My dog, Zeke and I had a companion kind of relationship, built on mutual respect and happiness; it's something I wouldn't have traded for the world. He sadly passed away in October 2025 after 12 years together, so it would be an understatement to say I'm more than happy to pour extra love to your pup. Mountain hikes, kayak paddles (>15 pounds) are my favorites, but I am open to other ideas/training requests! Paddleboarding, swimming lessons...the possibilities are endless. One hour minimum is preferred; gas and travel time to the adventure site are included. I have many mountains, lakes and trails on my list, so I do not see it as fair to charge you for that time! You will only be charged for adventure time. Depending on your pup(s) comfortability in the car, we may travel up to 45 minutes. You and I will decide together on location details, and this app will track where your pup(s) and I are at all times. Wilderness First Aid trained, canine safety versed, ample water provided, and pups will always be kept safely on the leash. Addie seemed relaxed and in tune with Janice from the start. We had an introductory visit before our first drop-off where we could see that Addie felt comfortable and confident with Janice and her family. We could see from the photos that Janice sent that Addie was enjoying her time and getting to know the other animals (cats, dogs, sheep) that are part of Janice's home and farm. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. It meant a lot to us that Addie enjoyed her stay because she has a tendency to experience some separation anxiety, but she didn’t seem to have any that day. Janice has a gentle way with animals and is genuinely interested in how they feel and what they need. Addie received excellent care and loving attention during her visit.”
About: I have always had a special relationship to animals that is mutually beneficial. I not only bring an infinite amount of love to their lives but they return such energy. I find so much pleasure in forming bonds with animals, even for short periods of time. I love to volunteer and have done so at local SPCAs and even at a zoo in Peru that held practically every type of animal! I myself have owned many cats, raising two since they were kittens. I grew up around dogs as well and they grew to be my best friends through hard times. I even owned a pig and chickens! My apartment is unfortunately not currently suited to house any large pets, although I am able to host smaller dogs. I am very respectful and accommodating!
About: Hello! Thanks for reading! My husband and I own a farm on a back road. I am a horse trainer, I also teach riding lessons. We have a lot of land to roam and ponds if you wish your pup to swim. We have smaller fences for playing but we mostly leash (long leash or off leash if applicable) walk 3/4 times per day with additional potty breaks as needed. I own an amazing senior pit bull, a young blue heeler , horses, goats, of course a few cats. I specialize in working with troubled horses & dogs. I have a lot of experience with working dogs (Shepards, heelers, etc) & bully breeds. I work from home 95% of the time. I truly enjoy meeting new pets and to spend quality with your fur babies. I have an outstanding amount of experience with many different animals and behaviors. I have worked in a dog grooming facility & along side vets. It was an amazing experience. We are willing to work with all your pets needs. We have our house set up so that the dogs do not have to interact if they don’t desire but are welcome to play and interact should they wish. We aim to keep every pet safe, happy and healthy! We are happy to watch your pup for short or extended length stays. Please make sure all pets are up to date on shots and flea/tick. We appreciate it! About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was five years old and continued to get more dogs. I have dog sat for multiple friends and family rating from dogs and cats. As far as training animals, I did grow up with having to train them so I do have some experience. I am currently working part time and go to community college but will be able to manage and work out a schedule that will be accommodating. I have 3 dogs that have invisible fences outside so they can roam free without getting lost, going to the road, running off. I have a big yard surrounding my house so they are used to running around freely. When it gets too cold they come in to the house or garage with my father. I am used to walking dogs as they do get walked on occasion at home or if we have them out of the house. I do not off offer services that welcome pets into my house but I am accommodating as necessary and will offer services at your residency.

I live with my partner, Mike, and precious pups Kona and Desi. I have always lived with dogs. I am an Occupational Therapist in a school district full time and love to farm and bicycle during my off time. I’ve done house sitting and dog sitting previously and enjoyed the work.
