“Our first daycare visit with Jeffrey was an amazing success for our nervous, shy Meeka. Showing my wife and I around his farm to make us and Meeka feel comfortable, it was obvious to us that he loves and respects animals. Leaving his driveway, my wife saw Jeffrey kneeling in front of our dog trying to communicate. Instead of talking down he put himself on her level. During the entire day, Jeffrey gave us updates on her stay, sending lots of funny pictures of our dog while he took her for a run and played with her. Also, it should be noted that our dog was kept separate from the other couple of dogs he had under his watch, just to get her comfortable. When we picked Meeka up at the end of the day, she was very relaxed and did not show any anxiety or stress. During visits at other places she always showed signs of those emotions when we picked her up. From now on, this is the first home we will try to place her when we have to leave for a couple of days.”

“Carol was absolutely incredible. My little dog Munchkin is a momma’s boy who really struggles being away from me. But with Carol he settled in and was eating, playing, and relaxing. She sent pictures and updates each day to let me know how he was doing and that really put my mind at ease since I’ve never used Rover or left Munchkin with anyone outside of family before. Munchkin is a cavapoo, so his fur can get tangled pretty easily as well but Carol brushed him every day and he came home tangle-free which really shows the care she puts into the dogs she boards. She made sure he was well cared for and loved, and I 100% recommend her for anyone wanting to board their dog and will definitely book with her in the future. She even had me fill out additional info regarding Munchkin just so she knew more about him and the best way to care for him while I was away. She was truly the best dog sitter I could have imagined leaving my little guy with. If you are looking for someone to treat your dog as their own, then Carol is definitely the way to go!”
About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. About: I've had pets in my life since the day I was born, and as a teen I spent several years working in an animal shelter, caring for animals and working with the health team. I'm experienced with puppies, elderly dogs, dogs with behavioral challenges, and visually impaired and deaf animals. I've also cared for dogs with serious health needs like cancer and diabetes. About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

About: I've had pets in my life since the day I was born, and as a teen I spent several years working in an animal shelter, caring for animals and working with the health team. I'm experienced with puppies, elderly dogs, dogs with behavioral challenges, and visually impaired and deaf animals. I've also cared for dogs with serious health needs like cancer and diabetes. I'm not a vet or vet tech, but I'm comfortable with basic care like changing a bandage, and I know how to respond in an emergency and reach the nearest emergency care. I've boarded dogs over 100 pounds, and they do great with my dog Leo, a 16 pound Jack Russell dachshund mix who has graduated from obedience and agility courses about five times. I also sit cats, birds, small critters, and reptiles. For dogs, I like to start with a neutral meet and greet, so I ask for two weeks notice, though I'm flexible in emergencies. If you'd like, I can also arrange grooming and specialized training as an additional service while your pet is in my care, provided through a licensed groomer and trainer. Your pet will be treated like family. I work from home, so I offer daytime care during work hours as well as overnight boarding while you travel. Your pet gets plenty of one-on-one time and extra TLC when needed. All pet care happens in my home on a quiet street in the Village of Manchester. I work remotely, so your pet is never left alone for long. Dogs get lots of one-on-one time, and I'm happy to send updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I start with a neutral meet and greet to make sure everyone gets along with my dog Leo. I have a large backyard with natural tree lines and barriers, but safety comes first. Any dog in my care stays on a leash or tie out whenever they're outside, with no exceptions, even if a yard is fenced. I'm happy to take short walks into the yard, and if your pet prefers pet pads, I can provide those. Cats get a quiet room behind closed doors, separate from my own cats, and can stay in their crate, come out, or sit with me in my office. I know how to respond in an emergency and how to reach the nearest emergency care.

About: I have been walking dogs and taking care of cats and dogs for years. I give cats and dogs some attention and play with them. I am currently available on weekends and week nights for walking dogs. I am flexible with the times on weekends. I can take dogs for more than 20 minutes to give them more exercise and an enjoyable time. If you need your dog (s) to stay at my house overnight or during the day on weekends, I can look after them, play with them, and walk them. I have a large fenced yard.
