“Reliable and conscientious. Worked thru illness and lots of snow. Willing to change her schedule when I booked the sit wrong and was already on my way out of town! Not super experienced with cats (I was in a shelter beh department and my mom bred cats so my baseline is high) but reading and learning. Also learning R+ training! My cat was not as frantic as she usually is when I got home after being gone almost two weeks. So she clearly got lots of attention. Plus she continued meowing for Rhiannon and checking the doors even when she had me. And no new undesirable behaviors. Also I'd left the house excessively clean because I had guests coming and was pleased to find it just as clean when I got home.”

Though it turned out my Mom was severely allergic, we made some adjustments around the ranch so that we could still keep them and take care of them. At one time we even had 35 cats! My husband and his family also have cats, and I would be more than happy to pop in/check in on your furry friend. About: I grew up in a household with cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic and domestic birds, reptiles, and fish. I have experience as both a short and long term pet/house sitter. About: Since I was five years old I’ve had a dog. At the age of seven my family moved to a ranch where at one time we had up to 15 catahoula/pitbull mixes, labradors, and German Shepherds. I also volunteered for two years at an animal shelter in Bryan, TX. I have dealt with several dogs of different demeanors as well as given first aid to dogs with various injuries. Rest assured your dog will be safe with me! Hi there! I’ve just moved to Santa Fe, and I would be more than happy to watch your furry friend. I am actively job hunting, so I will let you know if I have an interview scheduled. I have one active Labrador retriever who is well-tempered and trained so there will not be many dogs. If I have another dog coming on the date you requested I will let you know in advance. I have a fenced yard with artificial turf and one energetic, playful, and well-tempered Labrador retriever. She’s spayed and fully vaccinated (+ the bordetella vaccine) of course, and loves to play! No history of aggression or dog fights, and she is well trained.

About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. My clients have included some high profile gigs in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, but I have also spent months at a time living off-grid in the Mexican jungle and caring for animals on remote farms. My experience dates back to 1991 when I worked my high school summer vacations on a sheep farm to escape city life. I love ALL animals, and have had a special connection with them, my whole life. About: I have been taking care of different types of pets all my life. I have had extensive experience with dogs, cats, lizards, bird, rats, mice, chinchillas, ferrets, etc. All of my pets are very happy at home. My dog has a plethora of toys as does my cat and though the cat will take her toy from you and run away the dog absolutely loves sharing with others. Feel free to ask me about any other animals. About: Being a college student I still live at home, so pet/house sitting is a great way for me to earn money doing what I love, being around animals. Growing up in on the outskirts of Santa Fe, I spent most of my time with pets and farm animals. I have been caring for my own pet my whole life and being caring for other people's since i was 10. Classes are short and I do homework at home so I am able to provide all around care and offer frequent potty breaks. I live in Madrid and can help out in that area, but have no problem at all traveling to Santa Fe, Albuquerque, or farther for work. I have two sweet cats at home - Ain and Vega. They have been in my life for 7 wonderful years, since they were kittens. I've even taught them a few tricks - their favorite is "high-five"!
