While in high school I attended a small animal science program for 2 years and we had our own grooming business running for dogs. In the program I worked with the smallest dogs to the largest canines; walked them, bathed them and groomed them. I love walking dogs and will make sure your dog gets a great walk. This is a full time job for me as it brings me immense happiness! I also have experience with most small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters, bearded dragons, rats, gerbils and mice from my time in small animal science in school. I also have comfortablilty with farm animals as well as I've watched a few flocks of chickens. About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. This led to me getting into agility training and just general dog training, which I have started to pick back up again. I started dog walking at 12 years old. A long with other jobs of course throughout life. I have been pet sitting for almost 15 years. About: I’ve had pets since I was born. I love to take my dog on walks at the beach and play in the yard with him. I am attentive to any reactions they might have to their surroundings as well. I’ve been looking for a job during the week days and I figured why not try this out to maybe help some families live their life if they’re on vacation or super busy. While in high school I attended a small animal science program for 2 years and we had our own grooming business running for dogs. In the program I worked with the smallest dogs to the largest canines; walked them, bathed them and groomed them. I love walking dogs and will make sure your dog gets a great walk. This is a full time job for me as it brings me immense happiness! About: I have had dogs of every shape, size and disposition for 50 years. I have been fostering rescue dogs for 20 years. I don’t think I will ever not have a dog in my life. I am retired so home pretty much 24/7. I have 2 dogs of my own so am available anytime. I enjoy gardening so prefer to be home. I have a fenced yard with doggie door. I grew up with a Golden Retriever (Jeter), when he passed I was devastated, but knew I could not live without a dog in my life. I got a mini golden doodle (Rylee) who is currently 4 years old.
