We can verify she deserves all five stars - she was able to quickly interpret our puppy’s behavior and gave us tips for after the boarding experience. We were nervous as well since this was the first time our dog would be away from us for an extended amount of time but Morgan made us feel at ease with her professional veterinary experience and ability to help along our puppy’s socialization. She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. About: I grew up with lots of animals in my house my whole entire life. Everything from birds, reptiles, fish to basic ones such as cats and dogs. In summer I was on farm with horses, cows, pigs, chickens and much more. I have been watching dogs for as long as I remember. Both in my house as well as other homes. I’m currently a student so weekends will be more manageable for me, In case of any emergencies of course I can make accommodations during weekdays. I’ve had more than 11 animals my whole life growing up (5 dogs) (4 cats) (2 two fish) I would say I’m extremely experienced in caring for animals. Professionally my experience would be under a year as I am still in school, I live on 67 acres and a large yard which will give your dog enough room to run with the wind and enjoy the fresh air.
About: I've always had a love for animals ever since I was a child. I treat every animal as my own and to make sure they feel safe and loved is my biggest priority! At the moment, i’m able to care for your baby on Fridays after 4pm and i have open availability for saturday and sunday. I go back and forth between Middletown, NY and NYC so I’m able to care for your fur baby wherever needed! I respect my clients home by keeping the space clean, I always move as if I’m being watched so you’ll never have to worry about things being out of place or me being nosy. My main priority is caring for your pet and ensuring not only their comfortability but yours as well! I know it can be a little nerve wrecking having someone in your home while you’re not there so I’m always open to meet ups prior to finalizing a booking to make sure we’re a good match!

Tango - who had only been sat by family members prior to this - immediately felt comfortable and welcome. He had a ball, was well cared for and even got a bath and nail trim for an extremely reasonable additional charge. Amy is close to the retreat we were on, which was part of the reason why we chose her, but I would seriously consider making the 2-hour trip to her if Tango needed sitting again, regardless of her proximity to where I was going.”

“We are first time dog owners and we brought our 11 month old German Shepherd to Morgan after seeing her rave reviews. We can verify she deserves all five stars - she was able to quickly interpret our puppy’s behavior and gave us tips for after the boarding experience. We were nervous as well since this was the first time our dog would be away from us for an extended amount of time but Morgan made us feel at ease with her professional veterinary experience and ability to help along our puppy’s socialization. We boarded our dog for 6 days and Morgan was very communicative during the stay, with quick response to our messages. We highly recommend her and plan to use her again.”
“Andrea is a beautiful, intelligent and compassionate professional. She cares about the animals she looks after while 'pet parents' are away. She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was 18. Neighbors, friends and family have trusted, relied on me to walk, play and feed their pets. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays. My dog Charlie has trauma/aggression issues that make it hard for me to feel safe leaving him with a sitter, but David was extremely attentive and extremely careful. And when my dog got finicky with anxiety and didn't want to touch his meals, David went the extra mile with treats and enticements to keep him eating regularly. Charlie was in the best hands around.
