Pet sitting has been a meaningful way for me to support my art practice while spending time with wonderful animals. I grew up with dogs, had a plott hound named Lucy, and have been pet sitting for many years, first for friends and now regularly on Rover. I’m open to occasional exceptions for small dogs from the same household so they can stay together. He is a wildland firefighter and is often away for extended periods. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. Since I was 12, it’s been my responsibility to take care of our English Setter. This began with me helping to train him. My role was to reinforce the lessons taught at the PetSmart classes. I’ve regularly walked, bathed, and taken to the vet our dog as well. She provided regular updates, photos, and even dog park video. I was pleased how well my dog did during his stay. It was obvious Leigh loves animals and makes them feel comfortable while in her care. Highly recommend Leigh as a pet sitter and will use her in the future.”
“Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

“Chad provides a safe environment! My dog got along with his dog right away, which doesn’t always happen. The dogs have a great big backyard to play in, they don’t go for walks normally. Mentioning because if you want that you need to talk to Chad to arrange it. Chad agreed not to crate my dog which is good because he hasn’t been in a crate in years, and Max seems in good health when I picked him up, moved pretty good for a senior dog.”
