About: I didn’t get to experience the joy of growing up with dogs or cats but as soon as I was able I began taking in fosters from the NYC shelter system. It was quite a learning experience spending time with many dogs (and a few cats) of all different types and personalities. I no longer foster but I bring the experience and dedication from working with so many shelter pets to caring for your furry family members. And as a pet parent now myself I have been through many sitters so I understand what makes a good one! A note on boarding and meet and greets: I’m happy to have boarding candidates come by to meet me and check out the space but I do not do meet and greets with my own dogs. My dogs are dog friendly but they are too chaotic and excitable to meet new dogs and owners right away. New dogs are kept separate at first and introduced at their own pace when everyone is calm. This minimizes stress for everyone and allows for better interactions. I currently work out of the house Monday/Wednesday/Friday but my schedule is somewhat flexible. The rest of the week I work at home and I am often available all weekend. Dogs in my home have access to a securely fenced large yard for running and fetch, as well as a quiet neighborhood for walks. If the weather is warm dogs have access to a dog door so they may go outside as they please. If your dog likes to play with other dogs mine will certainly be happy to accommodate but they can also have separate spaces if quiet time is needed. In your home I will make every effort to keep your pets schedule as familiar as possible while offering lots of love and stimulation. As someone who has had many sitters come through and stay at my house I understand the importance of trust and cleanliness so you can be away without worry.

Since I mostly work from home, I can easily accommodate bookings, cancellations, last-minute changes, and special requests. The only exception is occasional weekend evenings after 5 PM, when I work at The Colony in Woodstock. Other than that, I’m always here for you and your pets! I live in a spacious three-bedroom, 2 story home with a large open yard, perfect for pets to play and explore. Your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch, run, and enjoy the outdoors while getting all the exercise and fresh air they need to stay happy and healthy.
About: I have always had a special connection with dogs. I grew up with dogs and treated them like part of the family. I have been primarily working as a pet nanny for 5 years for someone who traveled to Europe on a monthly basis. They are staying in Europe indefinitely so I am looking to add some new clients. About: I’m a mother of two boys.. who is very loving and caring. I have about 2 years experience of having cat and a dog. Very good at knowing what a animal needs I’m very flexible… I’m sure we can make something work. I’m available in the early mornings usually. After you have shown me your schedule that you would like to work with I then Fit in my schedule. When I’m caring for a pet I’m a clients home the 1st thing I check for is if they have eaten Also if they need to be walked.

About: I was raised in a positive pet friendly family environment and had my own dogs and cats for more than twenty years. I can handle large, medium, and small dogs and will look to give them long walks and lots of exercise as a good dog is a tired dog. I work full-time but have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends to feed, walk, play fetch, or just hang out with your dog. About: I grew up with all different types of animals my whole life. I have been a dog mom for 13 years. I am great at walking dogs who have aggression towards other dogs, I know how to find a calm route to take and distract them before conflict arises! I recently lost my 90 lb alapaha blue blood bulldog mix to a terminal illness and am looking forward to spending time with other people's dogs. I am a self employed artist, volunteer, and executive director of a free store that I physically staff on Saturdays, so I have a very flexible schedule. I I will care for your pets with so much attentiveness and love! Just give me a set of instructions and I will show them a great time. I am happy to board as well as make house calls, and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my 4 year old foster daughter. We live next to many swimming holes and in a location with greay walkability.

Our dog had a great week and we will definitely return to Meghan & Sean for future doggy needs, whether it is another week or a shorter visit. Highly recommend, zero notes!”
