About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

This was the first time we have boarded our 15 month old GSD for more than 1 night, so we obviously wanted to find someone who would be good with her while we were on vacation for 10 days. Arya is not only good with his boarding practices, but he is also fantastic with “reading” dogs and has a deep understanding of them and their individual behaviors/needs. Nika has not been properly socialized because of my neurological condition, and difficulty walking her. She lunges at other dogs and has pulled me over. Arya had this frantic behavior and her “skittish” energy around other dogs diminished by the second day! There were daily videos (often 2-3) of her doing different things (walking, eating, interacting with his 3 dogs, lying in the crate, etc.) Excellent communication, and immediate responses to questions. About: I’ve worked at a service dog nonprofit for the past decade and I’ve been a pet owner my whole life! Currently, we have a 4-year old Australian Cattle Dog mix and a 2-year old tabby cat. I know how stressful it can be leaving your fur babies when going on vacation/work but I’m happy to help! I will care for your pets with the same love and attention that I give my own. I have also completed training by the Fear Free Shelter Program. Conveniently, I work remotely (full time) so I am always at home to keep an eye on and care for your fur baby. As soon as I was able to as an adult I rescued a dog and a cat because no home is complete without the pitter-patter of furry feet. I love the animal for who it is! I look at all animals needs and wants all very differently because not one has the same. We all have feelings and even our fury friends do! I will provide whatever it takes for your fur baby to be happy, comfortable and in a healthy environment. I have been pet sitting, dog walking, exercising, training, keeping your fur baby active, doing therapy with their back legs, joints and mobility, administering medicine, shots, clipped nails, cleaned ears, bathed, brushing, feeding, constantly changing water, keep hydrated, pampering and just loving your animal like he or she needs to be. I took some classes and this one I took at my vet which I was amazed because they taught me how to drain the adrenaline glands and some dogs have a severe issue with that quite often. My dog does! There are classes that you can go in and they will take the time and show you for some things. I like to to participate in these classes so I have knowledge when it comes time to if anything happens. I started dog walking at 12 years old. A long with other jobs of course throughout life. I have been pet sitting for almost 15 years. I am a full time pet sitter with all of your needs and wants for your fur baby as if your fur baby was my own! You see...... I am with my baby almost all day everyday and as you can tell this is my life. Princess Leah has been my life and is my life! Shadow Bear is too! One more thing! I administer medication to animals, groom them, brush, bathe, keep them active and help them with their mobility, Play, do fun activities with my fur babies, train, keep them busy and entertained and plenty more. I make sure your animal is well cared for, loved like he or she was my own, given the attention it needs, Be happy and even more. I go over and beyond for my fur babies and each and everyone always feels safe, comfortable, loved, happy and etc….. About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

“AMAZING CARE!! This was the first time we have boarded our 15 month old GSD for more than 1 night, so we obviously wanted to find someone who would be good with her while we were on vacation for 10 days. Arya is not only good with his boarding practices, but he is also fantastic with “reading” dogs and has a deep understanding of them and their individual behaviors/needs. Nika has not been properly socialized because of my neurological condition, and difficulty walking her. She lunges at other dogs and has pulled me over. Arya had this frantic behavior and her “skittish” energy around other dogs diminished by the second day! There were daily videos (often 2-3) of her doing different things (walking, eating, interacting with his 3 dogs, lying in the crate, etc.) Excellent communication, and immediate responses to questions. So whether your pal needs a hike, walk around the neighborhood, a feeding, medication dose (dogs and cats) or just a visit, I have your back. We all need movement, attention and praise, pets included. I use positive reinforcement as training method, for all pets at every stage. So whether you have a puppy with some aggression issues, a husky that needs a run, a diabetic cat, fish to be fed and admired, or an stinky old man dog that just needs to be sung to and told he's a good boy I am here to serve. I have two cats personally, they run the household and tell me what to do. They eat twice a day, get their boxes cleaned daily, and petted and played when they decide. Monday- Thursday I am available for pet visits from 10:30-2:30 and again from 5-9 pm Fridays - I am available from 10:30-1:00 for visits Weekends-vary During daycare hours I will always be in the home with your pet unless we are going on an outing together. Play, snacks, walks, songs, and naps will be provided daily. I do have two cats, who will probably stay out of the way, but cat friendly creatures are always preferred.

I am a full time student at Cornell. I have a back yard for puppy play time. I take boarding, sitting, and walking as long as the schedule fits.
