This was Emma’s first time spending the night with a non-relative and did experience separation anxiety. Catherine was very patient with her and tried different ways to make her feel more comfortable. She took her for a long walk and refocused her energy using a kong filled with treats I provided. She made me aware of her anxiety after she was calm and sent me pictures to assure me she was okay. She also told me not to worry. Emma also had a hard time at bed time but eventually fell asleep on the couch. Emma did better the next day as she was feeling loved!”

I work full-time at my regular job Monday through Friday and am available on rover Saturdays and Sundays. I accept drop-ins, boarding and dog walking. For boarding your pup will have constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention. I have 2 dogs Milo & Ori. Both are 9 years old and are shy and protective so for your pups safety (if boarding) dogs will be separated. Our days include fun backyard playtime, neighborhood walks, and cozy evening couch cuddles. I strictly follow your pet's feeding and medicine schedules to keep their routine normal. You will receive daily photo updates so you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind. I work full time Monday through Friday at my regular job and am usually available after 5pm so I can stop by for drop in visits or a 30min - 1 hr walk during the week. I am also available to care for your pet all day/overnight on Saturdays and Sundays. I have a medium/large fenced back yard where your dog can roam and sniff around for potty breaks. I live right by the Mohawk-Hudson trail where I can take your pup for long and beautiful nature walks. I also allow dogs on my couch where they can relax.

Your dog will be allowed on the couch and bed. I have a fenced in back yard where your dog will always be accompanied by me. I will give lots of cuddles and love. About: As a lifelong dog lover, I know just how special the bond between a person and their dog can be. About a year ago, I unexpectedly lost my own boy to a sudden heart condition. It broke my heart, and for a while, I couldn’t imagine opening my home to another dog of my own. I do, however, miss having dogs in my life—their personalities, their companionship, and all the joy they bring. That’s what led me to Rover! I’d love the opportunity to give your pup some extra love, attention, exercise, and companionship while you’re away. Because I work at a seasonal location, my availability will become even more flexible as the season winds down. About: I’ve had jobs caring for senior dogs, puppies, and/or super anxious and reactive dogs. I’m very patient, diligent, and will love your babies like my own :) I also have experience dog sitting for the president of my college! I have recently graduated from college and am living in the Albany area for the time being. My schedule is very flexible. I am not able to board dogs at my home at this time, as I do not live alone. I live in a tidy, quiet home with an unfenced yard, though I am not able to board dogs in my home at this time :(

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since as long as I can remember. I have gone through 5 dogs growing up and have always been surrounded by the pets of friends and family! I’ve always loved every kind of animal, I believe the bond between a dog or cat and their human is truly unconditional. I’m eager to meet and care for more furry friends! I am a full-time hairstylist. Though I am scheduled for the same hours each week, sometimes I have slower weeks than others and my weeks are never always the same. I am looking for Rover as a side job to help me out during my slower days! I live in an Inlaw apartment under my mom‘s house. We have a fenced in backyard. I only have one cat in my apartment, and my mom has two dogs that are very friendly. We have a walking trail along a river across the street from our house!

I am usually home all the time but if for some reason I have to leave they will be safe in one room.
