“We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”

Pancake has a quirky personality-she needs to sleep with a person, under the covers, every night:)-and that was totally okay with them. We knew then that these were going to be Pancake's new best friends:) Our trip was out of the country and the daily updates, pictures and videos were so appreciated and adorable. Our boys looked forward to the "Pancake Update" every night. It was such a relief to know she was being well taken care of and she was happy. About: I have personal experience with two dogs (Sunny and Roland) and a cat (Loki). Additionally, I have taken care of the pets of family and friends for years without complaint. I have worked as a dog sitter/walker for over 5 years now, and 3 of those on Rover. Unless my employment status changes, I am available 24/7 over summer, winter, fall, and spring breaks. My time is also very flexible and I don’t mind if I need to work at odd hours. I try to be as gentle and friendly as possible towards pets and will do more than the bare minimum when it comes to exercise and entertainment. About: I’ve been taking care of pets my entire life, and my family and friends look to me if they need me to dog sit (or pet sit) when they’re away or unavailable. About: I grew up on a dairy farm with all sorts of animals around. I have had many dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, rabbits, rats, and horses over the years. I have a degree in Equestrian Science and have taken care of animals my entire adult life. I have always been an avid hiker as well and love to take the pups on walks around the area. I currently own 3 dogs, a parrot, and 2 chickens and will give your animals the same love and attention that I give my own! I'm currently working part time and so have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I am currently available for house sitting, drop in visits and dog walking. If your dogs get along with mine I might be able to do boarding as well. I have a dog door at my house with a fenced in yard along with 5 acres of fields to walk in. “Morgan was more than happy to take our crazy energetic Vizsla puppy from us and attempt to get him tired by letting him run in her vast fenced back yard. She sent pics every so often and was always super responsive. She also made sure he was cleaned up when we picked him up. He was a bit muddy from the look of the pictures but not one piece of mud came back home with him. The best part, he was a bit less energetic the next two days. What a treat for us. About: As a lifelong animal lover, I have multiple years experience caring for dogs, cats, pocketpets, rabbits, fish, parakeets, reptiles and chickens. I also have experience providing care in a rabbit/cat/small animal rescue and in stables so I am very well rounded when it comes to all manner of pet care. I am comfortable walking, feeding, playing, etc. Currently my schedule is generally Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a bit of leeway here and there. “We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”
