I've always volunteered at local animal shelters and cannot get enough animal time! I work from home 6am-3pm, but I am able to work from anywhere as long as there's wifi. I can make drop-ins during my lunch and use the afternoon to hang out for longer periods. I have two large dogs that are timid, so I understand how to introduce myself to a nervous pup. I don't mind cleaning up litter boxes or critter cages and am comfortable giving medications.

I currently work from home so I will be with your pets all day other than running to pick up my 12-year-old from school, I take breaks to throw the ball and take them out for potty breaks and walks , plenty of room in my office space so they can lay next to me or be in the same room..They can rest or they just will know they are not alone. We have a very large yard that is fully grass so we could take them out to play. Fully fenced and safe. We have approximately a half an acre of fenced grass , lots of Space for them to run. We do keep our pets inside so if you have an inside pet they will be doing the same. They will be taken out for potty breaks .

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family my whole life. I currently have a 6 year old dog, a 5 year old dog, and a 3 year old cat and I love them all so much. My wife and I both trained our dogs the basics as in sit, shake, down, and potty training and with all that we found out our dogs are very food oriented. As for our cat we honestly didn’t train him at all but he does run the house. I currently have two jobs. One is Mon-fri from 6pm-9:30pm and the other is an overnight wed-sat from 10pm-7am. Sunday I am free starting from 2pm, Mon-wed I am free from anytime in the morning to 5pm. I can also do any drop ins early in the morning after work if requested thurs-sun. I will typically take care of all the pets in the mornings after work and then in the evenings before work. When I not able to during the days when I work graveyard shifts my wife and siblings are always home to help take care of all the pets. I have a closed off backyard for my doggos and plenty of room for them to run around and play together. Also have plenty of treats and toys for them inside the house as well.

About: My whole life I've been surrounded by pets. I was born into a house with a bird and 2 dogs, but once I turned 5 I had convinced my mother to bring home a cat from the grocery store after absolutely falling in love. Years down the line I moved and eventually had 4 dogs that I walked, played with, fed, bathed and mostly took care of myself. With time I moved in with my brother to help him take care of his house with 11 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and a leopard gecko! Once I turned 18 I was finally able to adopt my own cat, and since then I have adopted another one and who brings me so much joy. I love all animals and will take care of yours like my own! I am free everyday, weekdays and weekends! I am willing to change my schedule around to fit your needs as Rover is my main focus at the moment! Safety is always my number one priority. I do my best to keep my eyes on pets at all times to make sure they're not doing something they're not supposed to or getting into things they aren't supposed to. For walks I will never just lazily hold onto the leash, instead I'll be prepared like they can run off in any second. When I feed pets I watch them to make sure they don't eat too fast and throw up, and try to encourage them to drink water as well as check to see if they need to go to the bathroom when they're done. If I'm watching a pet and they show any sign of distress it's of immediate concern to me and I will be contacting the parents, as well as a vet if needed. If you entrust me to take care of your pet I will ensure they receive the best care possible until their favorite people get home! :)

I am not currently a pet mom to any cats or dogs, but I have been in the past and my partner and I are the pet parents to a feisty bearded dragon, one adorable turtle, two silly toads, one lazy pac-man frog, one chill beta fish, and a tank of four high-energy salt-water fish! 😊 We recently laid to rest Pixie our hamster, Lucy our ferret, and Anthony our saltwater eel. Lucy and Anthony were in our lives for 7+ years 😢 I will treat all of your fur babies like they are my own! I originally signed up on Rover as a way to make ends meet while putting myself through Nursing school; and although I have since accepted a job as a full-time nurse, I decided to continue Rover on the side. I also regularly volunteer at Memorial Medical Center as an Auxillain. Aside from these two commitments my schedule is pretty open. I unlisted myself from house sitting; however, I may be able to house sit for you in 3 to 4-day stretches, so if this is all you need please reach out to me. Unfortunately, I cannot house any pets in my home either overnight or during the day due to restrictions set forth by my apartment complex; however, I am free to pet sit overnight or during the day in your home (in 3 to 4-day stretches). I have found this is normally less jarring for your fur babies anyway. I am also free to dog/cat walk either on a regular basis or sporadically. The needs of your pet will be taken into account on an individual basis. If you have a question about my experience or ability to perform a specific aspect of your pets care, please just ask. *I am willing to negotiate rates*
About: I have had pets my entire life-- from dogs and cats to lizards, hamsters, chickens, guinea pigs, and gerbils. I was always the little girl who was bringing home stray wildlife and begging my parents to keep it. I have been petsitting and housesitting for about 20 years. I am honest, trustworthy, and above all I care deeply about animals. I have experience with senior animals, babies, and everything in between. I am comfortable administering medication, matching your dogs energy, going on walks, cuddling on the couch, and just being a fun companion for your pet when you can't be. I also have experience with animals who have been in traumatic situations. I understand how to navigate the boundaries of a scared animal, and I am a gentle and quiet-natured person who most dogs and cats learn to trust pretty quickly. I do have a baby that I occasionally need to bring with me to jobs. He never spends the night and I keep him safely in a pop-up playpen if he’s not right with me. I have a very flexible daily and weekly routine. I am available for drop-ins, walks, and even staying overnight if desired. I am married so my spouse is able to care for my pets while I am caring for yours! My priority is making sure that your pet is comfortable, safe, and getting the care it needs. I let you tell me about their schedule, your preferences on my time at your house, and your dogs quirks. I am very amenable to adapting my routine to fit your pet's lifestyle.
About: Since I was in middle school, I was chosen as the neighborhood petsitter due to my responsible nature and love for animals. To be trusted with the care of a loved pet is the most honorable position I can think of and one that I hope to continue here in New Mexico. To keep an animal happy when their owner is away is something I pride myself in. I also have experience in dosing medicine for multiple types of animals. I'm a graduate student and TA at NMSU with flexible class schedules where I would be able to attend to the daily needs of the client's pets. Because I don't work outside of the University, there would seldom be a time that I would be unavailable for pet care needs. I am adaptable in a multitude of ways, including the needs of the animal I will be caretaking in their place of comfort instead of a new environment. About: Woof! Hi my name is Wyley I have a ton of experience working with dogs and caring for them. I started volunteering and working at kennels in my hometown at 14. I also worked as a groomer/supervisor at a doggy daycare in Tacoma. I can help you with anything animal related you need! I have experience with special needs dogs and administering medications. I worked with foster and rescue dogs so I’m also very familiar with dogs that have obedience and behavioral troubles as well. About: Going to college to become a Veterinarian to run my own clinic. Studying Animal Sciences and Rangelands. Have always owned Dogs or pets. Believes animals are better than being around people.
