About: Hello! My name is Jessica. I have been a licensed veterinary technician for 4 years. I work part time at an exotics only clinic. If you have any small companian animals, reptiles, or feathered friends that need care please feel free to ask me! The goal of my job is to relieve the stress you may have from not being able to come home to your beloved pets, or to know that they are in safe hands if you go on a trip. I do have a full-time job near Clarence, NY. I work 7:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday. I do get hour long lunches and can stop for lunch visits if you are close. As a veterinary technician I can monitor your pet more closely in case they are sick. Since I do not know your pet or how they react in certain situations, I would take extra caution when going outside or for walks to make sure I keep them safe.

“Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! Other times, fuzzy friends need to be told what a great gift from God they truly are. I love being sensitive to each creature's individual needs, and cherish the special bonds formed while owners entrust me with their forever family friends. We have an adequate fenced in backyard space for pups to play and enjoy frequent visits to the park. She was so welcoming and understanding of my not completely house trained pup, and she's almost like a trainer as well as sitter. She's worked on crate training and commands with my pup, even letting me borrow things to help at home. Five other sitters denied my request to watch a puppy, but Courtney is the ultimate dog lover, and honestly has more patience than anyone I've ever met. My only concern is that my pup loves being at her house maybe more than mine, since Courtney's dogs are her new best friends! About: I have past experience working for Wag where I walked a number of different dogs over the course of about a year and a half. I also have experience with raising, training, and caring for my own pups as well as my two cats! I work as a freelancer currently, so I will have plenty of time to stop in and care for your pet any day of the week you need me! I can accommodate any and all needs that your pets have while you are away from home! In my experience with Wag as a dog walker, I entered and re-secured many homes while owners were away.

“Melissa and Gregory were incredible! This was our first time using Rover and they put us immediately at ease. They welcomed our rambunctious puppy into their home with open arms, making us feel confident that he would be well taken care of. He had some tummy troubles going on when we had to leave and they were so understanding, telling us not to worry. He made a mess in his crate one night because of this and they were so understanding, not bothered at all. They cooked up his brat diet (ground beef and rice) for several days until his stomach was working better. Leo came back to us healthy and happy. I highly recommend Melissa and Greg - they are just super!”
