About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.

About: I mostly have experience with medium to larger dogs. I love going on walks so I will take pets along for the journey. I grew up with bulldogs and I’ve personally owned German Shepards and Huskies. I am currently in between jobs and preparing for a certification test for signed language interpreting. Drop-In: Depending on our discussion during the Meet & Greet, I will swing by your house according to the schedule we’ve set up. I will make sure the water is fresh and the food bowl has plenty of food. (My job is to make sure the animal(s) know they are being cared for and that they don’t have to stress about whether or not they will starve to death - I’m thinking of cats especially here who see the bottom of the food bowl and start to panic. Not on my watch!) Walk: I’ll be at your house at the time(s) we’ve discussed, put on the collar and leash, and set out on the adventure. My habit is to sing as I walk so that any other critter has a chance to get out of sight - a lesson learned by startling a skunk. It is important that I know if the neighborhood is friendly or if folks keep to themselves. Do(es) the dog(s) visit friends on the trail? or should I keep them on their own?
About: I have taken care of many rescues and have housed many dogs and cats. I have always been the go to when it comes to watching people’s pets! I also enjoy long walks to the park! I am currently on break from school, and I only work part time in my day job! I am free in the mornings and at nights to assist with animal care! They all have arthritis and are very old so I’m not able to take them out for long walks, but I do push them in a wagon so they can get fresh air! “Brain did a fantastic job with my pups. I knew from his listing and our meet and greet that he was the person I wanted for my pups and was well worth driving from the other side of town. His home inside and out was perfectly set up for fun and rest for dogs. My one is more hyper with so much energy came home exhausted. Brian did well with giving medication to my elderly dog. He kept me updated when I was on my work trip so I didn’t need to worry. Thank you so much Brian!!”

“Debbie took great care of our dog Cooper while we were away for over a week. She sent via text a daily update & picture of Cooper to let us know how Cooper was doing. In the past, we always had to put Cooper in a boarding kennel where he would be caged. It was hard for us particularly because we knew his separation anxiety would make him upset and miserable. We are so glad that we found Debbie this time and that she was willing to watch Cooper at her house despite knowing Cooper's history. Debbie and her two labs made Cooper feel very welcome. Her home is a dog (specially a husky) owner’s dream, with a big backyard and a tall fence which includes different areas for a pet to be mentally stimulated to explore. As a dog owner herself, she understands and learns the nuances of every pet so your pet will have such an enjoyable time that a repeat stay will seem like they’re going back to their second home.”
