About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: Hi, my name is Micayla, and I love animals! I have owned dogs for 7 years, but worked with them for much longer. I currently have a super quirky Cavalier puppy named Sadie Pumpkin Waffles. We have completely obedience training, so I know how to keep control of your dog while on a leash, and how to give/reinforce basic cues. I believe we will have a lot of fun while hanging out! My schedule is quite flexible, as I currently work freelance. I can usually accommodate last minute bookings, however I do need to be home to tend to my own dog at least every 8hrs. While conducting drop-in visits, your dogs will get plenty of play time, pets, and snuggles. (And hopefully treats!) They will be let out for potty breaks, and/or taken on walks, then brought inside so that they can continue on with their day.
About: I have been dog sitting for years. I currently have a chocolate lab named Jax who means the world to me. I love dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes. I do light dog grooming on the side as well. My goal is to help people out and make sure their dogs are well taken care of while they are gone so they don't have to worry! Dogs are part of the family. Your dog will be beyond spoiled and loved while in my care! I will frequently update with pictures and videos. About: I am excited to join Rover because of my compassion for animals and their safety. I have been around animals my entire life and currently run a horse boarding facility and feral cat rescue! The health and safety of your animals is my top priority, and so is treating them with the kindness that I would want my own animals to be treated with. I am comfortable with dogs or all ages, and I am very attentive to puppies and kittens and elderly animals in need of medications or therapies. My hours surrounding my part time job, which is 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon, is very flexible. I am confident I can accommodate nearly every time or day and length of stay. In a client's home I will care for the pets however I am instructed. However, I will never allow an animal to free roam or allow the animal to be turned out in a fenced in area that I find unsuitable, regardless of instruction, as I do not want to be responsible for the animal's escape.
