“Sonia and family were great with our Brisket! He had a blast on his vacation, they shared updates, and he made new friends. Very easy to deal with and addressing of his parents’ questions. Would book again.”

“We only used Arsenii once so far but will definitely be going back. Oscar has a bit of separation anxiety but Arsenii's place provides a relaxed vibe and Oscar made himself right at home.”

“Richard and Karen continue to be amazing. I appreciate how much they enjoy watching Maeve, and the feeling is mutual - her whole butt wagged when we walked up to their door for drop off! I know she feels comfortable there and I trust them 100%. Thank you both!”

“Barbara was always quick to reply and send information when I needed to check in with my boys. I know that they were well taken care of, and she is someone that I will use in the future.”

“Jessica was so amazing!! I felt so confident with my sweet girl Daisy being in her and her daughter’s hands. She got so much love and care. Jessica was so in tune with her needs and incredible at communicating with me. I could tell Daisy was so happy and comfortable. Highly recommend Jessica!”

“Stephanie was great with communication. She responded promptly to any questions and sent plenty of pics throughout my dog’s stay. I was really happy with her service and I will definitely use her again.”

“Obi came back happy and healthy. He was well taken care of and Maxine was great at sending daily pictures, updates. We definitely were able to take vacation without worrying about Obi. Thanks to Maxine and family for taking care of our lil' guy.”

“Grace was excellent with our dog, Leni. He had some serious separation anxiety when we dropped him off and went on a hunger strike for several days. Not only did Grace keep us hell informed, she went above and beyond in trying to make Leni feel comfortable in her home and went as far as spoon feeding him to get him to eat. We're so thankful for all that she did to take care of Leni. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for a loving and caring home in which to leave their pup while traveling. Thank you, Grace!!”

“Arianne and her family took such great care of Luke. This is the second time Luke has stayed with them and once again Arianne was very patient with Luke, helped him adjust and always kept me informed as to how he was doing. She sent me daily pictures and was very quick to respond to all my messages. When I picked up Luke he was very calm and he looked well taken care of. You guys are awesome!”

“Natacha was a God-sent. She watched out 7 month old Husky, Samon for 3 days. Natacha had a gorgeous Husky herself. She sent up pic and updates daily. We felt confident that Samson would be safe in Natacha's care, and he was. We will be using her again in the future to care for Samson. Could not have asked for a better sitter!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the moment we first spoke, it was clear that Joy genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility seriously. She treated Bowie like a member of her own family, making sure he was not only well cared for but also happy, comfortable, and loved while we were away. Communication was outstanding throughout our trip. We received regular updates, photos, and videos that gave us complete peace of mind. It was obvious that Bowie was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. When we returned, Bowie was relaxed, healthy, and clearly had an amazing time. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we can trust completely with him. Joy’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and exceptional dog sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again, and we know Bowie can’t wait for the next visit!”

About: Hello, My name is Candice. I am a fur Momma to two Dogs. Princess Lola is a 7 year old Chocolate Labrador who is my gentle giant. She enjoys long walks with her dog friends and playing with her human brothers and sisters. Scrappy is a 14 year old Westie/ Bischon Frise mix who enjoys snuggles from his family and his bed. He is blind but navigates and acts like he can see. I did have a third fur baby that crossed the rainbow bridge last year as he lost his fight with cancer. My Brodie was a 13 year old Long Haired Chihuahua/ Papillon mix and in his younger years enjoyed playing nose soccer with his family. In his senior life he enjoyed snuggling up with his brother Scrappy most. My husband Craig and I are raising our 4 children ages 4-11. They have lived their entire lives with dogs. We are a family of dog lovers and cant wait to meet your fur babies. I have experience in caring for dogs ages ranging from puppy to senior. I also have experience administering oral medication. I have been a stay at home mother and homemaker for the past 11 years which allows me to have a very flexible schedule to care for your dog. I offer a variety of services. Outdoor dog walking from little to no incline for older dogs or dogs with walking difficulties to uphill or hiking for more active and energetic dogs. I can provide care in my home with my family or care in your home for play time, feedings, or to give medicine.

“I cannot recommend Ariana highly enough! I left my Goldendoodle in her care for two weeks, and the peace of mind was incredible. From day one, Ariana’s communication was detailed, positive, and incredibly reassuring. She sent daily photos and written updates that kept me smiling and informed throughout my trip. What truly set Ariana apart was her patience and attentiveness to my dog's personality. She can be quite skittish about new things, but Ariana gently encouraged her to try new experiences without ever pushing her comfort zone too far. I even had the joy of seeing my dog confidently walk across a bridge she used to be afraid of — a huge milestone thanks to Ariana’s supportive handling! She also made sure my dog stayed mentally stimulated with visits to new parks and local dog-friendly spots. When I came back to pick my dog up, she was thrilled to see me but clearly missed Ariana, wanting to stay just as much. You could tell my dog felt safe, loved, and well-cared for. If you are looking for a sitter who pays close attention to detail and truly cares about your dog’s emotional well-being, Ariana is the one.”

“Hayden is a very kind and easy going. We love his flexibility and accommodating approach to dog sitting. Zorra enjoys her time with Hayden and family. We trust Hayden implicitly with our baby and would highly recommend him to anyone.”

About: I’ve had a passion for dogs since I was young, and that love has only grown over the years. I recently spent a summer in Alaska working as a sled dog handler, caring for 35 Alaskan Huskies, which taught me so much about dedication, patience, and the unique personalities of dogs. Since then, I’ve had the joy of dog sitting all over the world, where I’ve used Rover all over, dog sitting in New Zealand, and most recently Austria for a year. I’ve gained experience with all kinds of breeds and temperaments. Whether it’s playing, going for a walk around the neighborhood, or just hanging out and giving some extra love, I’m always happy to spend quality time with dogs. I look forward to caring for your pup as if they were my own! I am currently free anytime of the day as I have plenty of time on my hands, especially on weekdays. I’m around anytime of the day through 2026. I do not have a fenced in yard so I could not bring dogs to my home if that matters. I am very active so I would be happy to take dogs on walks/runs as I spend a lot of my time outside.
“Lulu loves staying with Samantha- she is treated like a queen!! Samantha sends pics throughout the stay and is always responsive. Lulu is always excited to have her sleepovers at Samantha’s.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Even with all the rain that week, Jomini and her family took wonderful care of our Bella, and made sure she was happy and well cared for. She also sent us pictures throughout the week, which meant so much because we missed Bella so much. We had complete peace of mind knowing Bella was in such caring hands. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!”

About: Cats have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, so caring for them feels very natural to me. I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities from affectionate, social cats to shy or the ones who pretend they don’t need you… until they do. I understand cat body language and know when it’s time to interact and when it’s better to give them space. I take a calm, patient approach and let each kitty set the pace when it comes to trust and interaction. I’m experienced with daily routines like feeding, litter box care, playtime, and enrichment, and I always respect a cat’s boundaries, even when those boundaries change five minutes later. I keep a close eye on behavior, appetite, and overall mood, and I’ll let you know right away if anything seems off. I also love sending regular photo and video updates, so you can feel relaxed knowing your cat is comfortable, safe, and being treated like the little boss they are.
“As always I am absolutely amazed by the consistency and quality of care Emily provides. This is our second time booking with her and she was incredible. Our cats were so happy when we returned! I swear she even left the house nicer than she found it. We will continue to book her anytime we are in need of pet care because she is the best!”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a child! My love for animals has motivated me to enroll in vet tech school, starting this fall. I specialize in small mammals, such as rabbits and hamsters, and have owned my own. I have also cared for guinea pigs, parakeets, and aquariums. For dogs, I have experience working with both small and large breeds! I regularly look after my neighbor's dog, and love every opportunity I get to spend time with her. For cats, I have primarily done drop in visits, but have experience with administering medicine to shy cats by building trust over time. I currently do not own pets of my own, so I will be able to give your pet my full attention and care! I am currently spending my summer before starting vet tech school working part time, volunteering at local shelters, and shadowing at clinics. I work weekends, but can still do an early morning or evening visit if needed! Your pet's comfort and safety is my number one priority and I will care for them as if they are my own! Communication and trust is important to me, so I will update you regularly on their happiness and health.

“Chris was a delight to work with! He stayed with our 4 kitties for a week and took excellent care of them, despite their shyness/fussiness. It had been so long since we had traveled for an extended time and it was a great relief to know our fur babies were in good hands while we were away. Will definitely reach out to him in the future!”

About: I have experience caring for cats, having owned a Persian cat throughout my teenage years. I was responsible for her daily care, including brushing her coat, cleaning the litter box, feeding, and giving her plenty of attention. I currently offer drop-in visits for cats, and I'm also happy to provide house sitting for families with both dogs and cats, so all of your pets can stay comfortable in their own home while you're away.
“I have booked Carmila before, and have always been satisfied. She was very understanding when I needed to modify the schedule, which is appreciated. All in all professional and highly recommended.”

“Cece took great care of our cat Joni while we were away. She’s really easy to coordinate with and is a great communicator. Joni has a lot of fun with her and we know she’s in good hands with CeCe. Til next time!”

About: My petsitting career has always included cats. As such I have lots of experience working with a wide array of cats from kittens, ferals, extra friendly love bugs, and also special needs kitties. I've been the go to person for several diabetic cats and am trusted by my clients to keep their cats healthy and well. I have lots of medication administration experience with cats and in general tend to be well liked by cats. Even very shy or feral cats tend to warm up to me rather quickly as I am very calm and have good cat handling and trust building techniques I follow to ensure im not seen as a threat and instead a friend. I have a kitty of my own at home named Sesame, you can see him hanging out on my shoulder in my photo. I hope I get to make friends with your cats as well 😊 🐾
“Richard and Karen are kind, caring and compasionate care takers for your beloved fur babies. They went above and beyond to care for my cat. Even brought the mail in without being asked. My cat adores them. I highly recommend!”

About: I was a hands on member in my own dogs professional training, and I have taken care of friends and family’s dogs of all ages and breeds so there’s really nothing I haven’t seen before. That being said, I am well-versed in the high demand and needs of puppies and can confidently say that I am trained to care for them and all the hurdles that they entail. Having rescued my fur baby as a puppy off of the streets, she’s had her fair share of difficulties. Everyday has been such a blessing to see how far she’s come, and continues to. I have such a firm belief that dogs are truly a man’s best friend, and their greatest companion and deserve all the time and love that they deserve. Just from getting in walks everyday, to intentionally setting time aside to play with them is so important. In my home, I pretty much hang out with my Blaze as much as I possibly can. Every hour that I’m home, my dog is right by my side. Even when leaving the house my Blaze is in the backseat of my car ready for a road trip. I think to be deserving of a dogs love means putting in the time to treat them with the care they require, whether that time goes to an extra long walk, or play time with the ball, or even making sure she’s getting all the nutrients she needs in her food. How I can for my dog is how I intend to care for any future clients dog, with care and time.

“Greeshma is absolutely delightful! We felt very confident leaving our girl in her care for the weekend. Greeshma is an excellent communicator and so loving and kind. We loved her pictures and little notes after each visit.”

“Stacy was great! She kept me up to date with everything, sent photos and was caring for my pet and home. She definitely went above and beyond. I will certainly use her again!”

“Crystal was wonderful with drop-in visits for my two cats. She was great about communicating and the cats loved her. I came home to a full water and food bowl, clean litter box, and the trash was even taken out. I will use her again and 100% recommend her to other!”

“Stephanie takes great care of all of our pets, is quick to respond to questions/concerns about them, and was able to accommodate our booking on a day's notice due to a family emergency that required us to travel immediately. I highly recommend her!”

“Wow - I booked Cynthia to watch over my two cats while I was away and I was blown away by the attention, care and love she provided them! My cats do not take very well to strangers but Cynthia has a way with animals and they warmed up to her immediately. I couldn't believe it. She sent me detailed information describing her visit and how she played with them, brushed them and took care of food/water/litter. She took great photos to assure me they were doing well and even watered a couple plants for me that I forgot needed some love too. I will definitely be using Cynthia for my next trip, I felt so at ease with her warm energy watching over my fur babies! They miss her already!”

“Sonia did a wonderful job taking care of my dog. She is very patient, kind, and made sure my pup felt comfortable and happy. She also share photos during the day and walk our pup several times a day. I would definitely bring my dog back again and highly recommend their daycare!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for animals because I truly love them. In my home country, the Dominican Republic, I cared for three Yorkshire dogs, a cat, four cockatoos, and a horse. I have also rescued abandoned animals, supported their recovery, and placed them in responsible adoptive homes. I am patient, reliable, and very attentive to each pet's individual needs. Pet care is my full-time job, so it is my main daily focus. I provide in-home care and am available throughout the day to offer constant attention, supervision, walks, timely feedings, playtime, and companionship. I carefully follow each pet's routine and individual needs to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home. When caring for pets in my home, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. My home is a calm, clean, and pet-safe environment. I make sure to remove any potential hazards and keep doors and areas secure at all times. I carefully follow the owner’s instructions, including feeding, walks, medication, and specific routines. I provide constant supervision, loving attention, and a comfortable space where pets feel relaxed and at home.
“Brenda is great! She sent me pictures throughout the day and took great care of Bernice. I booked Bernice for an overnight stay in a week, and today was a test run to get Bernice acquainted with Brenda.”

“Barbara was just great for Maddie. She made sure Maddie got plenty of relief breaks, especially on the very miserable days of rain, and Barbara’s home at the end of a no exit street meant Maddie was always safe. Rainy days were spent curled up on the sofa, and there were treats too. There were walks in the forest and by the river, which Maddie loves. Maddie clearly enjoyed her 3 days, enabling us to sight see in NYC without worry. Generously, Barbara dropped us at the rail station when she collected Maddie, and picked us up again. She was really flexible with my dates, which I couldn’t confirm until the last minute, and even then had to alter them. She was also friendly, chatty and warm, a pleasure to meet her.”

“Michael was fastastic with my poodle. He took our last minuite and we were very happy. My dog slept all the way home so I could tell he was tired from being given attention and being played with all day. I would not hesitate to use Michael again.”

“Travis and Roberta were critical in helping us get our dog settled the first week we had him! They were so kind and patient with him. He loved going over to their house when we couldn’t be home! Their dog was older than ours and was also patient and gentle with him, so it was great socialization for our pup! We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

About: If your dog loves people, attention, walks, adventures, and being part of the family, they will probably feel right at home with me! I provide very personalized care and only board one guest dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family. There are no children or other pets in my home, so your dog gets plenty of individual attention in a calm home environment. Your dog isn't just staying at my house, they become part of my everyday life while they're with me. At home, dogs are welcome to make themselves comfortable. They can sleep in my bed, curl up on the couch, or choose a therapeutic dog bed if they prefer their own quiet space. For food motivated dogs, I have five different dog puzzles and enjoy playing "find the treats" and other enrichment games. We also have a fenced yard for supervised play and relaxing outside. Most days include 3–4 walks, ranging from a quick 10-minute potty walk to a 30–45 minute adventure. Depending on what your dog enjoys, we may explore Peekskill's riverfront parks, walk around the neighborhood, or head to nearby wooded trails. For dogs who love water, swimming adventures may also be an option. Because I like having my guest dogs with me, they are rarely left home alone. Dogs staying with me should be comfortable riding in the car and enjoy being around people. They may join me for a visit to the horse farm where I board my horse or relax with me while I visit friends. Dogs who are happiest staying with me tend to be friendly, well-mannered, and enjoy attention, car rides, walks, and being included in everyday activities. Since my husband works from home, a dog with minimal barking is the best fit for our home. My apartment is on the second floor, so dogs must be comfortable using stairs independently or be small enough for me to safely carry if needed. A Little About Me I have over 14 years of hands-on experience with dogs. I have professional experience working in a commercial dog daycare, supervising groups of up to 30 small and medium-sized dogs as well as puppy groups. For more than five years, I also organized dog hikes throughout Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT. My experience is strongest with Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Doodles, Cavaliers, and similar friendly companion breeds. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, oral medications, and recognizing canine body language and signs of stress. My own Golden Retriever, Kobi, was my best friend and adventure partner for over 12 years. We hiked, kayaked, visited beaches, traveled from Maine to Florida, and shared countless everyday adventures. The way I cared for Kobi is the inspiration behind the care I provide now—I want dogs staying with me to feel included, comfortable, and loved. I am also certified in Reiki and Emotion Code energy work and bring a calm, patient approach to the dogs in my care. Prefer Care in Your Own Home? Some dogs are happiest staying in their familiar environment, and I also offer overnight house sitting. With standard house sitting, your dog should be comfortable being alone for approximately 6½ hours while I work my part-time morning shift at a dog daycare in Putnam Valley (8:00 AM–1:30 PM, 4 days a week, plus travel time). If your dog needs someone present most of the day and cannot comfortably be left for more than about two hours, I may still be able to accommodate them with extended-care house sitting at $185 per night. I require a meet-and-greet before accepting a new boarding or house-sitting client so we can make sure your dog and I are a great match. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work part-time at a dog daycare and also work from home as a self-employed bookkeeper and real estate agent. My schedule is flexible, and I can choose which days I work at the daycare, allowing me to plan around the dogs in my care. My husband also works from home, so boarding dogs are rarely left home alone. This flexibility allows me to provide plenty of companionship, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and individual attention throughout their stay. I provide a safe, calm, and personalized environment with plenty of individual attention. My home has a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and I live just a 5-minute walk from wooded trails for walks and adventures. Dogs have access to a comfortable sofa, toys, and puzzle games for enrichment and mental stimulation. I live in a second-floor apartment, so dogs should be comfortable using stairs.
“We couldn’t be happier with the care Maple received from Nahomi! We needed to board our puppy for the full day, and Nahomi instantly made her feel so comfortable and happy that the goodbye was completely joyful. Nahomi was meticulous about her feeding, walks, and updating us throughout the day. We would happily use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Alicia was patient and calm with Frisky, who takes a little while to warm up to new situations. I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving him at Alicia’s, and would not hesitate to use her again. Frisky had a great time hanging out with her dogs. I picked up a happy and tired pup!”

About: If you enjoy working with someone, you must work with them. Again, and again and again that is how I feel when I’m around my Fur friends! I work full-time for the Department of Education, but I am available on the weekends and the entire summer to care for your Fur friend. I live in a house with a backyard and enough room for your furry friend to run and play. I will provide great services to ensure they are always happy and well-cared for

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities from calm, easygoing pups to nervous or strong dogs that sometimes think they’re training me on the leash. I’ve helped with medications, senior pets, and special diets when needed. I’m patient, attentive, and very observant with animals. During walks, I always use the owner’s equipment and follow their preferences closely. Walks are kept calm and controlled, and I avoid crowded areas. Pets are never off-leash unless explicitly approved. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strictly follow house rules and handle keys or access responsibly. I communicate promptly about any concerns and will contact a veterinarian immediately in urgent situations.
“Chris is a friendly and reliable dog walker! He is very communicative, and cares very much about Bonnie. He sent Rover cards and plenty of pictures of my big baby.”

“I highly recommend Ariana! She was incredibly punctual and reliable, which gave me total peace of mind. My Goldendoodle is somewhat anxious and moves slowly, but Ariana handled her with such gentleness and patience. It’s clear she truly understands doodle behavior and dog temperament in general. She loved her, and I felt completely confident leaving her in her care.”

“Candice is terrific! We can tell she loves dogs, is very experienced, careful and trustworthy. And our 8 month old pup loves her. I am retired and am very open to most days and weekends for attending to your pets needs. I can pretty much head out at a moment’s notice. Since I have two cats of my own, I could not bring any animals into my house. My cats are lap cats and always sit where I sit. They so enjoy being massaged and loved on. Looking forward to caring for your pets the same way at your home.
“This was our first time using Rover in several years and since moving back to NYC from another state. We engaged Doris to stop by our apartment to walk our two large dogs in the middle of a weekday when we both had to be out of town and it sounds like everything went great. One of our dogs, Molly, can be very shy and skittish, so we left Doris detailed instructions about how to deal with her. Doris gave us specific feedback about how Molly did with her (quite well, as it turned out), which made us feel more comfortable about the next time we will need to employ someone to help with the dogs.”
About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and developed a sense of understanding a dogs behavior and body language. Friends and family have always rely on me because they know I am great at meeting a dogs needs and dependable when needed. I am home several days of the week and have time for walks, playtime, and belly rubs. I’m also available on the weekends where I can provide consistent check ins, and walks. I will care for every pet as if they were my own whether they’re in my home or in yours I will make sure they feel safe, comfortable.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs, and have a lot of experience with training, guided leash walking, and reactivity. I’ve cared for my five-year-old golden retriever since her puppyhood, and have gained a lot of experience walking with, trust-gaining, and loving on an anxious pup. I’m a proud new mom of a human, but my Moosie will always be my first born baby! I’d love to get to know and care for your pup, too :)! I am a school teacher, so I am pretty flexible on hours during the summer. Generally, I am available as follows: Monday- Friday: 10:00 am-7pm. I have a lot of experience walking dogs of all shapes, sizes, and strengths. My own dog is rather reactive, so I like to use walks as fun obedience training opportunities for pups! I find it makes the walk more interactive and bonding, while burning some extra brain energy for our furry friends. I personally appreciate when our walkers play with our girl and give her extra pets before and after walks, and I intend to do the same for yours as well! I will always respect your space and privacy.

“Lulu loves staying with Samantha- she is treated like a queen!! Samantha sends pics throughout the stay and is always responsive. Lulu is always excited to have her sleepovers at Samantha’s.”

“My dog didn’t want to come home after staying with Crystal and has pouted since I brought him home. He clearly had a blast. I read the positive reviews when booking, and I’m glad I listened to everyone. Highlights- great communication, loved my dog as her own, gave me complete peace of mind while I traveled. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to trust to watch my best friend.”

“Sara and her home were the perfect fit for our anxious dog, Mazie. Sara is very knowledgeable about dogs, their behaviors, and how to handle them. She successfully gave Mazie medication 3 times a day and prepared special meals for her. We received photos via text while we were away showing how happy and acclimated Mazie was there. We have already booked another stay with Sara. Thank you Sara!!!”

“Yasmeen is great! I appreciate that she was open to taking my dog on short notice. She was very patient with my anxious pup and made her feel comfortable. Yasmeen sent me regular pictures and updates, which made me feel comfortable. She even sent us home with a new toy!”

“Brenda was able to watch my dog in such short notice. She took great care of my dog, was very responsive during the whole process, and kept me up to date during my dogs stay. I will definitely recommend Brenda and use her next time I need to have my dog cared for.”
“Axl is a very reliable dog sitter. She was one of the few sitters that responded and didn’t cancel or ghosted me on the Rover. I truly recommend her for your dog care. Our dog - Peaches - stay at Axl home was amazing. Our dog had a lot of fun with her and her two other dogs. Peaches didn't even notice that we were leaving her with a new family. She was well entertained and taken care off. We were getting updates and pictures from our dog stay regularly. She really took a great care of our dog.”

“Roberta and Travis were great to work with. Fast communication and our NOAA was happy and exhausted at pick up! She played with their pup Marshall and came home a very content pup! We will definitely use them again in the future!”

“Great host. Has an outdoor fenced in area, very easy to communicate with, no issues handling medications or other specific needs - all in all a great dog sitter. Thank you so much.”
