About: I can stay at your home or I can board your pets at my home (boarding only if you have small lap dogs). For boarding, I keep your pets indoors with our pets in our personal living space so your pets should be clean, house-broken, and tolerant of children. We have a very clean home with mostly red brick tile throughout (except for the bedrooms which have white carpet). We have a small doggie door which enters into a small fenced area (4'x12') for self-potty breaks while we are at work (if your dogs know how to use a doggie door). We can also close this door if your dog is an escape artist. Our home is located in the east mountains off the Zuzax exit (about 15 minutes from Tramway Blvd). We both work (I have summers off) so we come to Albuquerque every day via I-40 and would be happy to pick up your pet at a meeting location if the drive is a pain for you. We have a huge horse barn and several acres as our backyard. We have a mini-horse, three mini goats, three chickens, two small dogs, and a cat. Why is my rate so reasonable you ask? Because we don't do this to make a living. Getting to care for other peoples furry children brings much happiness & joy to our lives too. If it was a pain in the rear, we'd charge much much more. But it's not, it's a treat for us. I also automatically donate 5% of my pet sitting fee's to K9's for Warriors via Rover.com. We do not want to host large outdoor dogs at this time, until we get proper sturdy fencing around the entire property. We are currently only hosting indoor lap dogs at this time. My experience administering medication: Yes, I will administer medication (including shots) unless a dog bites or gets squirrely. I accommodate your pets needs around my work schedule. In the Fall or Spring I occasionally have my teenagers sports events or meets to attend. I treat you pets like my own and if I’m caring for your pets in my own home they will be included in my regular life, living room time (sunning windows, movie nights on the couch, etc), grass time, playtime, sleep time, etc.

I've watched pets for friends and family and I've fostered dogs while I found good homes for them. **PLEASE READ COMPLETELY THROUGH** I'm available for part time but will still have plenty of time to watch over pets. I work from 2:00pm-12:30am Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and can check in any time before 1 on those days. I'm unable to watch any animals at my own home but will go to a client's home to feed, play with, or let out a pet. I can also take pets for walks or to a dog park.
About: Ive taken care of my dog and other clients dogs for the past 2 years and I'd love to provide a good service for people like me that love animals. Pet care is something I take seriously. I love animals and i want to be able to take care of people's pets like I take care of my pet. At my home my boy gets plenty of walks and I'll occasionally cook him a good meal. And I love to provide that same care for other people's pets.

When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. I hope to continue my services in New Mexico. I now have 2 pups of my own, but my partner cares for them when I am sitting. I will never bring them to a sit unless prior meeting and permission of the owners. Bloopers and Scub are young, big, lover boys with a lot of energy. They LOVE other dogs. Sophie, my senior pup, had to be put down before I moved to Utah. I cared for her heart and kidney failure for 3 years. I am experienced with senior pups and can handle all the way down to puppies, too. I love cats. I am also a trained bird handler. I have pet sit for my professors and coworkers before, from hunting lab puppies to senior Maltese. Since moving to Utah at the beginning of the year, I have house sat, done drop-ins, and walks. I have house sat for all kinds of pups from labs to yorkies, goldendoodles to bulldogs. I work a very flexible full-time, telework option, job. I can check/walk in morning, lunch, dinner and through the night if needed. Week days and weekends. I have extensive experience giving pets drugs and other heath needs. I can do any form of exercise or travel needed. I will always double check doors are locked and secured.
About: I've been taking care of my dogs/cats since I could walk. Started walking the neighborhood dogs at 14 and everyone loved it. I would house sit, including bathes and any medicine, for everyone's dogs when they needed me to. I will be a full time student and have a full time job. However I plan to be able to walk dogs between school and my job everyday if I can. I can be available weekends during the day. Tues through Thurs nights are my nights off and I will be at to stay at the house as long as needed for whatever care is needed those days after class. I unfortunately can't host pets due to living in an apartment. I will make sure your pets get enough enrichment, exercise, and cuddles/pets. I will be willing to bathe and or medicate animals if needed. I will clean up after the animal. I regularly take care of an elderly dog who gets medications twice a day and have experience with medicating cats as well. I work a full time job and do full time school. I will be able to check on any dogs before school and between place as well as after work. Fridays through Sunday I don't work until evening so I can spend all day taking care of your pets. I won't be able to host due to living in an apartment. I will play with your dogs including just running around the yard with them if you have one. Make sure they are properly fed and always have plenty of water. And of course make sure they get snuggles if they want to.
About: Ive been watching my family’s and friends animals for years now. With the responsibility of feeding them, giving them water, and playing with them when needed. I have to take care of my cat and dog daily and I often watch my neighbors dogs, cats and horses for them while they travel.
