Promptly giving medicine to those animals in need for specific time, and patience tending to their attentions and needs. I work full time remote M-Thursday 8am-4pm with an hour and half lunch break each day. I work 3x a week part time on site and can be flexible as needed. I have a high energy dog (Jack Russell) that requires a lot of assertiveness and strict use of instruction. But at the same time requires rewards and playtime. Please don’t invite me to your home and surprise me with a prong collar—I will not use it on your dog.) Now here’s my bio: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

When I got home about an hour after she had returned my furbabies from their walk they were excited to see me per usual but not jumping off the wall. I did get a movement alert from our camera facing the driveway, and it was her expertly handling both of my giant furbabies while leaving the house. I am in college full time but am willing to watch or stop by when I am not currently taking a class. I am a junior at SUNY ESF. And have a relatively light schedule that would allow me to dedicate hours to your pet if needed. As I live in an apartment I do not have any pets nor can I board pets. However, I have my own car so I can travel to take care of pets. If you wish to have overnight care I can stay on a couch or blow up mattress by your pet for safe company.

About: I’ve lived and taken care of dogs and cats my whole life and have had multiple temporary dog sitting jobs. “Great care for our very newly rescued dog. Our dog has a multitude of issues related to a possibly of being abused. He was found on the streets and in a shelter for almost 1 year related to his behaviors and his breed. Tracy was great. She has a kind and gentle demeanor and experience with dog with these issues. We had a last minute request for boarding two nights for a family wedding and she was so helpful and accommodating. Definitely will use her services again. Thanks Tracy!”
