our house has a huge front & backyard (not fenced) to run around on leash. When it snows, we love making dog trails around our property because what dog doesn't love to run in the snow! About: I've had cats my whole life, and have always been very fond of them. I got 2 of my own over the past couple years (shoutout to the cat distribution system!) Having the first come to me as a sick kitten gave me hands on experience with administering oral medications (antibiotics and some pain pills) and eye ointment. About: My dogs and I are ready to watch and play with your pets! We love meeting new friends and are more than happy to accommodate you. I'm currently working from home and am generally home all throughout the day to play with and hang out with your pets. If I have an errand to run, I can always let you know ahead of time. We have a fenced in area for the dogs to play and splash if they want! If I do leave the house, I generally crate my dogs and would also crate your pet if you need. If the pet is fine to be out and unsupervised, that is fine too.

My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. About: I have always had a love for animals since I can remember. I rescued and rehabbed two feral kittens that were living under a dumpster to my own rescued pup. I have had guest dogs in my home from tiny to extra large. They always received the same care as my own dog from sleeping in bed with us to plenty of walks and outdoor time. About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 13. I walk mine and my sisters dogs frequently. I have done overnights with dogs. I let dogs out during the day and feed them for meal times. I am a nursing student at Hartwick college and can easily work about my schedule to take care of pets. I am unavailable on Thursdays, but every other day works depending on my schedule. About: Our pets are family, and it can be scary sometimes when you don't know who is caring for them while you're gone. Under my care, I treat every fur baby like they were my fur baby. I grew up living with dogs, a Bichon Frise and a Pit Bull, which taught me how to communicate and care for dogs of all sizes and dogs breeds with separation anxiety. I'm pretty active and am currently training for the NYC 2022 Marathon, so I love to run/walk with my dog Casper. About a year ago, Casper and I moved in with my partner Victor and his 2 cats, Jewel & Scarlett, in Rushville, New York. Initially, we were nervous about introducing them so we started slow by keeping them in separate rooms with a gate. Once they became more comfortable and curious about each other (more on the cats end), we took the gate down after a couple days. It was a seamless living transition if there ever was one. Now all 3 love hanging out on the play mat together with their toys or taking naps nearby each other. We're looking for more furry friends to keep them company and to nap together! Our house is quite spacious with a large open living and family room for lots of play time and nap time. We have plenty of treats and running water fountain for dogs and cats. Our house has a huge front & backyard (not fenced) to run around on leash. When it snows, we love making dog trails around our property because what dog doesn't love to run in the snow! And I'm very experienced in putting on dog boots if needed. Lastly, we are a 15-20 minute walk to Canandaigua Lake, and live 3 minutes from Bare Hill. Currently, Victor and I are started a small business that will be launching this Spring. We work from home Monday-Friday and make our own hours so we are flexible. And I'm available on the weekends and any last minute bookings. About: My experience with animals but more cats than anything but I have grand puppies that I love and have taken care of. I have had them overnight and have gone to their house out my personal schedule to let outside, to feed and love. I have two cats that is not just pets but are like mine and my wife's kids. Kiki is 13 year old female and she is very active and loveable at times. Max is our 18lb baby who is a clown and very active. My grand puppies are two Huskys, a black lab and two mix breed dogs who I have partially help raise. All in all I love these animals as family members. I would do the same for yours. My schedule is flexible. I have another job where I shop and certain days of the week is slow. This would be perfect to fill the slow times from my other job Well our two cats are very much loved. We don't have fenced in yard but we built a cat patio so our two cats would get fresh and feel safe.
About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. It works out well because I’m a very active person who likes to get outside as much as possible—hiking when the weather permits and bringing him along with me. This is in part due to my ever-changing, flexible schedule. I have a few set shifts during the week, but for the most part I make my own hours and I have time to be available pretty much whenever I am needed!

About: I work at an animal shelter and have been handling animals from mice to Great Danes for the past 3 years. I have an in depth understanding of both cat and dog body language, and regularly work with animals that have handling sensitivity, resource guarding, behavioral troubles and health concerns. I help out in our in-shelter Vet Clinic, distributing both pill & liquid oral medications, vaccines/SubQ fluids, and administering topical treatments for skin, eye, and ear ailments. I am Fear-Free certified, which is a training that focuses on positive reinforcement to help eliminate fear and stress in pets. I regularly dog sit for neighbors and friends, cat sit for my sister, and have cared for dogs and small animals in my personal life, including guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, birds and lizards. At our shelter, for both dogs and cats- I feed them, clean their kennels, monitor behavior and health concerns, help with training, and administer medications.
