They would make Blue delicious, nutritious food everyday. The pure excitement in blue’s eyes when he sees the food shows in the pictures Becca send us regularly. We get multiple updates of blue everyday with tons of pictures. Becca and her husband even took blue to Ithaca falls and let him play in the water. Blue got exercised more than we asked for. Blue had problems with allergies during his stay with Becca, but they took good care of blue: wiping his paws after every walk, and feeding him medication hided in a cheese wrap everyday. If you want someone that’s attentive, treats your dog like their own dog, goes above and beyond to meet the individual needs of your dog, and send you updates constantly without you even needing to ask, choose Becca! My boyfriend and I are so grateful for Becca and her husband’s effort in taking care of Blue. They are the ones that made us relaxed enough to enjoy our vacation - knowing that blue is in good hands. “Our first daycare visit with Jeffrey was an amazing success for our nervous, shy Meeka. Showing my wife and I around his farm to make us and Meeka feel comfortable, it was obvious to us that he loves and respects animals. Leaving his driveway, my wife saw Jeffrey kneeling in front of our dog trying to communicate. Instead of talking down he put himself on her level. During the entire day, Jeffrey gave us updates on her stay, sending lots of funny pictures of our dog while he took her for a run and played with her. Also, it should be noted that our dog was kept separate from the other couple of dogs he had under his watch, just to get her comfortable. When we picked Meeka up at the end of the day, she was very relaxed and did not show any anxiety or stress. During visits at other places she always showed signs of those emotions when we picked her up. From now on, this is the first home we will try to place her when we have to leave for a couple of days.”

About: I work shiftwork in a hospital and dogsit on my days off due to my love of dogs (and to fulfill the urge of getting a second dog!). Our home includes myself, my husband, and our friendly female bernese mountain dog Berkeley. No kids or other pets. We are comfortable with dogs of all breeds and activity levels. We only host one dog at a time so your dog will get all the attention. There is a fenced yard in a calm/quiet neighborhood. For multiple night boarding, would prefer arranging a meeting before booking to ensure it is a mutual good fit. Feel free to reach out for any additional details. Our schedules revolve around our dog Berkeley so your dog will get just as much personalized attention. My husband and I only host dogs when I am off of work/there are few other plans so your dog will rarely be left unattended Our home is spacious and there is a fenced yard so plenty of room for your dog and our dog Berkeley. You are welcome to provide a crate but we don't require dogs to be crated at our home.

Currently my family does not have any dogs. I have always treated my dogs like a member of my family, without 'spoiling' them. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 13. I walk mine and my sisters dogs frequently. I have done overnights with dogs. I let dogs out during the day and feed them for meal times. I am a nursing student at Hartwick college and can easily work about my schedule to take care of pets. I am unavailable on Thursdays, but every other day works depending on my schedule. In my clients home I use any equipment that they recommend and use. I have taken dogs for rides in my car and roll the windows down for them to see out.
About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. I've boarded dogs over 100 pounds, and they do great with my dog Leo, a 16 pound Jack Russell dachshund mix who has graduated from obedience and agility courses about five times. I also sit cats, birds, small critters, and reptiles. For dogs, I like to start with a neutral meet and greet, so I ask for two weeks notice, though I'm flexible in emergencies. If you'd like, I can also arrange grooming and specialized training as an additional service while your pet is in my care, provided through a licensed groomer and trainer. Your pet will be treated like family. I work from home, so I offer daytime care during work hours as well as overnight boarding while you travel. Your pet gets plenty of one-on-one time and extra TLC when needed. All pet care happens in my home on a quiet street in the Village of Manchester. I work remotely, so your pet is never left alone for long. Dogs get lots of one-on-one time, and I'm happy to send updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I start with a neutral meet and greet to make sure everyone gets along with my dog Leo. I have a large backyard with natural tree lines and barriers, but safety comes first. Any dog in my care stays on a leash or tie out whenever they're outside, with no exceptions, even if a yard is fenced. I'm happy to take short walks into the yard, and if your pet prefers pet pads, I can provide those. Cats get a quiet room behind closed doors, separate from my own cats, and can stay in their crate, come out, or sit with me in my office. I know how to respond in an emergency and how to reach the nearest emergency care.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, with different energy levels and needs for decades. I’ve volunteered for rescues and fostered puppies and seniors. I am comfortable administering meds, giving baths, working on manners, caring for reactive pups, and will go out of my way to meet your dog’s needs. My flexible schedule gives me plenty of time for long walks and playing with pups on both weekdays and weekends (yes, I am very lucky). I will follow your instructions carefully to make sure that your pet is happy and safe. A pet’s safety is always my number one priority.
