My cat Fatty is medically fragile and doesn't eat much, but Abby made sure she got the calories she needed at every meal. She didn’t just feed her, she was gentle, patient, and truly attentive to her needs. I received regular updates and photos that gave me peace of mind while I was away. Abby also went out of her way to clean up after Fatty and spend quality time with her, giving her the attention and care I hadn’t even asked for. About: I've grown up with pets ever since I was 5 years old, so I have about 17 years of personal experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. Despite the experience being personal, I am professional, calm, and work extremely well with animals. About: I've owned Australian Cattle Dogs (red/blue heelers) my entire life. My beloved most recent 12 year old Red Heeler named Austin passed away last summer. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. About: I have consistently been taking care of dogs for almost five years after first adopting my two dogs when they were 10 weeks old. I was also blessed to help deliver and care for a litter of pups when my dog gave birth until they left for their forever homes. Before adopting my dogs, I was dog-sitting for family and friends, whether staying at their homes or having them stay with me. I am a stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, trying to help bring a little extra income. I help out at our homeschool program from 8:30-4 during the week but am available all other hours of the week. If I'm caring for your pet at my home, I have about a half acre that is fenced in, I can also crate if it is preferred or I am able to care for the furry friend at its home.

I can stay overnight, feed/ let out in the morning, and then come back immediately after work and go on a walk, or whatnot. Weekends i’m free. You give me directions, and i’ll follow! I’m very flexible. If your dog needs walking, let me know! If your dog likes to play in the river, or your cat likes to sun bathe, or if your kitty litter needs to be cleaned if your reptile tank needs cleaning. LMK
About: I like people I can trust with my eyes closed and my back turned and it should be no different with the people we entrust our fur babies with. I love animals, there’s an innocence about them that makes me love being around them I have an open schedule recently began working from home so I’m available for walks and play time as well as any kind of regimen you have set up for your pet You may provide a crate and depending on your dogs temperament and needs and the weather there’s a large back patio out back he/she can relax on and hang out get fresh air etc. I care for your pets as my own.

“Kilo had the best vacation stay with April & Rachel (Aliyah & Honey too). He was so happy and came home exhausted!! He needed a day of RnR from his stay. Now for my personal review. Now that I have met April & Rachel, I would not take Kilo any place else to watch our boy. I felt so comfortable after our meet & greet with the living arrangements and with the humans watching over him. I knew he would be treated like a king and in good safe hands. I didn’t have to worry about him the whole time I was gone. April & Rachel sent us photos/videos of Kilo so that I could see first hand how he was doing. He was getting the love and attention (even more than when he is at home) and this made us very happy. It’s nice to know he’s in great hands when we are away. April & Rachel will be my first call for my next trip and I would recommend them for your pups too. 🐶 🐾”

“Gabriel was fantastic. This was my first time boarding my dog and first time leaving her since our other dog passed away. I was very nervous leaving her behind. Gabriel's house was perfect - big fenced back yard and cozy inside. She was allowed to sleep on the bed if she wanted. He was very calm and reassuring. He allowed us to do a short visit to his house before our bigger trip to get her used to being there. Will definitely be using him again!”

About: I've had dogs (sometimes up to 9) for my entire life and believe I understand them and how they communicate.
