Maria has a particularly good arrangement and process for gradually acclimating guest cats to a residence, especially one with other felines. As the only pet in our household, Bella's very curious about other cats. The updates and photos show that she was enjoying the run of the house within the first couple days and getting along with the other cats and dogs. It says a lot about the family's skill in creating a comfortable atmosphere for their own pets and boarders alike. Highly recommended.”

“This was our first time leaving my almost 4 year old dog with any type of sitter. This was also her first time, with other dogs for an extended period of time. I was a little nervous at first but once we had the meet and greet with Jeff before confirming the stay I knew this would be the best place for my Betsy! Jeff was great at communicating before, after and during the stay. We got so many photos of how Betsy was doing. We had a bunch of thunder storms the week she was staying, Jeff did a fantastic job keeping her comfortable. He sent many updates and overall I felt confident that betsy was taken care of. When we picked her up she was so calm for the rest of the day. She had a great stay, and made so many few doggie friends! I would recommend Jeff to anyone and everyone! We differently will be having Betsy stay with him again!”

“Kate has a very warm demeanor and my first impression when I brought our dog Astrid over to her house for a meet and greet before boarding, was that she would care for our dog as if she were her own. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. We will certainly reach out to Kate again when planning future boarding accommodations for our sweet Astrid.”

She was timely for our meet and greet where we went over MJ’s care needs as well as the apartment set up. Kaylene was respectful in communication though I did have to ask for updates every few days about MJ, and over the course of the two week trip, I received 4 photos of MJ. While MJ is shy, I do feel establishing consistent communication about the pet is a key part of the job. I was informed 1 day before Kaylene’s departure that she would not be able to complete our other agreed upon dates throughout the summer as she got a full time position so I am in a bit of a bind having to find trustworthy care for MJ. I am sure Kaylene will do well in her new job. Overall, I definitely feel Kaylene is trustworthy with pets.”

About: My own dogs are always the #1 teacher. They show me how to best care for them - with food, play, training, medications, travel, sleepless days and nights when they've been ill, and giving them all them comfort I can. I've volunteered at dog shelters, spent hours walking dogs in all kinds of weather, and offered comfort to friends who've had to say goodbye to their best fur friends. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets plenty of attention - playing, feeding, and scratching behind the ears. I take my dog for swims in the river, off leash romps in the woods, and leashed walks around town. We also play fetch and tug-of-war in the house or on the deck. About: If you have an athletic or active dog, we are the hosts for you!!! Trips to parks (on and off leash), running the trails, and swimming in a Lake will happen every day. If your dog is less active, we can bring our activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable. I have a very open schedule. Usually I go to the park go with my family who enjoy the day doing things outside the house. If you have a last minute appointment or you need anything on the same day I do take them I have a very open schedule one works in the morning and the other one works in the afternoon so your pet will never be alone. I had pets before they pass away. We used to love our pets so much. We took CPR classes and emergency classes for pets just in case.

Dogs are welcome on the couch. There's lots of space here to roll around on the floor, play fetch, bask in the sun on the fenced-in patio. For boarding, dogs must be crate trained, since I don't want to risk any harm to my dog or yours while I'm out.

“Amanda and her husband took wonderful care of Jack. I received daily updates and pictures which helped ease my anxiety about leaving him for a few days. He was so spoiled! You can tell they are dog lovers and treated him like he was theirs. I will be using them in the future and have already booked Jacks next stay without hesitation.”
“B recently had a incident with a larger dog that caused her to shy away from dogs in general. I advised Dawn of the incident before dropping B off. Dawn understood immediately and reassured me that B would be fine. During my time away, Dawn sent pictures/ movies consistently. I could see that B had made friends and was definitely enjoying herself. Dawn eased my mind tremendously and allowed me to relax and finally begin to enjoy my vacation with my family. “Kate has a very warm demeanor and my first impression when I brought our dog Astrid over to her house for a meet and greet before boarding, was that she would care for our dog as if she were her own. Astrid is usually quite anxious when she’s first introduced to a new person and a new environment, but she appeared to be more at ease much quicker with Kate at her house than she typically is. Kate sent us regular pictures and updates, was very flexible about our schedule for pickup and drop-off, prompt and easy to communicate with, and we didn’t worry about Astrid at all. We will certainly reach out to Kate again when planning future boarding accommodations for our sweet Astrid.”
“Megen took great care of our dog Lotta. She has a fenced in backyard which was great so our dog was outside a lot and played with the other dogs there. Easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

As a beagle, Wrigley usually hates being left behind—but I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. He got the royal treatment with pup cups, plenty of love and attention, and he even made a new friend in their sweet dog, Ginger. “Thayla took care of our dog Foxy, while we were away on a 2 week trip. My family and I felt so comfortable leaving her with Thayla, because she is an extremely nice dog loving person who treated our dog like her own. She took our dog on 3 walks everyday, sent us pictures and updates everyday about the fun things they were doing. “Cristian went above and beyond to make sure i felt 100% comfortable while i was boarding my pit mix Nala for 11 days for the first time. Nala even sadly got a pretty severe UTI during her stay and Cristian was so on top of it with photos, concern, and ended up even taking her to the vet for me and getting the care she needed. Even with a 6hr time change he managed to keep up with great communication and updates throughout the stay. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. “Cory and her family had my families 8 month old puppy Athena for 10 days while we were in Orlando. Athena is a member of our family and it was very nerve wracking for us to leave her with someone for so long. Upon dropping athena off our tensions were put to rest. Corys daughter who is close in age to my oldest immediately began playing with Athena the same way my daughter does and it was evident her and her family were used to have dogs around. Throughout the vacation Cory txted me and sent photos and videos to me updating us on how the stay was going. She even told me she felt badly Athena had ripped apart one of her toys which i told her she does with every toy and not to worry about it. Cory also charges a great rate, which is considerably less than what most people charge. Another thing that i really appreciated was how flexible she was. I have a baby less then a year old, and an older child so timing is not a strong point of mine, and she assured me both when j dropped Athena off and when i picked her up that the timing wasnt an issue...She actually watched Athena for an extra 8 hours and told me not to worry about anything extra. My family and I are greatful for how Cory and her family treated our puppy, and hopefully i will never have to board her with anyone else. They treated Athena like she was their own family pet and there is no greater feeling then knowing your pets needs are being met and then some. If u are thinking about using Cory to board your pup then you need not search anymore, book with her immediately! Thank you Cory Oh and when i arrived home i found a beautiful note and 2 new dog toys that she bought to replace the one Athena chewed up during her stay! My daughter and my kids mother really enjoyed reading the note and it made them both smile knowing how well athena was treated. 5 star review all day! Looking forward to our next vacation and boarding with you again!”
