“This was our first time leaving our little Pug, Pancake, with Jane & Michaela. The meet and greet was fantastic-perfect way for everyone to meet each other and see if we were a good fit. Pancake has a quirky personality-she needs to sleep with a person, under the covers, every night:)-and that was totally okay with them. We knew then that these were going to be Pancake's new best friends:) Our trip was out of the country and the daily updates, pictures and videos were so appreciated and adorable. Our boys looked forward to the "Pancake Update" every night. It was such a relief to know she was being well taken care of and she was happy. They kept her active all week and she came home to us happy and healthy. We truly felt she was a member of their family for the week. Will always use these ladies in the future. “We recently rescued 2 fluffy Frenchies, and after only having them for 4 months, one of my Frenchies is always shaking when meeting new people or when she goes outside . We had to use Sandra and her husband to watch our fluffy friends for almost 2 weeks. They came back to us chunky, happy, and my puppy no longer shakes when meeting new people and is now the first to go outside. They did such a wonderful job. “We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”

About: I have personal experience with two dogs (Sunny and Roland) and a cat (Loki). Additionally, I have taken care of the pets of family and friends for years without complaint. I have worked as a dog sitter/walker for over 5 years now, and 3 of those on Rover. Unless my employment status changes, I am available 24/7 over summer, winter, fall, and spring breaks. My time is also very flexible and I don’t mind if I need to work at odd hours. I try to be as gentle and friendly as possible towards pets and will do more than the bare minimum when it comes to exercise and entertainment. I also have experience with cleaning up all kinds of potential messes.

About: I’ve taken care of cats ever since I was 15. I always grew up with dogs and cats at home, and have watched cats for family and friends whenever they leave for vacations. I love playing with cats of all ages, and have experience with caring for young kittens as well as elderly cats. I currently have 2 cats at home and love them dearly! About: I own 2 dogs. A Hungarian vizla and a tea cup yorkie, very friendly and do awesome with other dogs :) I have owned dogs all my life. Our space is huge and we have acres of land for the dogs to play :) Dogs are like children to me, to be treated like family and nothing less. I am home most of the time. I have 2 kids, a tween and a teenager; who are hardly ever home. I work from home so your dogs will hardly ever be left alone. I have a huge yard. Plenty of space for your pets to run and play :) Indoor space is just as huge! If needed dogs can be separated from my own.

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I have multiple years experience caring for dogs, cats, pocketpets, rabbits, fish, parakeets, reptiles and chickens. I also have experience providing care in a rabbit/cat/small animal rescue and in stables so I am very well rounded when it comes to all manner of pet care. I am comfortable walking, feeding, playing, etc. Currently my schedule is generally Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a bit of leeway here and there. I can do walks and drop ins on evenings and weekends. Knowing what your pet needs in advance makes it easier for me to set my upcoming schedule to accommodate them. And as an added bonus when it comes to working from home: House sitting is a breeze! I am able to give tons of attention during the work day and use my breaks to take pups out for walks and play time. For my own pets I have two cats and guinea pigs. The guinea pigs have a large cage in my spare room/office and there is plenty of room to board other pocket pets if need be. For other people's pets I will absolutely treat them with the same care and attention as my own. I understand that each pet and family is different so I will use your guidance and details to know exactly what your pet needs to make them happy and comfortable!

“We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”
