About: Our business has been booming with referrals and friends/family requests. Since dogs bring so much joy to life, I am dedicating more time to open bookings to new pets. I am a dog lover for a lifetime. As a kid, I would care for strays. As an adult, I have had a dog in my life for the past 30 years- I have adopted 3 full grown, mature labs from various shelters and they all had a great, long life! My current Lab is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover is a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.

During every visit, I’ll carefully follow your pet’s routine, make sure they have fresh food and water, provide walks or playtime as needed, clean litter boxes or pick up after your dog, and spend quality time with them so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll also send photo and text updates after each visit so you always know how your pet is doing. I treat every home with respect and every pet with the same care and attention I give my own.
About: Hello I have been watching dogs for several years now. I truly love the companionship of dogs. I have watched many breeds of dogs including Labradors, Pit Bulls, Yorkies, you name it. I have many dog toys at home and a sizeable yard for the dog to go potty in. I also have a large home so your pet will have plenty of space to roam around. I will send pictures daily and let you know how your dog is doing. If your dog has any special needs or requires any sort of medical attention I will be there to provide the required assistance. About: For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter with my mother. I completed my senior internship there and now volunteer on my own. In my time at the shelter, I’ve gained lots of dog walking experience, especially with young puppies. I’m familiar with shelter training techniques and with cleaning and sanitation. I have two dogs of my own, one of which is a difficult walker. I know how most types of dog harnesses work. My internship involved spending time in the cat room, during which time I worked with cats of all temperaments. I don’t currently work in an official capacity and don’t play any sports, so I’m free pretty much all the time aside from my volunteer work. I’m going to college in September, so I’m not available for long term arrangements that go past summer. I’m used to animals with a wide range of play styles. I have a dog that loves to play fetch and go for swims, and I live near a large trail system, so I’m most familiar with those forms of enrichment. I have a minivan and can drive dogs to dog parks, trails, and fields.
About: I've been surrounded by pets my whole life. Growing up, I cared for many cats and dogs. I don’t have any animals at the moment. However, I did care for my cat, Susan, and Siberian Husky, Luke, for 15+ years before they both crossed the rainbow bridge in 2019. I know the tender, loving care that’s required to take in an animal and I’m sensitive to the fact that these kittens & pups are your babies! Each dog/cat/pet has a different personality and set of needs based on their breed or lifestyle and I’m prepared to take on any challenge. I’ve had prior experience home/dog/cat sitting and my schedule is pretty flexible. My phone is on hand at all times and I’m more than willing to send you pics throughout our time together! Currently, I have a flexible schedule and am looking to care for cats and pups to fill my days with more furry friends. 🐱 🐶 When I had pets at home, I would care for them by taking them on walks and playing their favorite games. I installed an electric fence for my dog so he could run around and enjoy the outdoors when I couldn’t walk him.
About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting all my life. I also fostered a mid-size mixed terrier. I have two cats of my own. I love how all animals have amazing personalities! I can do dog walking, cat check ins with waste clean-up or over nights which ever you may need. I know how to administer meds to both cats and dogs. It is so important to have your furry loved ones pampered while you are away! I am retired so my availability is flexible. “Our boxer, Daisy, stayed with Valerie while we vacationed for a week in Florida. Valerie and her family were great from the start, not only with Daisy but also entertaining my eight year old son when we arrived for an introductory visit. They had plenty of room for Daisy to run around and two playful but well behaved dogs of their own that accepted Daisy in. Valerie provided updates during the week to let us know how Daisy was adapting and getting along with everyone and how much her family loved having her. About: I am looking to add light to my life in spite of current events by helping others in my community and bonding with your fur babies!
