I have had English bulldogs to labs to Dobermans. I have gone to dog training classes and have experience with puppies and older dogs. My senior English bulldog passed away and I am not in a position to have a puppy full time. So I would love some animals around the house to keep my company! About: Dogs have been a part of my life for a long time. I grew up surrounded by them, but I was lucky enough to work with them as well. I've worked in a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant, as well as volunteered at dog rescues where I helped with rehabilitating dangerous large dogs. I've also worked at a doggie daycare center, where I was responsible for assigning dogs to play groups and monitoring their behavior to ensure their safety. Because of this, I've learned to effectively monitor dog behavior and body language to interpret when they are comfortable, scared, or need to be separated from other dogs. I have experience giving medications and insulin injections, and know how to be careful with older or injured dogs with limited mobility. I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I would be by your dog's side all day. Because of this it can be time for walkies or running around in the fenced yard basically any time doggo needs it. The door to the yard connects to the main living room, so if they want to bounce between being inside and outside it's easy to do so. My son and I also enjoy going for stroller walks around the neighborhood, so doggo gets to tag along with us for that as well to get some sniffs in. I have a fenced in yard for your dog to sprint around, and can take them for walks around the neighborhood. If your pup still gets bored we can take a car ride and go for some walks on nearby nature trails. In my home your pup is welcome to lounge on the furniture with me, and could follow me around throughout the day if they were feeling clingy (like my dog). Dog toys are always scattered around the house, and your pup can help themselves. For boarding, dogs also sleep in the same bedroom as me so they will not be alone overnight. (Exceptions being the dog may sleep in a separate room if they have potty issues, as the bedroom is carpeted.) My standard poodle Eleanor will always be with us, and will occasionally want to play as well. She is typically pretty mellow (after initial meeting) and doesn't run around much, but occasionally she finds a dog she clicks with and will want to play chase with them around the yard if they reciprocate with her. Have an older dog? Don't worry, she is just as happy to lay around with them. ***We do have a baby in the home, which is important to note. Baby is never allowed to touch the guest doggos, and is never left unattended with your dog EVER. We may temporarily keep baby and dog separated in different rooms via a baby gate if the baby is crawling around as we get to know your dog and their reaction to the baby. I am very diligent when it comes to ensuring the safety and comfort of your dog while in the same house with a baby, and their interactions will be monitored and in most cases limited. If you know your dog is reactive to small children, please kindly understand our family home is not a good fit for them.

About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. I played with them, took them hiking, the beach, cuddled on the couch and learned about what they liked and don’t like and what makes them happy. I made sure that their owners were happy as well. When I was asked to come and dog sit again, the dogs would be waiting at the window waiting for my arrival. These dogs were sure happy to see me when I came back to dog sit them! I have plenty of time to play with your pups 🐶I would be available for boarding on the weekends and week days after 4pm. I would be happy to give lots of love and attention/play to your fur babies! About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats for years. I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse (for humans)! I have cared for neighbors, friends, friends-of-friends’ pets and am very trustworthy and caring. For most days, I’ll be home all day. I am pet-sitting and occasional babysitting at the moment so I will be there for your pet! I feed, walk, play, cuddle and give lots of love to all the fur babies and will do whatever else is requested (light housekeeping, vet appointments, etc.)

About: I’m a 33 year old retired dog groomer and ran large grooming salons in the Pittsburgh area as well as here in New York for a total of 10 years. Was also a kennel boarding assistant as well as a vet assistant for a mobile vaccine clinic serving Niagara Falls, Watertown, Rochester and other areas. I have had everything from chihuahuas to Rottweilers and pit bulls. I treat pets like my children and love all shapes and sizes and able to provide medication as well as any other special need requests. I know basic first aid but I do not have pet CPR certification. I also have plenty of references and client feedback if needed to ensure you get the care your pet needs and deserves. I have an open schedule so if you need times outside of my availability please message me and I may be able to work with your schedule!
