About: Since a kid I've been surrounded by dogs. I was taught young how to care for and interact with them. Since then I've always had pets and made sure they lived the best lives they possibly could. While I don't have any sort of specialized skills when it comes to pet care I do have plenty of experience. The majority of my adult life has been spent in the military and security industry. About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine. I currently care for two kittens and a puppy, so my schedule includes feeding, playtime, walks, training, and cleaning throughout the day. Because I’m used to balancing the different needs of young pets, I’m organized, attentive, and consistent with routines. This makes it easy for me to provide reliable, high-quality care for additional pets during the week. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with close supervision, regular feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. I follow established routines and provide age-appropriate care, including training support for puppies and enrichment for kittens. In a client’s home, I respect their space and closely follow all care instructions to keep pets comfortable in their familiar environment. This includes feeding, walks, litter box or waste cleanup, playtime, medication if needed, and regular updates to owners. My goal is to maintain consistency, reduce stress, and ensure each pet feels secure and well cared for.
About: From fostering a Great Dane and her seven puppies to caring for my own aging dog sick with cancer, I can care for animals at any stage. About: I don’t really have any restrictions on what I can handle, I’m used to taking care of elderly dogs, and having to cater to specialized diets or even mobility issues. But I have also cared for very energetic puppies, and middle-age dogs who just need to get out of the house or have a little companionship. I am a student athlete however, I do tend to have a lot of free time in the midday to afternoon range and on the weekends. I have two other very friendly dogs, and a large fenced in yard that is also close to a lot of other walking paths and parks. There is also plenty of space in my house in order to for dogs to be kept separately if they are not friendly, or cater to other needs such as crates.
