“Hallie and her family were great! They watched over my two golden retriever pups while I was out of the county. She sent pics to keep me updated and it was nice that they were around other dogs during their stay. We will def have our pups stay with them again.”

“This is our dog’s favorite place to stay when we have to go out of town! He always comes back home so happy and exhausted. Thank you for always making him feel at home!”

“Ronee took care of my Maltese when we had to go away. She did a great job! She had us over for a meet-and-greet before we left so that my dog could meet her dog. She has quite a large dog so I was a little nervous at first but she was very attentive and made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of. While we were gone she sent us several pictures, videos, and messages to let us know how things were going. Would definitely have her take care of my dog again.”

“Great experience for my pups! They definitely had their own vacation themselves. Brittany was very knowledgeable about dogs which made me feel safe with loving them in her care! She was amazing and I definitely would book for future services!”

“Christine is fantastic! She took such great care of our girls. She really brought our Minpin mix out of her shell and was so patient with our young energetic Aussie cattle dog. Lots of communication every day and lots of pictures and videos.”

“My older beagle stayed here for a full week. There were other small dogs there, which was fun for her I think! The house was clearly set up for dog sitting, with a doggy door into the yard, a gated area near the kitchen, and double handles on the front door so nobody sneaks out 😊 I didn't feel worried at all during Bella's time there, and she came home happy and rested!”

“Bailey seemed to do very well with Sarah. I appreciated Sarah’s quick responses to my questions as well as the pictures she sent. I would take Bailey to her again when I plan to be away.”

“Viana is so sweet and she treated my girls like her own. She was so communicative with me and sent me photos the whole time! I will definitely be rebooking next time I am away! Thank you so much Viana!”

“Can’t say enough nice things about Melissa and her family! My dogs were so well loved and taken care of. I enjoyed the daily text letting me know how everybody was doing. Melissa‘s beautiful daughters spent a lot of time with my pups and loved on them, so that was an added bonus. Melissa was very good at communicating if she had any questions. I came back to happy healthy dogs!”

“My dogs were very tired, they just slept the entire trip home! They had so much fun, went out for a run and played a lot. The photos Ms. Shanna sent are the evidences :) I highly recommend her and her daughter Jerica!”

“Great service! Since the moment I went to the Greet and Meet I knew it was a great match for us. They took care of Dante for 2 weeks and the were always responsive, sending daily reports about him. It was a great option since Sussy has other dogs because Dante could play and have a lot of fun. I highly recommmed Sussy’s services!”

“Filanthi and her daughter were so loving to my senior dog, Nugget. I appreciate their enthusiasm and attention given to my dog who has limited vision and is hard of hearing. Nugget also enjoyed hanging out with their senior dog which made his stay more comfortable.”
“Louis and June are just amazing! Brie took to them almost immediately! Their home is beautiful with an amazing backyard with plenty of room to run. Their dog Hunter is very friendly and became fast friends with Brie! Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!”

Cat caregivers near you - Sutcliffe

About: I had a childhood cat, named Midnight for 5 years. I also took care of the other 3 cats in my parent's home. One that was a short-legged cat named Mufasta and gave birth to a litter of kittens that I was also in charge of. There is an old friend who I watched their Maine Coon inside my home for a month. I only had my Ava at the time and had to keep them separated due to the Maine Coon being violent towards other animals and my children. Even though it was rough and suffered deep injuries in my left leg in the end. I stuck through keeping the cat for that entire month because my friend needed time to get a new home situated.

About: I’ve taken care of cats for many years, including helping with family pets since I was younger. I understand that every cat has their own personality, and I’m very patient and respectful of their space. I’m comfortable with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, playtime, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I treat every cat like my own and make sure they get the care and attention they need.
About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life from chickens and horses to cat, dogs and birds. Every animal deserves good love and care. I use to walk my neighbors dogs after school in middle school and have bathed friends and family’s dogs and my own cat. I’m currently looking for a job that I can have fun with and working with animals would be an amazing opportunity to try something new that’s I’d enjoy. My male kitten Lulu is fed three times a day and we’ll played with throughout the day meanwhile my cat Kiko, whom I’ve had for three years and was adopted from the animal shelter, has a very fat and happy life at home where she loves to nap and lounge around the house.
About: I have always had pets since my childhood and now I have a terrier/heeler dogo named Aaliyah. I absolutely love pets and caring for them brings me so much joy! I have been caring for pets since I was in my early teen years so for about 10 years. I promise I’m the girl for the job! :) I work Monday through Friday and the earliest I start is 8am and every day besides Thursday I’m off by 6pm. I usually am free on the weekends and holidays. I have my own transportation so I am happy to commute. If you’d like to do a meet and greet before your requested service, I am happy to do that. Depending on the service requested, I will ensure that whatever it may be you ask of me is completed. I will follow directions with precision and care. I will ensure pets feel cared for and seen while their owners are away.
About: I will care for and love your pets as if they’re my own. And I hope most professional sitters would! I am here to meet yourself and your pets where you are at! And with patience, love and positive reinforcement. I would be willing to care for animals of all types—nothing is off the table. As long as it’s safe! Always open for discussion.😊 I am flexible and happy to assist; I would be honored to be your trusted, communicative, attentive, detail oriented pet caretaker. I also can even do a little light housekeeping, if needed. Everything is always open for discussion. This “gig” makes me happy and gives me fulfillment outside of Real Estate. Which, by the way…I am always here for questions about that too. Pets feel most comfortable in their home. Especially if you’re away. I’m here for you all.🫶🏼 Can’t wait to meet you! A little about me: I am a realtor and love my job! But with being a solo-caretaker of my elderly grandmother, this seems to be flexible. My schedule is mostly incredibly flexible, especially if planned in advance. I’m also great for last minute saves if things fell through with your normal pet sitter! I will meet you and your pet exactly where you are at! Anything that is out of my scope of comfort will be clearly communicated in advance or as needed. I am all about open communication on both sides. I can’t help if you don’t tell me what you need! If I can’t provide it, I certainly usually know someone who could. And that goes for a lot of things. Looking to build trusting relationships with pets and their humans! I am flexible on any changes or needs you and your pets may have. I’ve cared for puppies up to senior pups for long periods of time for clients and happy to share those references upon request. The only thing I can’t provide is a place for your pets in my home but I’m always open to yours which generally seems to be ideal. Just ask.🩷 Which both

About: I have 3 dogs at home, which are my mom and my sisters dogs. I have grown up with them and helped care for each one. Mainly my dog Luna who we have had for 5 years and is the most sensitive of them all. She has food allergies so we are very careful what we feed her. Having three Frenchies in the house I know how to care for very high maintenance dogs. I am currently a full-time online student, and I work part-time. I am able to feed and let out dogs in the morning and I am back home by 3:30pm. However, I have my sister and my mom, who work from home and are willing to help me with my dog sitting. I currently live at home with my mom and my sister. We have a large fenced yard that is sectioned off for our dogs, which is a big perk now that I am dog sitting.

“We have a rambunctious lab puppy that I worried would be too much for my parents while we were out of town. My parents raved about Brianna. She walked our dog everyday for a week and he loved it and she really helped him get some energy out! We would definitely look to book her again.”

About: My childhood was surrounded by dogs. When I was 12, I had to completely take care of 4 pit bulls, a Dotson, a mixed breed medium sized dog, and 3 cats. I have watched a few friends and family's pets over the years. Before I moved here, I actually helped my cousin take care of his senior husky with low energy that needed shots for a medical condition and a 2 year old German shepherd with all the energy in the world. My foster mom also bred pugs for a living, and have had to help the momma pug give birth while my foster parents were gone. I also have a 4 year old female Black Mouth Cur named Ava, that I have had since 6 months old, and a 2 year old male pitbull terrier rescue named Bosco, that I have had for a year and counting. He is full of fear and needs a lot of patience to work through it, but after 5 months of touch and go work, he now knows what play is and has his own toys! He also is scared to eat or seems to not know what his feeding bowl is, but after different ways to show that feeding time is okay, he is slowly gaining the weight he should be at! Treats were his sweet spot for knowing it is a safe place, and my sweet Ava sped the process for getting him comfortable in his new home and now commandeers my clothing to sleep with in his bed. Due to Bosco being a rescue and has become very protective is why I can't offer in home sitting in my home but am open to dog sitting at client's homes. I am currently a new stay at home mom. I take care of my two boys and my two fur babies. I am more than ready to help others with their fur babies. Due to behavior of one of my dogs, I would not be able to comfortably care for your fur babies in my own home, but I will do the utmost care for your fur babies in your home! Give me all the rules you need followed; Outside during certain times, feeding strategies, don't sit in a certain spot or area in the home. Nothing is too much to handle! I have even taken care of dogs with potty issues and needed baths for their health care and hygiene of your home.

I am available throughout the week and over the weekend as well. Let me know when you would need me and I can see how I can make that work for you. I have one dog and a cat at home. We have a very safe backyard that is surrounded by a fence and we make sure to watch them whenever they go outside. About: Hello! I’m a lifelong dog lover and artist currently spending some time in the beautiful Reno/Tahoe area for art research and inspiration. My heart belongs to animals. My beloved Yorkie was my sidekick for 15 wonderful years, and we spent countless days exploring the outdoors together. Because I’m currently traveling and focusing on my art, I have a flexible schedule and a lot of love to give to your fur babies while I'm in town! I treat every pet like family. Whether your dog loves high-energy outdoor adventures, a relaxing stroll, or just quiet cuddle time while I sketch, I happily match their energy and routine. 📸 Stay Connected: You can expect regular updates, photos, and videos so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. My Skills & Services 🐕 Dog Walking & Outdoor Play: Ready to explore local trails or just stroll around the block. 💖 Endless Love & Attention: Lots of snuggles, positive reinforcement, and companionship. 🍲 Feeding & Meal Prep: Experienced with specific dietary instructions and schedules. 💊 Medication Support: Comfortable maintaining moderate medication schedules. 🐈 Cat Friendly: Meow spoken here, too! I're happy to hang out with your feline friends. Your pet will always be treated with the utmost kindness, patience, and the same deep love I gave my own dog for 15 years. I can't wait to meet them! I am a self-employed artist and director of a small nonprofit, which gives me an incredibly flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. Much of my work involves painting landscapes—capturing the beautiful mountains, lakes, and high-desert light of the Reno/Tahoe area. Because my art keeps me outdoors, I am always ready to take dogs along for fresh-air strolls, sniffing adventures, and outdoor playtime. When I am working from my laptop or sketching, pets in my care receive relaxed companionship, lots of attention, and plenty of snuggles. My flexible routine allows me to easily accommodate weekday or weekend care, house sitting, and extended stays. Your pet will seamlessly become a part of my creative, peaceful day! Since I am currently in the Reno/Tahoe area for art research, I'll mainly be focusing on House Sitting (in the client's home), Dog Walking, or Drop-In Visits rather than hosting pets at my residence (however, some exceptions can be made). Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my absolute priorities. Whether I am house-sitting in your home or visiting for walks, I treat your home with the utmost respect and your pet like family. Safety Outdoors: Because the Reno/Tahoe area has beautiful wildlife (like deer, coyotes, and bears), I keep all dogs securely on-leash during our walks unless we are in a designated, securely fenced dog park and you have explicitly approved off-leash time. I am also highly mindful of the pavement temperature and hydration during warm high-desert days. A Familiar, Relaxing Atmosphere: Inside your home, I strive to keep your pet’s environment calm, positive, and consistent. I love providing relaxed companionship—whether I'm sketching nearby or enjoying quiet cuddle time. Following Their Routine: I strictly follow your pet's established routine, including precise feeding schedules, favorite walking routes, and any necessary medication tracking. If your pet uses a crate, playpen, or has specific house rules, I will mirror them exactly. You can rest easy knowing your home is secure, and your fur baby is receiving dedicated, loving, and highly attentive care while you're away!
About: My girlfriend Leah and I have had a dog in our life every year until now. Leah grew up with cats and her family dog named Murphy who she loved. We are passionate about walking pups. I feel every dog should get at least an hour of activity outside everyday. Also I am a strong person who is able to keep your animal safe from any dangerous situation that may be happening near by. With me you will know your pet is safe because I make the pets safety my highest priority. We are the best deal on the app because you get two people for the price of one You get two for one. I work remotely full time. This means I work 6am - 2:30pm Monday- Friday. But since I am fully remote if you were in need of a house sitter I would be able to take the dog out during working hours because my job is pretty laid back. The weekends I am 100% free. In addition to this I have my GF Leah, who is a full time student who is always available to help out. This is the first year of my life where I do not have a dog living with me. But when I did I would be checking on the dog all the time. Making sure they have water and I let them out to go to the bathroom or take them on short walks during the day. After work is when i will usually take my pet on an hour walk or go to a park or some where to play. In addition to me there is my girlfriend Leah who is a full time remote student right now. She is always available to help out and is super responsible and helpful.

Upon receiving countless pictures of our husky Bella, we were updated on her feeding times, play times, as well as when she was being introduced to new dogs entering her home! Leu is meticulous, organized and runs a tight ship just how we like it (very routine, we knew what to expect) :) Bella now has a forever sitter who we know and trust to care for our Big Baby when we are away! Thanks Leu for all your TLC!!!”

“Nina was awesome! My husband and I live out of the area but were visiting Reno and our hotel had a no pet policy, so we thought we would try someone close to where we were staying. I saw Nina’s profile and the positive reviews and determined it could be a good fit after we spoke on the phone. Nina was very professional and responsive throughout the entire duration leading up to our booking, and stayed in contact throughout their stay, providing lots of updates and pictures (which we loved!). It put our minds at ease seeing how happy and relaxed our boys appeared in the pictures. I was a little worried my boys might give her a little trouble because for some reason they aren’t huge fan of men, and I knew they would be around a guy but Scott is clearly a gem because my boys were cuddling up to him and one of them was following him around their house and wanting all his attention! Blew my mind a little (in a great way!) lol. When we went to pick them up they were calm, relaxed, and happy and fell fast asleep on the car ride home with zero PTSD lol. While I’m not in Nina’s area, I will absolutely see if she is available again next time we are out there.”

“Millie had another great stay with Destiny! We received daily updates with photos and videos and Destiny was always easy to communicate with. She was super accommodating with an early drop off time due to our early flight departure and helped us feel at ease through our whole trip :)”
