“Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs/cats as well as families pets, I can create a big connection with animals, especially dogs, I have a big heart for all animals I’m currently a stay at home mom of a 1 year old and she loves animals just as much as me, walking dogs or having to go visit them would get us out of the house and we’re almost always free. I do have a little Banana Bread side business too. I have a fenced yard, 3 dogs (a great dane thats a bit older, a chihuahua and a blue heeler mix) and one cat, the cat is an outdoor cat. About: People laugh when I say "dogs are my only friends." Started in 2022, I never imagined this would become my full time job. Ive grown up around animals my entire life, from horses, cows, chickens, goats, fish, dogs and cats, so its truly an honor to be able to pursue something I love and care for so deeply. I have lots of experience in specialized care, from potty training, to senior care. My goal is to always make the dogs feels like home, and ensuring small controlled environments for a stress free stay, all while building their confidence, to maintain a happy healthy dog. I live on an acre fenced in with 5ft high piped fence all the way around. The yard is very secure. There is lots of room for dogs to explore and play. The property is shaded by a variety of trees. We have a mini swimming pool setup to cool the paws off during the hot summer months. We have a large concreted shaded porch. It is very cozy and welcoming. I do this full time as mentioned above, so I am around dogs pretty much 24/7, but some other passions I have is gardening. When you pull up to the property during spring and summer you will see that I have flowers hanging on every post on the porch. I also have a garden in the back fenced off from the dogs that I tend too. We also have chickens! (Dont worry they are completely safe and fenced in from the dogs and any other predator that would want to reach them.) I am licensed and insured as well as Pet CPR/First Aid certified. About: I have owned diabetic dogs and one with epilepsy. Friends and coworkers always ask me to watch their furbabies because they know how good my husband and I are with our own. They trust us and coming from someone who rarely traveled and when I did I took them with me because I don't trust others would take care of them like I do. I understand the anxiety that comes with having to leave them behind for whatever reason. Knowing they will be loved and have fun makes it that much easier for both you and your pet. Safety and security are also most important to us so rest assured they will be okay. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband's business is from home so we are both always here. We never leave for more that 3 hours due to our 2 dogs. I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run around. My brother also lives across from me and has over an acre of running room as well if needed. My husband and I work from home and are always available. We used to have dogs with medical issues and couldn't really leave them with anyone. My husband and I love animals and know how hard it is to leave them anywhere. Even at petsmart hotel they stay inside a small area and the play area isn't that big. We work from home and are never away longer than 4 hours. We have a 2 year old who is really good with the dogs as well but Rest assured we never let her play with them unattended. We have a large yard for dogs and know that they will be taken care of and loved while visiting us. All pets need love and attention. Even pet hotels leave them alone overnight and the thought of them having to hold it or use it in their space to feel ashamed is aweful. With us you get peace of mind and that's priceless In my home they will be treated like our own. They can play outside as long as they want. They scratch on the door ahead. They want in or out. They sleep inside on our bed with us of course. We want them to sleep wherever they feel comfortable. My dog buddy sleeps in his cage when he stays with others because he feels safe there so we understand everyone is different.

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

“I met Elaine and her doggies about a year ago. My dogs finally stayed at her house for four nights last month, and then for one day last week. My dogs had already met her dogs a year ago, and when they met up again, they were like old pals. No growling or hassling. It was perfect! I got daily updates and pictures from Elaine. It was so comforting! And my dogs did great at her house and with her dogs, and it was just the best! I booked a full-day stay last week, and they were literally going INSANE when we were driving into her neighborhood. That tells me a lot about their experience there! They love going to Elaine's house! Our next booking is during the Christmas-New Year's Eve time frame, and my dogs are already so excited, and Elaine has let me know that so is she, and she's gearing her doggies up for a week-long visit :-) My neighbors/friends that used to keep them all the time are moving back to NJ, so this is exactly what I needed at this time in my life. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dogs at Elaine's, whether it's for a day or a week! This is the best thing EVER!!!!”
About: Hi there, I'm a stay at home mom who has always loved animals. Before having kids I was a groomer and kennel technician. Growing up I always had pets. Dogs, cats, lizards, gerbils, snakes, fish, pigs, horses, birds..i'm probably forgetting a few lol. I was the weird kid, saving every bug or animal around that was in danger. I'm very compassionate and empathetic. I was a very gentle groomer. I'd be happy to take care of your grooming needs as well although I dont have all the equipment..i can trim/dremmel nails, clean ears, sanitary shave, trim around the eyes, bathe and such. I have no problem administering medication. My kids are great with animals as well and love to help out. We have dogs and a cat of our own but your pets are welcome to have a room for themself if they stay over or they can join the pack! If we seem like a good fit for yall, lets chat! We are pretty much always at our home, if not at the park or out running errands. We can work around your schedule, no problem! We live on acreage, although not fenced. Leash walking is not an issue and we can take them to the back of the property to run around as well! We have 4 dogs of our own so we know how to manage a pack.

About: I have owned a dog since I was 5, and cats shorty after. I have always been a huge animal lover and have owned my own dog throughout the years. Currently, I have a 13 year old Boston Terrier/Boxer mix and a 1 year old cat. But my love doesn't stop with them! I love taking care of any furry friend & have for many years. How does pet care fit into your daily or weekly routine? I work from home so I have the ability to tailor my schedule to fit every need! We are home most of the time so our babies are indoor pets! We allow our dog to sit on the couch and sleep in the bed for maximum cuddles! Furry friends with more rules will abide by those (no secret couch sits) but will still receive all the love and attention they need. Walks are given with playtime for the most stimulation.
About: I have taken care of my own dogs/cats as well as families pets, I can create a big connection with animals, especially dogs, I have a big heart for all animals I’m currently a stay at home mom of a 1 year old and she loves animals just as much as me, walking dogs or having to go visit them would get us out of the house and we’re almost always free. I do have a little Banana Bread side business too. I have a fenced yard, 3 dogs (a great dane thats a bit older, a chihuahua and a blue heeler mix) and one cat, the cat is an outdoor cat. Our dogs haven’t been around too many other animals besides families dogs but once they meet new dogs and get to know each other they can get along well with them.

When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. About: I absolutely love dogs, and will treat your baby like mine. I got into this because finding good care for my dog is such a stressful experience as my tolerance for risk is extremely low. I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.
