About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. About: Since starting with Rover I have gone from a pet "empty-nester" and working part time, to finding my own rescue dogs and not working outside the home at all! I'm looking for dogs that fill my house with joy and who I can pamper, and walk, and play and just hang out with. Most days I'll be available to spend quality one-on-one time with your dog. I've got a great fenced and gated back yard with sun and shade, a house that is pet friendly, and a neighborhood that is full of parks and sidewalks for leisurely walks. I'm looking for well-behaved and socialized dogs. I don't want them to dig, bark excessively, pee in the house, or be aggressive - even a little. I'm an experienced dog sitter who has been working with Rover since 2016, and I've been a dog and cat owner for over 30 years. My caring for your dog will include finding out what they want and are used to, and making sure they receive it, so they will feel happy and safe. I will be home most of the days that your pet is staying with me. We will take walks and they will be able to go in and out of the house as they desire. I'm also known for being available for ball fetch and tug of war! I have a fenced in yard and a house that is safe for animals of all sizes. If your pet is crate trained please bring their crate, and don't forget their bed, which will be their comfort zone at night. My dog enjoys visitors and is not possessive about her space, toys or food. I'm focused on pet care, and generally don't leave the dogs alone more than a couple of hours at a stretch. The household rises early and it's lights out by 9 PM. My back yard is enclosed with a wall and two gates. I live in a residential area and it is quiet and peaceful inside and out and I am able to keep the dogs separated from doors to the outside should we be welcoming four-legged or two-legged guests.
“I met Elaine and her doggies about a year ago. My dogs finally stayed at her house for four nights last month, and then for one day last week. My dogs had already met her dogs a year ago, and when they met up again, they were like old pals. No growling or hassling. It was perfect! I got daily updates and pictures from Elaine. It was so comforting! And my dogs did great at her house and with her dogs, and it was just the best! I booked a full-day stay last week, and they were literally going INSANE when we were driving into her neighborhood. That tells me a lot about their experience there! About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away. I know what it means to be a good and responsible sitter, and I can guarantee if you trust me with your pets you will not regret it! I'm offering drop-in sitting and dog walking, and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to meet your pets. I work full time, but am available outside of standard working hours to spend plenty of time with your pups! I have pets of my own so I know how important it is to spend time with them & make sure they are happy while you are away. When caring for pets, I always make sure to guarantee they have a comfortable and clean environment as well as plenty of play time (for their benefit & because I just love dogs!)

“My experience with Robin has been top notch from first communication!! She is a no-nonsense kind of woman and I appreciate that. Any questions we both had were addressed at our initial meet and greet with my pet. I loved that she was very friendly, thorough, professional and forth coming about her schedule and what I should expect regarding my pets boarding with her. Also, if she accepts another pet, (and she probably will, because, she is that good and adored) while watching yours she does a meet an greet with them, even asks for updated pet vaccines as a proper rover sitter should. What a fantastic neighborhood! She walked my dog, some grassy parks near by, and I felt glad to have driven out of my way to meet her as she has the perfect space for superstar, loving, sweet heart dogs-just like her!! She goes above and beyond, and she kindly sent neat pics while we were away and reported any issues regarding pets eating or digestion, etc... She is the kind of person that recognizes each pet that is entrusted to her is a a little soul and they literally light up her life and she is and was an absolute joy to hire and have watch my pet. ---As of date she has watched my pet three separate times and for different lengths, this last one being the longest at two weeks!! Flexible and definitely easy going, if Rover issued awards she would rank among blue ribbon!! If your dog is awesome, she's your sitter! You. won't regret. booking with her. ever.”
