“Amanda took care of our elderly dog at her house for several days, and she did a wonderful job. She was very professional and flexible in her dealings with me. I know our dog liked the family atmosphere, the walks, and the way Amanda comforted her during thunderstorms. I would certainly take our dog to Amanda again if I get to go on another trip.”

“Michael was great. He’s the only dog sitter I’ve had that actually did everything he said he would. My dog got lots of exercise and I had plenty of updates throughout the weekend. Would recommend to anyone!”

About: I offer thoughtful, detail oriented pet care with a strong focus on consistency, safety, and communication. I’m comfortable caring for senior pets, managing routines, and providing a calm presence for animals that may be anxious or sensitive to change. I am also comfortable with medication management. I take the responsibility of being in someone’s home seriously and aim to create a seamless experience both for pets and their owners. You can expect clear communication, reliability, and a high level of respect for your space. My dog, Tessie, is so important to me so I treat your pets with as much love and care that I would want her to have. My work experience includes firefighter/paramedic, ER nurse, clinic work, and am certified in Pet First Aid. I am the Clinical Director at a local free clinic. This allows me to have flexible but predictable hours each week. Because of this I can provide consistent, punctual visits with compassionate care for your pets. For house sitting I can make mid day visits so that your pets are not alone for longer than needed. I cater each experience to the needs of you and your pet. I prefer to have clear communication of your preferences so that I can ensure that you are as happy with the visit as your pets are. For house sitting, I stay in the home so pets can remain in their familiar space with minimal disruption. I follow their usual feeding, walking, and medication schedules, provide companionship throughout the day and evening, and ensure the home is cared for as well (lights, plants, mail, basic tidiness). My goal is to maintain a calm, consistent presence so pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. For in home drop-ins, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box or yard clean up, medications if needed, and quality time with each pet. I tailor each visit to the pet’s energy level and personality including playtime, short walks, or quiet companionship. I also provide updates after each visit so owners feel connected and reassured. For dog walking, I focus on safe, structured walks that match your dog’s pace and needs. I prioritize leash safety, positive reinforcement, and a calm walking experience. Walks can include neighborhood routes or familiar areas your dog enjoys, or local dog parks, and I always ensure they return home settled, hydrated, and comfortable.

“Michael was great with my dog Peanut, he was very professional; he walked my dog twice and sent timely pictures and behavior reports. I used his services twice in 2 days and my dog Peanut really likes him and I intend to use his services in the future.”

About: My husband and I have an Australian cattle dog and had a tabby cat who has crossed the rainbow road. I often care for my family members' dog when they are out of town. He requires special care, as he needs to take a few pills every day both day and night. This schedule is second nature to us. We enjoy being around our furry pals and will enjoy caring for yours too! They will be treated like our own pets and will benefit from being more socialized! I have a flexible schedule because I work from home and can easily adjust to your pets needs. I work a traditional schedule leaving my weekends especially open. I have a fenced in yard and our back door has a doggie door so your dog can go in and out as they please. We also have a large dog crate if your pet is kennel trained.
“Stephanie was really great with Odo! I was visiting from out of town and needed a day to experience some of the amazing art in Santa Fe. She worked with me on finding a good time to drop Odo off and he loved his time at her home. She was also very attentive to make sure Odo would feel both comfortable and safe. Not to mention she sent me some really cute pictures of him. He really warmed up to her kids and when I picked him up I could tell that Odo really had a lot of fun. He was happy and felt at home! I would definitely be a repeat customer if I lived in Santa Fe. Highly recommend!”

About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.
“Im really glad my doggy has a safe and dog friendly place to go with people who love dogs and have a special way with them . It's close by to my casa so it's convenient. Perfect”

“Brian has a calm energy that the dogs immediately respected, and felt safe with a confident leader! Thank you Brian for your selfless service for us to go to our seminar and have no worries at all:)”

“Thank you so much for taking such great care of Daisy during Christmas week. We really appreciated all the updates and knowing she was in good hands while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely trust you again. Thanks again—we’re so grateful!”

“We felt super comfortable leaving our pup with Lily. It was his first time being away from us on a cross country journey, and I could tell when we picked him up that he had been loved and happy the whole time.”

“From our first communication, I knew.... Kendell is such a beautiful and loving person inside and out. Her love and joy pour out of her. My Buttercup had no hesitation leaving with her and her precious pup, Taz. My heart was happy because I knew this was a new chapter for my little girl who has had a difficult season of instability. I appreciated that Kendell could pick up and drop her back off. The photos confirmed what I already knew. My fur baby was safe, comfortable, happy, and doing zoomies! In Kendell and Taz, Buttercup and I have found new friends and we are so excited to start this new journey together.”

About: I've had dogs and taken care of them since I was a young child. As an adult I’ve fostered dogs for over 5 years, taking care of all types of dogs. I have experience potty training, house breaking, bathing, and more. The dogs I have fostered came from all sorts of backgrounds; homeless, abusive households, neglected, seniors, disabled (blind, deaf, hard of hearing, missing limbs). I enjoy spending time with all animals and animals like to be around me. Currently working on my dog trainer certification I have a flexible schedule since I work from home most of the time. As a dog owner myself I spend a lot of time taking care of my dog. We go on walks 3 times a day, he gets treats, cuddles and play time all day long. On the weekends when the weather is nice we like to go for short hikes. Unfortunately I sustained a bad fall in 2024 and broke my back; so I am unable to care for any pet over 50lbs or any pet that is leash reactive or pulls on a leash. Since that would aggravate the injury and most definetely stop me from caring for pets all together; I hope you can understand! I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. Going for walks 2-3 times a day around the neighborhood as well
“Victoria was great! She was able to watch my pups on short notice and responded quickly to my questions. My girls got to hang outside and enjoy the great views from the yard.”

“Chloe did an excellent job taking care of my dog, Zoey. They went on several walks, and Zoey came home happy and tired each day. Chloe had great communication throughout and was a huge help during our visit to Santa Fe. I highly recommend her!”

“Our dog had great fun playing with the dogs at the sitter 😁. Laurie took them on a hike one day and our dog had a great time and was nice and tired out for a calm evening 😊. Lily was very excited to go back for her second day! You should be forewarned that her house is down a dirt road with ups and downs. Would definitely recommend this sitter for a social and energetic dog”

“Allegra was a perfect host for our dog, Barley! We had to make kind of last minute plans and Allegra was very accommodating for our late daycare needs. She and her husband were super nice and clearly caring dog people, plus they have a very friendly dog who Barley got along with. We would recommend them to anyone!”

“As an experienced dog owner and trainer, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Emily’s dog sitting and walking skills! My seven month-old golden retriever got the royal treatment and added some training skills after his time with her. Paddington was having so much fun there- he didn’t want to leave when I picked him up! I was reassured by our meet & greet that Emily is beyond qualified to care for my dog and her flexibility and reliability made it easy to schedule. There are a few truly gifted dog people out there who can be counted on when you need support for your beloved companion. Emily is one of them! Highly recommend.”

“Chase has been walking my dog for the last few weeks. He is always on time, very friendly, helpful and kind. My dog always enjoys his time with. Phase. I highly recommend.”

About: Now serving the greater Albuquerque Area! To all of my Utah clients, I miss your pups 💜 I moved to Albuquerque in September 2023. When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. I hope to continue my services in New Mexico. I now have 2 pups of my own, but my partner cares for them when I am sitting. I will never bring them to a sit unless prior meeting and permission of the owners. Bloopers and Scub are young, big, lover boys with a lot of energy. They LOVE other dogs. Sophie, my senior pup, had to be put down before I moved to Utah. I cared for her heart and kidney failure for 3 years. I am experienced with senior pups and can handle all the way down to puppies, too. I love cats. I am also a trained bird handler. I have pet sit for my professors and coworkers before, from hunting lab puppies to senior Maltese. Since moving to Utah at the beginning of the year, I have house sat, done drop-ins, and walks. I have house sat for all kinds of pups from labs to yorkies, goldendoodles to bulldogs. I work a very flexible full-time, telework option, job. I can check/walk in morning, lunch, dinner and through the night if needed. Week days and weekends. I have extensive experience giving pets drugs and other heath needs. I can do any form of exercise or travel needed. I will always double check doors are locked and secured.

Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine. I currently care for two kittens and a puppy, so my schedule includes feeding, playtime, walks, training, and cleaning throughout the day. Because I’m used to balancing the different needs of young pets, I’m organized, attentive, and consistent with routines. This makes it easy for me to provide reliable, high-quality care for additional pets during the week. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with close supervision, regular feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. I follow established routines and provide age-appropriate care, including training support for puppies and enrichment for kittens. In a client’s home, I respect their space and closely follow all care instructions to keep pets comfortable in their familiar environment. This includes feeding, walks, litter box or waste cleanup, playtime, medication if needed, and regular updates to owners. About: Look no further!! I’m the answer to all your dog’s needs… I respond very quickly, so please reach out. Let’s do a meet and greet ASAP!! Please read my profile and be sure to check out my photo gallery where you’ll see what kind of fun that we have on a daily basis. My reviews should give you an idea of what to expect when you book with me. I will send tons of pictures and videos every day. Headed out of town?? I’d love to stay with your dogs and create a seamless stress free opportunity for you to get away. Or we can all stay at my place with AC, a fenced in yard, and many neighborhood parks nearby. My house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood right across the street from Frenchy Field. Rest assured that they will be cared for as if they were my own while having the comfort and familiarity of your home, or the tons of fun that goes on at my place. I love all dogs unconditionally. I can provide a much smaller pack environment for your dog rather than a kennel where there could be 50 dogs at a time. Yikes!! I only accept dogs from one to two owners at a time so please plan ahead as I may get booked very quickly. This ensures that I can give your dogs the attention and care that they deserve. My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. I am flexible and can accommodate pretty much any type of needs for your pets. I am ready to come care for your pets whenever I am available. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.
About: Since I was five years old I’ve had a dog. At the age of seven my family moved to a ranch where at one time we had up to 15 catahoula/pitbull mixes, labradors, and German Shepherds. I also volunteered for two years at an animal shelter in Bryan, TX. I have dealt with several dogs of different demeanors as well as given first aid to dogs with various injuries. Rest assured your dog will be safe with me! Hi there! I’ve just moved to Santa Fe, and I would be more than happy to watch your furry friend. I am actively job hunting, so I will let you know if I have an interview scheduled. I have one active Labrador retriever who is well-tempered and trained so there will not be many dogs. If I have another dog coming on the date you requested I will let you know in advance. I have a fenced yard with artificial turf and one energetic, playful, and well-tempered Labrador retriever. She’s spayed and fully vaccinated (+ the bordetella vaccine) of course, and loves to play! No history of aggression or dog fights, and she is well trained.

About: I’ve taken care of my family friend’s dog for 7 years and have experience feeding, walking, playing with, and keeping pets comfortable while their owners are away. I’m responsible, dependable, and enjoy spending time with animals. I’ll make sure your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. I work full-time during the week, but I’m available all day on Sundays and Mondays. Pet care fits well into my schedule, and I enjoy spending time with dogs. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I have a secure fenced yard and two friendly dogs that can provide companionship if your pet is comfortable around other animals. I always prioritize safety, supervision, and making pets feel comfortable in a new environment. I will follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. If needed, I can also crate your dog to ensure they are safe and comfortable
About: I’ve taken care of my senior dog for four years before she passed away. This includes feeding, bathing, brushing, meeting her potty needs and walking. I also pet sit for two dogs when their owner is out of town. I work for a restaurant during the morning or afternoon shift for roughly 6 hours. I can work in between those times and I only have one shift a day. (Some days are completely open!) I am very good about respecting spaces and following directions. I usually walk dogs twice a day around the neighborhood; however, I will follow whatever directions are given. I love giving attention to pets, especially dogs that need some extra care. Adopting my dog as a senior gave me a special love for all senior dogs!
About: I worked at the Albuquerque BioPark zoo for 5 years taking care of many types of animals. My time there has made me passionate about providing the highest quality animal care and enrichment. I make it my goal to give your pets a stay-cation while you vacation or work! I have worked with dogs and cats of all ages, and also small animals, birds, and barn animals. I am especially good with elder pets and am familiar with their mobility and medication requirements. I currently dog-walk and pet-sit full time so I’ll be able to provide lots of care and attention during the day/evenings. I usually only leave the pets for a few hours at a time and can adjust this to fit your schedule. I usually do not care for pets in my home. I believe that by staying in your home and keeping pets in their usual routines, they thrive the best.
