I have worked in the veterinary field since 2021; receptionist, boarding team, assistant, and manager. I am certified to do therapy exercises with dogs and similar pets. About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. About: A little bit about me, I am going on to my second year at MCC and after plan on joining the Air Force! I currently have a part time job at a restaurant but have gotten the unfortunate news that they will be shutting down my store so I am looking to have this as a part time job for now then hopefully transition it into a full time job. I have been taking care of animals since my early teenage years starting off with a close family friend and her 2 poodle mix’s. They would be dropped off at my house around 9:00 am and then get pick up at 6:00pm. I have bathed, cleaned, and even trained some dogs (simple commands). In addition, I have also taken care of multiple furry felines and have had many cats of my own so I am also quite familiar with their needs as well. I am wanting to soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have always been interested in pet-care I just didn’t know how to go about it until I found out about rover! Since I am just starting out I will only have weekday availability 11-9 and will only offer drop in’s and walk services Monday-Friday and house sitting Tuesday-Thursday. About: I have been walking dogs and taking care of cats and dogs for years. I give cats and dogs some attention and play with them. I am currently available on weekends and week nights for walking dogs. I am flexible with the times on weekends. I can take dogs for more than 20 minutes to give them more exercise and an enjoyable time. If you need your dog (s) to stay at my house overnight or during the day on weekends, I can look after them, play with them, and walk them. I have a large fenced yard.

“Debra was so welcoming to my dog, my husband and I. My dog is an 8 year old rescue and can be very timid and take a bit to warm up to strangers but Debra had a way of making Lulu feel at ease very quickly. Debra has a secure and spacious fenced yard which was ideal for my dog as she has a tendency to escape if she has the chance but Debra took precautions to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue. We really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away, this was our first time boarding our baby and using rover and we felt we didn’t have to worry. We will definitely be booking with Debra again in the future.”
