About: I strive to make the lives of our furry friends as fulfilling and fun as possible! I'm very comfortable taking care of any pet, and I have taken care of senior animals who require insulin shots and meticulous diets. One of my favorite electives at university was my 'Psychology of our Pets' class where we learned about how to best care for our furry friends and keep them active and healthy. I have owned dogs, cats, and even birds! Since I'm home from university for the summer, I'm pretty much available at the drop of a dime! While I would prefer a day's notice, I should be able to take care of your pet within two hours of your request. I believe that activities and fun are just as important for pets as they are for humans. Who wants to be stuck in their house all day? I know tons of dog-friendly walking trails, and I'd love to spend a few hours with them & make sure they are well-exercised. I've dealt with a lot of dietary restrictions for pets, so I can follow any directions very closely if needed. For Cats/Kittens, I have a few toys I'd be happy to bring, and even a harness if they want to explore outside for a few minutes!

I am lucky have a fenced in, wooded, private, 2 acre property with plenty of room for zoomies. My beagle, Piglet, is also a fine hostess. She loves to have canine company to play with, then snuggle with us and relax at my comfy, quiet home together. Piglet is my sweet rescue senior beagle. She's friendly, quiet and submissive. She has the final say on who may enter Her Queendom. Dogs are my main gig, so I will be with your babies almost 24/7. When I go out, I bring Piglet and friends along with me everywhere I can, especially to parks, trails and forests. But if your dog is more of a homebody, I can easily stay home with them all day. I live in a safe, wooded, quiet, 2 acre, fenced-in lot. There are lots of dogs on my block who love to socialize and have play dates if that's what your dog is into. I'm at the end of a dirt road, nowhere near any traffic, so it is very safe and private.

Right now, I am available during the day mon, thurs, fri, and sun. I can also do evenings all week. “Elizabeth had quite the scare today walking Iggy. Iggy went off happily with Aunt Liz for a first time walk. They had a good walk until Iggy saw 8 flying deer in our local park ( where I had asked her to walk Iggy). Iggy pulls when she sees deer and pulled a bit too hard and got loose. Elizabeth ran after her but Iggy runs pretty fast. She couldn’t contact me because it was my Sabbath. Therefore, Elizabeth called the police and asked local folks for help. Within half an hour, Iggy was found by the police near the park and returned to Elizabeth who had photos of Iggy to prove that she was Iggys dog walker. I picked Elizabeth as a dog walker because of her solid reviews. Despite this being a very scary situation, Elizabeth kept her cool snd did all the right things to get Iggy safely home. And the pics are adorable!!!”

Our home is on one acre with a fenced in yard and great area for walking with lots of trees in a peaceful setting. I have a senior dog (17 yo) that loves company. We also have cats which are friendly and curious.

“WOW. This is my first time with Brittany. Brittany is amazing. Brittany devoted so much time to Drew. Although Brittany has a fenced in yard, she took our dog on two walks each day. They went to the park. They had movie night together. Brittany is a rare find. When I picked my dog up, you could see how much HE enjoyed staying with Brittany—his tail was wagging, he was smiling (yes, my dog smiles) and he was licking Brittany affectionately as we were saying goodbye. I’ve had a number of other dog sitters, but Brittany just goes the extra mile. Again, she’s incredible and puts all our other sitters to shame. We are definitely spoiled and will use Brittany again anytime we need a sitter.”
