“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

About: Although I've never personally owned a cat, I've been around cats since my teenage years through family, friends, our family farm, and pet sitting. I'm comfortable feeding cats, refreshing their water, playing with them, brushing them, providing companionship, following medication instructions that I'm comfortable performing, and caring for them while their owners are away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate or sleep routines, and any special preferences the pet may have. I make sure pets have fresh water, plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship during each visit. I also treat every home with the utmost respect, keeping the space clean, secure, and exactly as I found it. I always double-check that doors, gates, and crates are safely closed before leaving to ensure your pet’s safety and your peace of mind. “Karina was amazing from beginning to end. I felt a little skeptical about leaving my fur child with anyone unfamiliar. From texts before the drop off, Karina made me feel comfortable. I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes!
