About: I am a dog mommy of a medium 14 year old pit mix, Roxy. I love all dogs and have family with everything from a Chihuahua (with no teeth) to a dopey Great Dane named after prince George. I have babysat all of their dogs and love to play outside with them. I like to run and hike with my dogs and we like to be silly together. She is getting older (14 years old) so she is not as active as she once was. I'm an educator, so my own pup is used to me being gone during the day, but because of holidays and summers I'm also free frequently. My own dog in the past struggled with stubborness and reactivity, so I know how to work with stubborn dogs and easy going dogs of all sorts. I have also worked with geriatric dogs and know what a struggle it can be when dogs are getting into old age. As an educator I work Monday through Friday (most weeks) during the day, and am home evenings, but have extensive availability weekends and holidays. My schedule can be somewhat flexible I am available to come to your home if your dog needs some company or can have your pup at my place. I also have transportation for taking your pet to the beach, river, or parks. I am happy to run, walk, or just hang out with your pets.

About: I live in a private home with a large, fully fenced-in yard off of Ski Run Blvd with 4 female rescues. I have had and cared for dogs (large and small) as well as cats for 13 years and am loving, patient, and responsible. I love to get outside for runs down to the beach or to go hiking in the area, and try to bring at least one dog with me on every adventure. I have raised both puppies and cared for elderly dogs, including my own Golden Retriever Stewie who sadly passed away two years ago at the age of 12. I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry family members as well as I do my own! My schedule varies, but I keep it up to date in the app and can be flexible if anything comes up or if needs change. I have a fully fenced in, private backyard off of a quiet street that is perfect for lots of running around with my 3 dogs, who are incredibly friendly and get along with dogs of all ages and sizes (and are great at tiring out puppies!). My dogs are crate trained and usually are in their crates at night and when I am away for more than a couple hours, and I would be happy to do the same or whatever is preferred for yours.

About: Greetings. I’ve had a best friend who was with me everyday for 15 years. I was with her from the beginning to the end. I am sensitive to the needs of our dogs and always very aware of our surroundings. I’m ultra aware of the cayotes up here and all their tricks. With the new smells and distractions for some dogs that are not from here I always feel safer to keep them on leash during our walks. I live alone in a quiet cabin on a quiet street, no traffic and no neighbors. Big fenced back yard and a small gated front porch. I know all the trails in Sierra track as well as the whole area. I’m very flexible and will take care of all the little things that are needed and the unexpected ones that pop up. I know how stressfull it can be traveling and then leaving your best friend with someone. I will communicate with you and make it easy and stress free. It’s a big adjustment not having my sweet girl Francis. I was so used to waking up and she was there, or coming home and she was sitting in my spot waiting for me. Honestly this is good for me having a dog around. It’s helping with this process I’m going through. I am very flexible and available almost anytime and on short notice if life happens. I know how that goes. I know the trails and areas to go that are safe and fun. Im an early riser, and I enjoy mornings walks when it’s nice and quiet with no traffic or crowds of people. I have no problem with taking the pup with me in the car to run a quick errand or even better a day trip somewhere. Some dogs love car rides with the window down and nose out. And some do not. It’s all optional, absolutely no problems leaving him or her at home while I’m out for a sec. I primarily work from home and would be with him/her almost all the time. My dog Francis was a little attached. Maybe loyal is a better word. I was very lucky with her and didn’t have to worry too much. But I learned to never ever let anything happen to her. Very aware of our environment. Cars, other dogs, cayotes, bees , bodies of water and all weather conditions, hot pavement and even to always avoid the drains/grates in the roads ect. I’m not disactred by my phone or anything else. I’ll only feed what the owner approves.

About: I’ve had dogs of my own since I was less than 10 years old, and have had my current dog Sandy for about 6 years. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all kinds- puppies to seniors, healthy to serious health concerns, I’ve done it all! I am a work from home teacher, so even during the weekday I am home for the majority of the day. My dog Sandy and I usually spend the day playing in the backyard, relaxing on the couch, or playing with her toys. My work schedule is not demanding, and I have summers off, so I have all the time to spend with your pups. I live in a 2 story duplex with just myself, my 10 year old friendly dog Sandy, and my fiance Austin (who also loves dogs!). The backyard is fenced and is shared by the other family in the duplex. Sandy usually roams free in the home, but we can crate in the home if necessary.

We’ve landed in Lake Tahoe for the foreseeable future :) We provide a safe, active, and loving environment for your pets while you’re away. We’re still both fully remote, which means your fur baby gets consistent attention, not just quick check-ins. Our days naturally include multiple walks (morning, mid-day, and evening), outdoor time, and plenty of downtime for cuddles and relaxation. We live an active lifestyle and love having a furry friends alongside us for walks, fresh air, and exploring, but we’re just as intentional about creating a calm, secure space at home so your pet feels comfortable and settled. We’ve cared for pets for years, including friends, family, Rover clients and other pet sitting platforms, in both our home and theirs. We’re very attentive and always know where your pet is, so you never have to worry about safety or supervision. I have a deep respect for the place I stay at - maintain necessary privacy and keep the house clean and tidy during my stay (check Airbnb reviews in the last photos). I work on creative projects from home - writing a book and doing online consulting and life coaching. I’m around plenty to keep your pet a company, play, engage, and follow your pet’s schedule. A note on overnight stays: I do require a separate bedroom to recharge. This is important for me to show up fully for your pet and maintain my energy and focus for my work the next day. If your pet used to sleep with a human and struggles with overnight separation, I may not be the best fit. I appreciate your understanding! Looking after a pet is an additional source of income for me, so I treat it equally as a job and make a proper time in my schedule to accommodate your pet’s needs. I love to get outside for runs down to the beach or to go hiking in the area, and try to bring at least one dog with me on every adventure. I have raised both puppies and cared for elderly dogs, including my own Golden Retriever Stewie who sadly passed away two years ago at the age of 12. I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry family members as well as I do my own! My schedule varies, but I keep it up to date in the app and can be flexible if anything comes up or if needs change. I have a fully fenced in, private backyard off of a quiet street that is perfect for lots of running around with my 3 dogs, who are incredibly friendly and get along with dogs of all ages and sizes (and are great at tiring out puppies!). My dogs are crate trained and usually are in their crates at night and when I am away for more than a couple hours, and I would be happy to do the same or whatever is preferred for yours.
About: I’ve had my dog for the last four years and understand the stress of leaving your animal with someone else, I can assure you that I will take very good care of your pet and that they will return happy and well played with! I’m currently working part time and have time to care for your pup! My home has a doggy door and a large yard as well. I’m an extremely active person so I can promise you that your pet will get daily walks, hikes, runs, or bike rides— depending on your pets exercise needs.
About: I'm looking forward to my sixth year professionally watching pups while mom and dad get some turns in on the hill. Our pets are family, and I look after all fur babies the way I'd like mine to be cared for. Playing in the park, hiking, and cuddling on the couch are our typical days. Parents will be kept up to date with photos. I'd like to think I've gotten my pet portrait skills down. Treats have greatly assisted me in the process ;) I am flexible, and will work with you to fit your unique scheduling needs. If you are arriving at 3am from a long drive and need to drop the pups off then, no problem. Too tired after the hill? We can arrange a drop off. Prices are negotiable for additional pups and services. I work part time near to my place. I'm rarely gone more than five hours. I come home on my breaks to let everyone out to potty. If I have an excursion, I take everyone with me. I have a secure screen door that remains locked at all times when we are inside. Guests pups are on the leash any time we go outside.

About: I am a dog mommy of a medium 14 year old pit mix, Roxy. I love all dogs and have family with everything from a Chihuahua (with no teeth) to a dopey Great Dane named after prince George. I have babysat all of their dogs and love to play outside with them. I like to run and hike with my dogs and we like to be silly together. She is getting older (14 years old) so she is not as active as she once was. I'm an educator, so my own pup is used to me being gone during the day, but because of holidays and summers I'm also free frequently. My own dog in the past struggled with stubborness and reactivity, so I know how to work with stubborn dogs and easy going dogs of all sorts. I have also worked with geriatric dogs and know what a struggle it can be when dogs are getting into old age. As an educator I work Monday through Friday (most weeks) during the day, and am home evenings, but have extensive availability weekends and holidays. My schedule can be somewhat flexible I am available to come to your home if your dog needs some company or can have your pup at my place. I also have transportation for taking your pet to the beach, river, or parks. I am happy to run, walk, or just hang out with your pets.
