I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.

One of my dogs in particular is pretty emotionally sensitive, but seems to have a good time at Patricia's and always appears relaxed and happy in the pictures and videos Patricia sends. Patricia has also been able and willing to administer medicine and feed according to specific instructions. She was very flexible with us picking up the dogs later than anticipated after flight delays. Very happy we've found such a great sitter for our beloved dogs. About: People laugh when I say "dogs are my only friends." Started in 2022, I never imagined this would become my full time job. Ive grown up around animals my entire life, from horses, cows, chickens, goats, fish, dogs and cats, so its truly an honor to be able to pursue something I love and care for so deeply. I have lots of experience in specialized care, from potty training, to senior care. My goal is to always make the dogs feels like home, and ensuring small controlled environments for a stress free stay, all while building their confidence, to maintain a happy healthy dog. I live on an acre fenced in with 5ft high piped fence all the way around. The yard is very secure. There is lots of room for dogs to explore and play. The property is shaded by a variety of trees. We have a mini swimming pool setup to cool the paws off during the hot summer months. We have a large concreted shaded porch. It is very cozy and welcoming. I do this full time as mentioned above, so I am around dogs pretty much 24/7, but some other passions I have is gardening. When you pull up to the property during spring and summer you will see that I have flowers hanging on every post on the porch. I also have a garden in the back fenced off from the dogs that I tend too. We also have chickens! (Dont worry they are completely safe and fenced in from the dogs and any other predator that would want to reach them.) I am licensed and insured as well as Pet CPR/First Aid certified. Some services I offer: In my home: Daycare and overnight pet sitting. At your home: Drop in Care. Please reach out to me if you have any questions! I do pet daycare and boarding full time. So you can imagine just how much of my daily life is revolved around dogs. I spend a majority of my days with them. I have a fenced secure yard, 5ft tall piped fence all the way around. My goal for in home sitting is to try and keep their routine the same as much as possible. We also have cameras setup and if we’re not at the home, the dogs are still monitored.
About: I have taken care of my own dogs/cats as well as families pets, I can create a big connection with animals, especially dogs, I have a big heart for all animals I’m currently a stay at home mom of a toddler and she loves animals just as much as me, walking dogs or having to go visit them would get us out of the house and we’re almost always free. About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.
About: I was raised with animals of all kinds in the house and helped care and love them all. I have complete focus on animals in my care and consider them part of the family. I currently have 1 senior dog and looking forward to meeting your animals. The beauty of taking early retirement is having flexibility on my schedule. Most week days are open to help take care of your animals. Weekends too are flexible and I can most times shift to accommodate changes to scheduled appointments. About: Hi there, I'm a stay at home mom who has always loved animals. Before having kids I was a groomer and kennel technician. Growing up I always had pets. Dogs, cats, lizards, gerbils, snakes, fish, pigs, horses, birds..i'm probably forgetting a few lol. I was the weird kid, saving every bug or animal around that was in danger. I'm very compassionate and empathetic. I was a very gentle groomer. I'd be happy to take care of your grooming needs as well although I dont have all the equipment..i can trim/dremmel nails, clean ears, sanitary shave, trim around the eyes, bathe and such. I have no problem administering medication. My kids are great with animals as well and love to help out. We have dogs and a cat of our own but your pets are welcome to have a room for themself if they stay over or they can join the pack! If we seem like a good fit for yall, lets chat! We are pretty much always at our home, if not at the park or out running errands. We can work around your schedule, no problem! We live on acreage, although not fenced. Leash walking is not an issue and we can take them to the back of the property to run around as well! We have 4 dogs of our own so we know how to manage a pack.

About: I have owned a dog since I was 5, and cats shorty after. I have always been a huge animal lover and have owned my own dog throughout the years. Currently, I have a 13 year old Boston Terrier/Boxer mix and a 1 year old cat. But my love doesn't stop with them! I love taking care of any furry friend & have for many years. How does pet care fit into your daily or weekly routine? I work from home so I have the ability to tailor my schedule to fit every need! We are home most of the time so our babies are indoor pets! We allow our dog to sit on the couch and sleep in the bed for maximum cuddles! Furry friends with more rules will abide by those (no secret couch sits) but will still receive all the love and attention they need. Walks are given with playtime for the most stimulation.

About: I absolutely love dogs, and will treat your baby like mine. I got into this because finding good care for my dog is such a stressful experience as my tolerance for risk is extremely low. I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.

I’ve trained puppies through the basics of house training, leash manners, and good habits and currently care for a senior dog, so I’m comfortable with the slower pace, extra patience, and special attention older dogs need. I’m experienced in administering medication whether pills, liquid or other routine, and I follow instructions carefully and keep owners updated. I’ve also cared for a pet rabbit for 12 years, so I’m comfortable with small animals and their specific needs, from diet and housing to gentle handling. I'm a stay-at-home parent, so I'm home all day and your dog will have company and attention rather than hours alone. My days are built around flexible, relaxed routines: morning and afternoon walks, playtime in my fenced yard, meals and medications on schedule, and plenty of downtime. Your dog is welcome to curl up with me for a nap, too. I'm available for boarding and doggy day care drop-offs after 9 am, pick up no later than 9 pm. and I'm happy to follow your dog's usual routine as closely as possible so the stay feels familiar and comfortable. Because I'm home throughout the day, I can also accommodate special needs that are hard to cover with a typical sitter's schedule, like midday medication, extra potty breaks for puppies or seniors, and additional check-ins for anxious dogs.
