About: I’ve grown up around large breed dogs and feel comfortable working with them. I will gladly work with seniors/puppies and am capable of doing almost any medical/behavioral care required. I typically provide check-ins but am willing to discuss overnights if needed. I’m available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday but with at least a week’s notice I can accommodate almost anything! I can also provide care for those living on Kirtland AFB. As a pet parent myself, I completely understand the anxiety of leaving your pet in the care of someone else. But your trust and your pet’s safety will always be my top priority.
About: I have cared for an array of animals over the years including dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens and even pet rats! I deeply enjoy time spent with animals which is why housesitting has always been ideal for me! I myself have multiple dogs and cats that are well cared for and your animals will receive the same attention and care! I am a student at UNM, so most morning I do have to head to campus around 9-10 am. All morning care would be handled before then. My classes have me on campus no longer than 4-5 hours before I would be able to check on your animals. Weekends I work 6-9 hour shifts, but if care requires less gaps between visits this time can be taken off to give your pets around the clock care. This would require at minimum 2 weeks notice and cannot be guaranteed. I am comfortable giving pill or liquid medication for your pets. As well as walking any size dog as long as some leash training is in place. I normally will wash the sheets and towels used if staying overnight! I am very cleanly and will leave your home and pets clean or cleaner than when yall left!

With daily updates and pictures, my dogs always looked like they're were having the best time. Rita walked them, spoiled them, and loved on them. She took our dogs to the dog bakery to get treats because one of our dogs had a birthday while we were gone. It was precious seeing pictures and knowing that she was spoiled on her special day. “Wendy was great. She sent me pics of him, gave me updates of the situation, and asked if there was anything else she could do to keep Almond comfortable. Wendy let me know immediately that Almond started howling in the middle of the night. I wasn't sure what was going on since he never did that at home. My initial thought was he was missing me and home. And because of his age, I believe he got disoriented and lost and couldn't identify where he was at. Wendy did follow the instructions I left and asked if there was anything more she could do. I appreciate Wendy giving Almond the extra care he needed. Thanks again..”
