I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. One of my dogs in particular is pretty emotionally sensitive, but seems to have a good time at Patricia's and always appears relaxed and happy in the pictures and videos Patricia sends. Patricia has also been able and willing to administer medicine and feed according to specific instructions. She was very flexible with us picking up the dogs later than anticipated after flight delays. Very happy we've found such a great sitter for our beloved dogs. About: People laugh when I say "dogs are my only friends." Started in 2022, I never imagined this would become my full time job. Ive grown up around animals my entire life, from horses, cows, chickens, goats, fish, dogs and cats, so its truly an honor to be able to pursue something I love and care for so deeply. I have lots of experience in specialized care, from potty training, to senior care. My goal is to always make the dogs feels like home, and ensuring small controlled environments for a stress free stay, all while building their confidence, to maintain a happy healthy dog. I live on an acre fenced in with 5ft high piped fence all the way around. The yard is very secure. There is lots of room for dogs to explore and play. The property is shaded by a variety of trees. We have a mini swimming pool setup to cool the paws off during the hot summer months. We have a large concreted shaded porch. It is very cozy and welcoming. I do this full time as mentioned above, so I am around dogs pretty much 24/7, but some other passions I have is gardening. When you pull up to the property during spring and summer you will see that I have flowers hanging on every post on the porch. I also have a garden in the back fenced off from the dogs that I tend too. We also have chickens! (Dont worry they are completely safe and fenced in from the dogs and any other predator that would want to reach them.) I am licensed and insured as well as Pet CPR/First Aid certified. About: I have owned diabetic dogs and one with epilepsy. Friends and coworkers always ask me to watch their furbabies because they know how good my husband and I are with our own. They trust us and coming from someone who rarely traveled and when I did I took them with me because I don't trust others would take care of them like I do. I understand the anxiety that comes with having to leave them behind for whatever reason. Knowing they will be loved and have fun makes it that much easier for both you and your pet. Safety and security are also most important to us so rest assured they will be okay. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband's business is from home so we are both always here. We never leave for more that 3 hours due to our 2 dogs. I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run around. My brother also lives across from me and has over an acre of running room as well if needed. My husband and I work from home and are always available. We used to have dogs with medical issues and couldn't really leave them with anyone. My husband and I love animals and know how hard it is to leave them anywhere. Even at petsmart hotel they stay inside a small area and the play area isn't that big. We work from home and are never away longer than 4 hours. We have a 2 year old who is really good with the dogs as well but Rest assured we never let her play with them unattended. We have a large yard for dogs and know that they will be taken care of and loved while visiting us. All pets need love and attention. Even pet hotels leave them alone overnight and the thought of them having to hold it or use it in their space to feel ashamed is aweful. With us you get peace of mind and that's priceless In my home they will be treated like our own. They can play outside as long as they want. They scratch on the door ahead. They want in or out. They sleep inside on our bed with us of course. We want them to sleep wherever they feel comfortable. My dog buddy sleeps in his cage when he stays with others because he feels safe there so we understand everyone is different.

About: Hi there, I'm a stay at home mom who has always loved animals. Before having kids I was a groomer and kennel technician. Growing up I always had pets. Dogs, cats, lizards, gerbils, snakes, fish, pigs, horses, birds..i'm probably forgetting a few lol. I was the weird kid, saving every bug or animal around that was in danger. I'm very compassionate and empathetic. I was a very gentle groomer. I'd be happy to take care of your grooming needs as well although I dont have all the equipment..i can trim/dremmel nails, clean ears, sanitary shave, trim around the eyes, bathe and such. I have no problem administering medication. My kids are great with animals as well and love to help out. We have dogs and a cat of our own but your pets are welcome to have a room for themself if they stay over or they can join the pack! If we seem like a good fit for yall, lets chat! We are pretty much always at our home, if not at the park or out running errands. We can work around your schedule, no problem! We live on acreage, although not fenced. Leash walking is not an issue and we can take them to the back of the property to run around as well! We have 4 dogs of our own so we know how to manage a pack.

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

About: I have grown up with big dogs since I was little as well as 2 cats! I’ve been with huskies and pomskies as well as labradors and shepherd dogs! I can take care of high energy and low energy dogs! I love cats as well! I know their temperament and how to approach them! My friends have had pit bulls which I do not discriminate against! I have helped with raising puppies and taking care of sick dogs, I promise to treat your pet with the utmost respect and care as if they were my own child! About: I don’t really have any restrictions on what I can handle, I’m used to taking care of elderly dogs, and having to cater to specialized diets or even mobility issues. But I have also cared for very energetic puppies, and middle-age dogs who just need to get out of the house or have a little companionship. I am a student athlete however, I do tend to have a lot of free time in the midday to afternoon range and on the weekends. I have two other very friendly dogs, and a large fenced in yard that is also close to a lot of other walking paths and parks. There is also plenty of space in my house in order to for dogs to be kept separately if they are not friendly, or cater to other needs such as crates.
About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals as I lived on a farm for a good chunk of my life. I will do the best that I can do to take care of your furry one! I am working full time and I am also a student, but I make sure all pets are taken care of first no matter what. I do live in an apartment by myself with another small dog and cat. They are great with other animals and we have a big backyard to sunbathe roam around in. Anything you may need done in your own home, I can most certainly do too.
About: Growing up in a household with pets, I grew to understand them. Not only have I been around cats and dogs, I have also House sat for neighbors, friends, and family and looked after horses, bunnies, chickens, and birds. My main goal is to make sure they are living a happy and healthy life. I am currently working graveyards, but wanting to make pet sitting a full time job. Anywhere from 6am to 6pm I am free to house sit. I live in an apartment, my cat has free range of the place. In clients homes, they have fenced backyards, doggy doors to go in and out as they please. Some will have specific feeding routines I will stick to as in their pets eating in different rooms, or preparing their meals differently. I will play with them if they're in the mood and be active with them outside to release any sort of energy they have.
About: Now serving the greater Albuquerque Area! To all of my Utah clients, I miss your pups 💜 I moved to Albuquerque in September 2023. When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. I hope to continue my services in New Mexico. I now have 2 pups of my own, but my partner cares for them when I am sitting. I will never bring them to a sit unless prior meeting and permission of the owners. Bloopers and Scub are young, big, lover boys with a lot of energy. They LOVE other dogs. Sophie, my senior pup, had to be put down before I moved to Utah. I cared for her heart and kidney failure for 3 years. I am experienced with senior pups and can handle all the way down to puppies, too. I love cats. I am also a trained bird handler. I have pet sit for my professors and coworkers before, from hunting lab puppies to senior Maltese. Since moving to Utah at the beginning of the year, I have house sat, done drop-ins, and walks. I have house sat for all kinds of pups from labs to yorkies, goldendoodles to bulldogs. I work a very flexible full-time, telework option, job. I can check/walk in morning, lunch, dinner and through the night if needed. Week days and weekends. I have extensive experience giving pets drugs and other heath needs. I can do any form of exercise or travel needed. I will always double check doors are locked and secured.
About: I have owned a dog since I was 5, and cats shorty after. I have always been a huge animal lover and have owned my own dog throughout the years. Currently, I have a 13 year old Boston Terrier/Boxer mix and a 1 year old cat. But my love doesn't stop with them! I love taking care of any furry friend & have for many years. How does pet care fit into your daily or weekly routine? I work from home so I have the ability to tailor my schedule to fit every need! We are home most of the time so our babies are indoor pets! We allow our dog to sit on the couch and sleep in the bed for maximum cuddles! Furry friends with more rules will abide by those (no secret couch sits) but will still receive all the love and attention they need. Walks are given with playtime for the most stimulation.
About: I worked at the Albuquerque BioPark zoo for 5 years taking care of many types of animals. My time there has made me passionate about providing the highest quality animal care and enrichment. I make it my goal to give your pets a stay-cation while you vacation or work! I have worked with dogs and cats of all ages, and also small animals, birds, and barn animals. I am especially good with elder pets and am familiar with their mobility and medication requirements. I currently dog-walk and pet-sit full time so I’ll be able to provide lots of care and attention during the day/evenings. I usually only leave the pets for a few hours at a time and can adjust this to fit your schedule. I usually do not care for pets in my home. I believe that by staying in your home and keeping pets in their usual routines, they thrive the best.

About: I absolutely love dogs, and will treat your baby like mine. I got into this because finding good care for my dog is such a stressful experience as my tolerance for risk is extremely low. I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.
