About: I have grown up with animals all my life. I had 2 dogs and 2 cats growing up and I currently have a German Shepard, Weiner dog, and 2 flat faced cats. I also have experience taking care of fish and reptiles. I just moved to ABQ from Atlanta. I love animals and would love to continue taking care of them out here. I am free for drop in visits or house sitting. I would be able to drop by your house, feed the dogs and take them out to play and use the restroom. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

For boarding and daycare, a meet and greet is a must. I have a very flexible work schedule and I mostly work from my home. I love taking frequent walks and petting dogs throughout the workday. I do not have a yard but like taking walks at all times of day, so your pup can still get plenty of exercise. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. My dad is a herpetologist, so I grew up caring for snakes, turtles, frogs, salamanders, and fish, along with dogs, cats, and chickens. This gave me an early understanding of different species, temperaments, and individual care needs. I recently relocated from Pennsylvania, while my dog is staying with my family, where she is very loved and well cared for. I’m currently saving my Rover earnings toward a road trip home to bring her here to New Mexico. Even knowing she’s in great hands, I understand how hard it can be to miss your pet and how important it is to trust the person caring for them. That perspective is a big part of how I approach pet sitting—I prioritize reliability, communication, and making sure every animal feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have experience with animals of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior pets, and I treat each one with the same patience and attention I would want for my own. During visits, I ensure pets have fresh water, receive plenty of attention and affection, and that doors, gates, and other potential hazards are secure before I leave. I also provide updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away. Our dog is so hard to feed because he has specific ways on how he likes to be fed but she was able to find a way so he will eat while we are away. She is very good and her place is very cozy and clean. Yuki had a good stay and was really well taken care of. We have peace of mind while we were out on a vacation.”
