“Lisa and Michael were excellent. I have worked with them before and they always do a wonderful job - I know that my cats and my home are safe in their care - but this time, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I always put a lockbox on my door handle when I travel so that the pet sitter can easily get the keys, but this time, the cover on my box jammed shut as I was putting it on the door handle. I couldn’t even take the box off the handle because the unlatching mechanism is inside the box, which I couldn’t open. I panicked; if Lisa and Michael couldn’t get in, my pets would have a miserable few days. So I went out and bought a SECOND box, then put it on the handle, too. Yes, there were two lockboxes on my door. Lisa and Michael were fabulous, though. Not only did they just roll with the situation, but they figured out how to unjam the first box and save it (I thought that bolt cutters would be involved!). I am beyond grateful for their help and highly recommend that you pick them. You will be so grateful that you did.”

I have a beautiful toy poodle and I recently dropped her off at a kennel for "daycare" and when I went to pick her up, she had a fracture that still to this day they cannot explain hoe it happened. Ever since that traumatized experience ive been very apprehensive about leaving my puppy with anyone. Emily and her fiancé was very understanding and supportive of all of my concerns. Emily suggested a meet and greet which went so well. She was able to reassure that my puppy was in good hands. She showed me the space where my journie will be staying which was very warm, welcoming, and clean. My puppy stayed a few hours with Emily, and she kept me up-to-date with pictures, videos, and texts throughout her entire stay. I was so appreciative of how Emily took the time to keep me posted throughout the day and my mind was completely at ease for the first time in a long time. Not to mention my journie was very happy... When we created our private doggie suite, I was thinking of all the things I would want our dogs to have if we were away. Our checklist of amenities include: - private couch/futon for lounging - clean fresh water bowls 24/7 - several breaks for play time outside - 24 hour recorded camera monitoring in - secured locked doors -AC and/or heat & fans with temp alerts - TV and ALEXA/echo music - fenced secure yard - easily cleaned floors **rates are for 24 hour periods. After 24 hours, it’s $10 an hour. - puppies and tiny dogs may stay in smaller secure area or my be bought in our home. -LOTS OF LOVE AND ATTENTION ❤️ When taking care of dogs, it's important to provide them with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Here are some fun activities I can do with the dogs I watch: Walking is a great way to provide dogs with exercise and mental stimulation. I Choose different routes and places to walk, such as a local park, beach, or hiking trail. Most dogs love playing fetch. I can take your dog or dogs with your permission to a fenced dog's park and play a game of fetch with a ball or frisbee. Dogs love to play with toys, such as squeaky toys or tug ropes.

“My Scrappy (who is a 2 year old Pomeranian/ Poodle Mix male) stayed with Maria, Eric, and Penny (their fur baby girl) for 12 days. Scrappy and Penny had a meet and greet prior to booking. They hit it off. They were like long lost loves. Scrappy is one to be pretty scrappy at times, so I had to check the fence line because he likes to try to dig. They have a very secure backyard that made me feel comfortable to leave him there too. Maria said she would be out there with them, which made me feel better. But the fence was very secure anyway. Maria sent me photos and videos daily of Scrappy and Penny playing in the snowy backyard, napping together, and enjoying each other’s company. Scrappy seemed very happy and content staying with the family. Unfortunately, Scrappy had to say farewell to Penny for now. When I picked him up there was another fur friend there too, who was an elderly regular. He seemed like a sweetheart too. It was nice to see Scrappy had so many few friends. Maria’s sending us pictures and videos made me smile while we were away. It made me feel like he was doing well and he was happy and it provided me with a great sense of comfort to know he was being well taken care of. I would recommend Maria and her family for pet sitting. Maria herself was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. “Having just moved to Long Island, my husband and I were in search of a reliable dog sitter for our dog, Kilo. We always had friends watch him in Miami, and were a bit nervous leaving Kilo with a stranger for 3 nights. Initially, we checked out some kennels in the area, and found them quite depressing. That led us to look on Rover, and Daniel's profile came up first. I reached out to Daniel to inquire about booking with him, and within minutes Daniel had responded and we set up a meet and greet for later that night.
