About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.
“We love Dixie and she lives dogs. We were fortunate to find her and have used her twice now for several days of overnight stays. Her house and property are perfect for any dog as there's plenty of space to run and Lounge out. But the great thing that really made me feel super comfortable was her love for animals and her attention to detail regarding feeding and sleeping arrangements. I have several more business trips coming up this year and Have No Reservations on using Dixie”

“Kim watched Sir Sparklepuff for 17 days, following our relocation. We had been worried about leaving him at such a transitional time, but she made the extra effort of meeting him prior to his stay with her, first in our home, then in her own. His stay seems to have gone quite well -- he was returned to us happy and well-cared for. Kim also sent us daily photos which were absolutely remarkable -- professional quality! She clearly spent time connecting with him, and playing with him. We are sure to use her services again, and cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Boo had a great stay with Kate! I loved receiving photos and videos to see how he was doing. Happy to have a place where I know he’s happy and being well cared for when I’m traveling.”

“Rocky was well cared for and content during his recent stay with Kathy and Tim. He loves them and they love him. I could not ask for better sitters which allows me to relax knowing that he is happy. Rocky enjoys their fenced in yard and their beagle. I will certainly book with them again if I need to go away. Thank you, Kathy and Tim !! Sheila Nelson”

“I am so thankful I found Samantha to watch my high energy pup when my family went on vacation recently. She and her husband were so good with my guy. She was also very responsive to my constant checking in and sent tons of pictures and videos. I would 100% recommend her to anyone needing care for their fur babies. She was a true Godsend.”

“Kim was fantastic, and my dog was so happy at her house. Kim sent lots of photos, and communicated well. I am so happy with Kim’s services, and will be returning again soon. Thank you!”

“Mariema was fantastic! She took our brand new 2 year old rescue with little helpful instructions from us and kept her busy, having fun and getting all that energy depleted each day. “I recently adopted a bunny and we were going away on vacation for a few days… we needed someone who was able to watch my her while we were gone. We had a very nice meet and greet with Julia and she was very flexible with where my rabbit would stay, as well as how much space she could roam around in. She offered a whole room, that would be gated at the door, for my bunny. Since the meet and greet went so well, we booked her for the days we would be traveling. She made sure there was a carpet for my bun’s feet so she wouldn’t be on the hardwood floor. She put baby plugs in the outlets so my bunny couldn’t get to them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bunny with Julia and her family, they were all very kind. They even put a camera in the room so when they weren’t with my bunny, they could always keep an eye on her. My bunny seemed very comfortable and happy with the situation and adjusted very well because of Julia’s hospitality. Julia offered everything she could to make sure my bunny had an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking Julia again!!”

I will always keep to whatever walking, feeding, sleeping, potty, and/or medication (if needed) schedule that your pet(s) are used to doing, so they can be the most comfortable they can be. I'm truly hoping that I can make animal care my career, and my heart is full of love towards your fur (and scaly) babies! I'm currently working part-time at a dog groomer, so I'm available from Saturdays-Tuesdays (I work 12-6 Wednesday-Friday). I can do a Friday evening or a Wednesday morning if it's really needed. “Amazing!! Our dog looks forward to her visits and we know he is in good hands. Keeps communication open and goes above expectations while caring for our dog. Would highly recommend”

“Heather was super sweet, understanding and very responsive! She understood my circumstances for needing my kitty Poptart watched and had no complaints with how last minute my request was. When there was an interference with the pickup time, she was completely understanding and didn’t charge extra. I even told her about Poptart’s disliking of other cats, and she kept her in a room separate from her own and even offered to introduce my cat to hers to get her more accustomed to being around other cats in the future. Overall, she was a wonderful sitter and I’ll definitely consider her again in the future!”

About: Hello there! As a proud mom to four dogs, 12 goats, 15 chickens, and too many ducks and cats to count- I would be thrilled to get to know your furry friend and help with any pet responsibilities. I personally have a St. Bernard, English bulldog, and 2 Great Pyrenees. Large breeds are my specialty but I, of course, am a complete sucker for all the adorable tiny pups of the world too! I’m an active person who enjoys a good jog and am happy to walk in any weather. I also have plenty of farm experience with pigs, goats, and chickens for anyone in a rural environment. Best of all, I am well settled into my 30s and will always supply the reliability, responsibility, and peace of mind that you as owners deserve. We make most of our “pooch-a-roo stew” dog food from scratch from healthy, home grown foods on our farm. Our pups have completed obedience classes. We spoil them daily but have a good foundation of rules to keep everyone in our pack happy and healthy! I found my wonderful dog sitters on rover.com and have been so thrilled with the help they have given me. I can’t wait to pass along my love of animals to your family. Cheers to all the tail wags, drool spots, and happy panting to come!

I have younger siblings that are good with pets and love playing with them, but if your pet isn't comfortable around children my siblings will keep their distance. My 2 dogs, Birdie, a pittie mix , age 2 and our new gal Pippa, a 5 month old chihuahua mix enjoyed their visit. About: I have taken care of small and large breeds of dogs since the young age of seven. As soon as I was able to as an adult I rescued a dog and a cat because no home is complete without the pitter-patter of furry feet. My pets are more than pets, they're family, and yours will be treated just the same when they're in my care. I am currently working part time at the library two doors down from my home so have plenty of time to care for your furry friend. I have a beagle/poodle mix that is two years old that loves to have friends to play with. He sleeps in the bed, but if you prefer your doggie to be crated I can do that too. I also have a 9 year old cat that thinks she's the mommy of the house. She is always cuddling the dog and bathing him.

“Dianna was AMAZING! Nothing but positive things to say about her, she took care of my baby and sent me many updates with the cutest photos and videos. I highly recommend!! Thank you Dianna so much!!”

“Ellen and John were wonderful throughout the booking, hand off and pickup process. Dale seems to have had a fabulous time with them! He was immediately comfortable and walked right off without looking back at me. I got pictures of during the day of him enjoying time outside. I will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Margaret and her husband were the most amazing and kindest people we have ever met. They were both so caring and loving to our pup. We are eternally grateful for them. Both were so respectful, listened to all the instructions, and were extremely responsible for pup introductions. They have the kindest and most well behaved dogs. Bonus; they were so kind and considerate about ensuring my small pup’s boundaries, making sure they were being met, with slow introductions, and space to decompress!!! They are without a doubt the best dog people. They care, they love, and your pup(s) would be in the best hands ever. I’d I could give 1000 stars I would :)”

I always am able to find a way to connect with the dogs and making sure they are always happy!! I have also have experience living with and caring for very young puppies and senior dogs . About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? Does he/she need to play fetch in the backyard? Or does he/she just need cuddles? I’m happy to provide multiple levels of care because I care about your pup!

About: Hi ! I have grown up with dogs and cats all my life and have always enjoyed their friendship. I would enjoy taking care of your pets at your house or mine. My family has two dogs and a cat. The cat keeps to himself and the dogs are neutered and friendly, but i could keep them apart if you prefer. I live near a few beautiful parks and Seneca Lake so the opportunities of walks and play are endless. I have younger siblings that are good with pets and love playing with them, but if your pet isn't comfortable around children my siblings will keep their distance. I am available Monday and Tuesday after 4 and all day during the rest of the week.

“Samantha was absolutely wonderful. We were very nervous about leaving our senior dog and very soon in to taking our little dog in we were good. Samantha really did an excellent job making sure he ate and giving him his medicine. We will definitely recommend Samantha to take care of your dog. We will be using Samantha again.”

Thank you!”

“We are so grateful to have found Ellen. She was so accommodating when we booked somewhat last minute and we got updates each morning which set our minds at ease. Her team is awesome and our dog Henry was so comfortable there I swear he didn't want to leave. He seemed super happy upon pick up!”

“Jeffery made ny two rescue pups feel right at home on his lovely farm. Jeffery even watched my 5 month old pup who is still potty training. My girls came home tired and loved. We will definitely book Jeffery again!”

“Mariema was fantastic! She took our brand new 2 year old rescue with little helpful instructions from us and kept her busy, having fun and getting all that energy depleted each day. We got daily pictures and insights into her behavior. Would highly recommend and will be asking Mariema to keep this whirlwind again for us!”

“Dianna and Matthew were excellent hosts for Blue. Dianna goes above and beyond to ensure you have all the peace of mind you need when leaving your dog. It was easily my best experience with Rover yet and I won’t hesitate to book with them again. Thank you!”

“Brittani provided wonderful care to our energetic doodle when we recently passed through town. She sent photos and it was clear that our dog felt very comfortable in her home. Thank you, Brittani!”

“This was my first time using Rover but overall had a great experience with Heather. Heather watched my 12 week old beagle puppy Molly who is full of energy and still in the works with learning some manners. Heather was great at communicating and keeping us up to date with how she was doing. Heather even helped do some training with her as well which we appreciated so much! I would recommend Heather and definitely would use her services again when we visit New York in the future!!”

“This is the first time Sadie has been away from us. She seemed to be happy. Sadie is very social and was exhausted I think From all the playing she got to do with the other dogs there. I will Use garrison again”

“We are so grateful to Maxine! She took care of our pup on short notice when we had an emergency. Archie had a great time and we were relieved he was taken care of while we were away.”
