About: I'm new to caring for dogs professionally, I've dog and cat sat for my neighbor several times over the last five years. While I'm new to taking care of pets in a professional setting, I've cared for dogs of all kinds since I was 10 years old. About: Kayla is our 2-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loves dogs! We want to help her grow up learning how to be gentle, kind, and responsible when caring for pets. Of course, we’ll be right there with her every step of the way, teaching and helping her along the way. Daily Care Routine We follow a flexible, rotational care schedule so each pet gets individual attention and plenty of opportunities to go outside. Morning: First thing in the morning, we take each pet outside one at a time for a bathroom break and some fresh air. Once everyone has had their turn, they come inside for breakfast. Indoor Time: After breakfast, pets are able to relax and enjoy time indoors in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. They have access to toys and a TV for entertainment, along with plenty of attention and interaction throughout the day. Potty Breaks: Every couple of hours, we rotate through the pets and take them outside individually for another potty break. We continue this routine throughout the day, adjusting it based on each pet’s needs. Because we work from home and are here throughout the day, we’re very flexible. We can give pets extra potty breaks, attention, playtime, or quiet time as needed. Our goal is to keep them comfortable, happy, and on a routine that feels as close to home as possible. A Comfortable Home Away From Home Our kennel is designed to feel less like a traditional kennel and more like a comfortable home away from home. We have three individual kennels, each equipped with a cozy dog bed so every guest has their own comfortable space to rest. For our longer-term guests, we also have a dedicated doggy bath to help keep them clean and comfortable during their stay. During the day, pets can enjoy time indoors in our climate-controlled space, complete with a TV for entertainment and plenty of toys and attention. When it’s time to stretch their legs or take a potty break, they have access to our fenced yard where they can safely get some fresh air and movement. At night, we use a sound machine to create a calm, peaceful environment and help everyone settle in for a restful night. Because we’re home throughout the day, we’re able to give each guest individual attention and adjust their routine to fit their needs. We want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with us.

Though it turned out my Mom was severely allergic, we made some adjustments around the ranch so that we could still keep them and take care of them. At one time we even had 35 cats! My husband and his family also have cats, and I would be more than happy to pop in/check in on your furry friend. Though I’m allergic and can’t keep them overnight, I’ll be happy to check in on them as much as you need! I’ll be happy to send photos and updates as well. About: I got my first cat, a Sealpoint Siamese, at the age of 7. I walked her on a leash and often slept with her. Although my parents had to give her away due to allergies in my family, Ive always liked cats. I often care for neighbors' cats while they travel, fostered cats and kittens, and had a Persian cat who traveled around the world with me and my dogs. I have a senior black tabby who has traveled with me for 14 years!

About: Pets growing up were 3 dogs Lacy, Maya and Frodo as well as many kitties. Oso was my Cat, we had him from the time I was 4-14years old. We also had a chicken coop we were responsible for, horses that were our landlords but that we fed, and a fish tank with guppies and sucker fish. My 1st gig watching someone else’s pet, was for an elderly woman at my church when I was about 12. Milo was an older, golden retriever. I walked him, cleaned his outside restroom area, fed, bathed, and blow-dryed him. Family and friends have always reached out to me for help over the years, I have cared for all pets. Rottweilers, pit bulls, huskies, small dogs, handicap animals, both cats and dogs. I am great with communicating and accustomed to following the routines their owners have set for them as I believe that is most respectful. My schedule is either 8am-1pm or 2-8pm. I have a 1hour lunch and am home otherwise. I usually have 2 days off a week so will also be home on those days. I have stone floors, no carpet, and live in a non-smoking apartment. I have a small backyard with dirt area and kennel where they usually take small potty breaks aside from walks and dog parks!
