She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, lizards, and a chinchilla. My friends made a joke that my house was a zoo with all the animals we had. I love animals and I can’t imagine my life without a furry pet. I’m home for the summer before my job starts in September. My first dog outside of my parents how was a husky (crazy decision I know), but training her and seeing her grow has been amazing! About: I’ve been certified as a Vet Assistant, I am also currently in school for my license as a Vet Technician. I’m very confident that I will be a safe environment for your furry friends! I’m currently a student so weekends will be more manageable for me, In case of any emergencies of course I can make accommodations during weekdays. I’ve had more than 11 animals my whole life growing up (5 dogs) (4 cats) (2 two fish) I would say I’m extremely experienced in caring for animals. Professionally my experience would be under a year as I am still in school, I live on 67 acres and a large yard which will give your dog enough room to run with the wind and enjoy the fresh air.

She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess.
