“Chaqutia looked after my pup, Ralph, for just over a week. I was nervous about leaving him for such a long period of time especially as he was unwell. Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. My three years of experience at a dog daycare/boarding facility has taught me patience with all dogs. I can provide feeding, walking, medicating (have cared for diabetics) and can be a temporary companion for your baby if needed :) While I was in my undergrad I had the wonderful experience of fostering a pitty mix from my local spca for 3 months. When we got him he was extremely underweight and was having a hard time in the shelter. I nursed him back to the happy guy he was all along and he’s now in a happy loving home 🖤 I’m currently working part time and taking classes as I am in the process of completing a masters program. I do not know the days I work week to week but am available to give services 3 times a day (7amish, 2pmish, and in the pm). My family dog is a grazer so we just put some food out for the day and he’ll eat whenever. If your pups have scheduled meals I’m 100% able to work with it. If your pup is high energy and my schedule is open I’m available to play with them, find a park or take them for a walk to give them enrichment. For those with reactive or babies that have a hard time trusting strangers, I completely understand and can work with that as well!!

She agreed to be there for me and my family with less than 24 hours notice for twice a day walks for my 2 kids (2 dogs). She came same day to meet with us and was sweet, understanding and flexible. “Chaqutia looked after my pup, Ralph, for just over a week. I was nervous about leaving him for such a long period of time especially as he was unwell. Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. Her family are truly lovely and her eldest child played with Ralph lots (particularly loved those videos) Would definitely use Chaqutia again and recommend her to others!”

About: I lived in California for 4 years and while I was there I was apart of a dog rescue. Many dogs lived at my house. I also had a couple of cats , so I am comfortable around both! I am working part time at the moment so my schedule is pretty open for the most part. You can just ask me a time and I can see if I can work around it! I watch a family friends dog a lot at my house. He just wanders around the house. He is usually stuck to me like glue so he doesn’t go far lol . When he stays at my house he just lays in bed with me. He is a Maltese and Chihuahua mix! When he goes outside to use the bathroom he doesn’t go far and he listens to me when I tell him to come. I do not have fencing or anything around my house.
