About: I have have had dogs all my life and cared for friends and family dogs while folks need to travel or run errands. All sizes and breeds welcome I work from home 8 am - 5-pm and with my children grown I have time to help others when they need dog sitting. I have two female Yorkies and a female Bernese Mountain Dog. All very friendly. I usually walk dogs twice per day and let them out side tied on a 20’ lead in my back yard as often as they want to go outside.

I've found this helps to ensure trust between all of us. Please be upfront with any triggers or quirks so I know exactly how to take care of your pet. *The meet & greet is a FREE service to ensure we're all a good fit for each other before the stay. I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely.
